How nice it is to have someone young who can actually carry on a conversation with customers. I don't see that very often. I told him it was our first time there and asked him about the dark chocolate raspberry latte. He said it was his favorite. We tried that and the Nutella stuffed chocolate chip cookie. I have been a client since 2018 and have always recommended this place because of the quality of their coffee. When I arrived, the manager and two other employees were standing around, and it took them a while to acknowledge me and take my order. I ordered a hot latte, but when I received it, it was only warm. I politely told the staff member that my coffee was not hot. The manager, Olivia, responded with a negative attitude, saying, "Just leave it right there." I asked if she was going to throw it away, and she said yes. I then asked if I could keep the first cup instead of having it thrown away, since I don't like wasting food or drinks. She said no, that she needed to throw it away, which did not make sense to me. She told me I could either keep the first cup or she would remake it. When I said I wasn't comfortable wasting it, she responded, "If that's what you want, then let me warm it up," and proceeded to microwave the coffee. However, it was still not truly hot afterward. I felt like she may have thought I was just trying to get a free coffee, which was not the case at all. I simply wanted the hot coffee I originally ordered. Additionally, microwaving coffee affects its quality and taste. When I went to my car, another customer who had seen what happened told me that this is not the first time she sees this type of behaviors and they can be rude. He indicated, he would not come back again. He also mentioned that microwaving the coffee caused cross-contamination as she never washed her hands after I left, and the reason of remaking food, is to avoid that. He said I could contact the San Bernardino DEHS and provided me with the information. And he even recommended a better coffee shop in the area. Underwhelming coffee and overly sweet fudges. We initially ordered the Spanish Latte and Raspberry Latte. I was expecting the coffee to have some hint of the flavor the description but it was just watered down and acidic. We even gave them the benefit of doubt and ordered their trademark coffees like the honey+vanilla latte and raspberry latte. It was worse. Service was fair, drinks came out at a reasonable time. I just spent about almost two hour there. The woman cashier was friendly, not a problem there. However, I had only one EarPod in and heard a guy say have a great day to everyone that left except me when I was getting ready to leave. I had refills so ended getting a mug. I never gotten a mug before. First time for everything. I asked him if I give him the mug, he didn't respond just took it from me. And didn't say have a nice day or thank you. He was tall and dark, Hispanic maybe? I don't know. But I was definitely bothered by it. After listening to him say have a nice day or thank you to customers I thought I'd get the same. I tried this place for the first time and got the teddy graham--pretty decent, I'd like to try something else but I didn't think it was amazing coffee but I feel like it's better than other places that try to appear hip. It's a good place to chill or study but the music is kind of loud. Pretty spacious and most customers come to study or chit chat with friends. The matcha was grainy, they Put so much honey in it almost to mask the graininess that it was crazy sweet sand in your mouth. Went here for the first time and was pleasantly surprised! The location/inside is big and nicely decorated. Will be back in future to get work done now that I now, now when I went the chocolate strawberry latte caught my attention, when asking the girl who took my order she gave a broad answer that a lot of people like the berry drinks, I ordered it. Well it's a typical coffee joint. Serves your basics then their overly sweetened featured drinks. Downside is the religious music you're forced to endure and the biblical chapter, verse numbers art work. Stopped by for a quick pick me up. First, I loved that there was plenty of parking. It is a little tucked away in the corner but it wasn't impossible to find. Second, the place is pretty decent sized with different kinds of seating inside. They had high table tops, some group seating, and they also had some tables outside. Their menu is pretty straight forward, they do have some shop favorites. I went with an iced honey latte. It was prepared pretty quickly. I'm not a fan of sweet so personally, I would ask for it with light honey next time, but it was delicious and not artificial tasting. They're also open pretty late, which is great! Post dinner coffee is a thing! I saw people there with laptops and such so also seems like a place where people come to work. They also have a rewards program of some sort, and once I signed up I got an discount for my next visit. Always nice when they give me more incentives to return, haha. read more

So the coffee is meh, you order a capp and it's heavy and milky. Next order I order a dry capp with an add shot...Still milky with no discernible coffee flavor. The worst part is they serve their regulars before other folks. Old white guys with bad dad jokes, who came in way behind me got their coffee as I sat with a thumb up my keister. Yesterday I came to Canabru cofeee to get a matcha. When I walked in the vibe was nice and immediately I knew what I wanted. When I went to tell the employee what I wanted, she was really rude. She kept giving me a dirty look and she also had this rude attitude. She was getting angry that I had a gift card and that I was trying to use it on the coffee. The other employee was super rude as well. After I got my drink and tasted it I realized it wasn't with 6 dollars. I had never heard of Canabru Coffee until a friend suggested meeting here on Friday for coffee. I am always down to try an independent or local coffee shop, one that is not located on almost "every" corner. This summer, I seemed to have been on an Espresso Tonic kick (as all the independent coffee shops I've visited offer Indian Fever Espresso Tonics) and was just about to order an Espresso Tonic until I noticed the "Trademarks" menu. At the register, I also asked the cashier/barista about the Berry Lattes listed under "Trademarks." He preferred the Strawberry Latte, which I also was considering on ordering as well. The latte was creamy and had a perfect balance between the Strawberry and the latte. There were plenty of seating on the inside, but my friend and I opted to sit outside. After sitting for a few minutes, a homeless person did appear and started to ask us questions... In the end, they wanted to know where the nearest 7-11 was, which I did not know since I am not from the area. I was a bit apprehensive but the homeless person was on their way afterwards, without any "issues." Canabru also sells homemade fudge by the pound. I would have bought some to try if I was going home right after, but due to the heat, I did not want to risk it. Next time! Canabru is located in the same plaza as The Home Depot and there was plenty of parking nearby. Overall, a great first experience and will most definitely come back if I am in the area. read more

There is seating indoors and many more outdoors. Interior = 5/5 High ceilings and lots of windows, and has a warm vibe. You can hear music through the speakers mixed with the bustling of the coffee shop chats. If you find music too loud or not your liking, recommend bringing noise cancelling. The order line is right when you walk in before you get to the seating area (also right next to the pastries for temptation purposes which works). So the line is separate than the tables. Would recommend putting your stuff down then ordering since indoor tables are quick to fill with those studying or chatting. More of the outlets are along the walls so those are hot commodities. The tables comfortably fit one person studying but you can maybe squeeze two, but not with large laptops. Service = 5/5 On my first time hear the cashier was super kind and chatting me through the menu. He recommended the Teddy Bear as a great entry into the menu. His advice is usually people either stay with that or continue on to other items after their first visit. Felt very welcomed with his guide through and appreciated his excitement over their coffee products. Order = 5/5 So I ordered the Teddy Bear latte with regular milk (since the cashier recommended that was the best way to taste the flavors) and hot. I specifically got it in the "for here" cup so I can experience the aesthetic ceramic with latte art. I really enjoyed my drink. I didn't find it too sweet and I felt the cinnamon and brown sugar went well together. Didn't feel too overly creamy either and the drink held the foam texture even till the end (and I did my best to savor my drink as I studied). Overall = 5/5 Cute spot to study and just grab a drink and relax. It can get a little loud but what's to expect from a popular coffee shop and music - nothing headsets can't fix. Canabru is so good and is a 5/5. I ordered their vanilla latte which is great but my go to drink is the strawberry latte. It's so good and highly recommend. The drink isn't super sweet which I prefer. The cafe gets very packed but they make your drinks pretty quick. They also have pastries available if you need a quick snack.
