We ordered office cabinetry after my husband met the sales rep. at a home show. They promised us perfection but left us with a bad taste in our mouths. The countertops did not fit well, they had gaps at the seams. Don't understand why the workman was unable to fix the problem, yet my husband did fix it although it took him 3 hours. Also, they worked late on the second day because they wanted to finish the job but neglected to clean up the mess they left behind. The most important issue was the fact that the wrapped wood cabinet doors they installed had light scratches and a weird film on them. After we complained, the owner did contact his supplier and replaced 10 of the upper cabinet doors but we ended up with at least 4 doors with the same issues. I pointed this out to the workman who installed them and he agreed that they should have been perfect the second time around. I called the owner and he said there was nothing more he could do for us. Replacing a defective product with another defective product does not make it better!!! In our opinion, this is not good business at all! read more
