Once I found the one i wanted to purchase i paid the extra 40.00 to have a new in the box assembled for me. They said they would call me in a couple days to pickup. After i did not hear from them on the fourth day i called. I was informed they sold mine by mistake but could tag the floor model which is new and i was ok with that but did not feel I should have to pay for assembly since it was put together for display purposes. When I question them and told them how i felt Tom (who i talked to) talked in circles and acted like i was a bother. If it wasn't for it being a Christmas gift I would of got my money back. They pulled a couple shenanigans on me over the years.. I had one guy try to separate the holster from the gun that I was buying three separate times. He then sealed the used gun up in a box and I walked out with it and got to the car. I wondered why he sealed the box so I opened it, and of course the holster wasn't in there! (He really wanted that holster for some reason. It was a "brown button, rough back Heiser holster, so it was valuable.) I filed a complaint about it, but they kind of blew me off. They said that guy wouldn't do that. (But, in fact, he did.)

I had to do some leg work figuring out length and such to buy (as he explained a fair probability of hIs supplier not sending a package for awhile) but afterword the expense I was charged was astonishingly low for service work, cheapest in town actually, by far. Further, work was finished within the day (so I dropped stuff on the way to work and was able to pick it up right after work 6 hours later). All in all, an exceptional experience. Edit: After the first 17 miles of riding on said wheel I had a loose spoke; you get what you pay for.
