I had a great experience at Liberty Laser Clinic. The staff is knowledgeable and courteous. Ella(the manager and one of the laser specialists) explained the procedure patiently and shared the essential information like the number of sessions required, the duration between every session, results on different skin tones, different settings needed to be used for various skin types. She happily answered all my questions and assisted me by sharing the image of the location, storefront since they had moved to a new location band the signage was not up yet. It is located above Sparks Salon (shared entrance). She reassured me about the results and advised me to be consistent with the treatment for best results. I received a reminder for my appointment from Jennifer via email one day prior to my appointment. The consultation included filling details about medical history, skin type, consent form etc. The clinic and the treatment rooms are neat and tidy. The procedure is effecient, quick and does not require usage of gels. Cristina did the treatment for me. She is warm and welcoming. They do everything to help turn an excruciating 2 minutes into a breeze! Informative and friendly individuals can make all the difference in a situation you may feel anxious or nervous about, and this clinic is truly the gold standard. I began the journey speaking with Bob over the phone who was incredibly kind and helpful along the whole way, all while I launched a barrage of questions and concerns his way. Next was Ella who helped with an in-store consultation. Not only is she a whiz at her job, but her gentle, inviting demeanour sealed the deal for me.
