This one is used, 2010, the price was fair, we check other places selling the same year, make and model. The entire buying process was easy and without pressure. We now have both that we bought from them. The first purchased RV our daughter and her family uses and my wife and I will use this one. After the sale, Burlington wants you to stay in touch they offer great seminars on topics for your RV. Their service team are knowledgeable and helpful. They installed a 2nd Ac unit, tankless water heater, awning fabric replacement, added Fantastic fans, vent covers, all delivered on time at a fair price. I recommend Burlington RV to my friends.

Called the facility directly, couldn't help us. Called the tech line, couldn't help us. They had us a call some jackass out of Milwaukee that was supposed to be a remote tech. When we called him, this smart arse just started the whole conversation off on a bad foot. After he notified us that he doesn't work Saturdays AND he's booked all the way through the first week of July, he Immediately accused us of not winterizing our trailer and that EVERY line was broke and It was our fault. *sigh* My neighbor, who has a 31 ft, told me when I bought it from then "Burlington RV" said I should have called him. They are the absolute worse with service. That being said, him and I started taking apart the area where the leak was. Welp!!! There it is. Shotty work by the manufacturer. A hot water line had popped out, cause they didn't push it in far enough. We removed the inferior product and replaced it with a quality connector. Do NOT buy from this company!! Do NOT ask for help on a Saturday!!!

If you are in the market for a Class B RV I highly recommend using Petite RV. They are an honest…read moreand genuine family owned business, while there I met two of the three brothers and their father, they were all very friendly and professional. I worked with Ed through my buying process, I am from New York, and this was my first RV purchase so I had a lot of questions for him, he answered each question thoroughly. They were very honest about the RV and they also offered up the option of sending the van to a local shop (of my choosing) before we flew out there so a mechanic could give the vehicle a full inspection before we drove it from IL to NY, which I took them up on. They handled making the appointment with the auto shop and drove the van over to them. Needless to say, the shop thought the van was very solid and the only issues were with the windshield wipers and spray nozzle for the window washer fluid (it is a '94 but has definitely been taken care of), once Ed found this out he replaced the wipers and nozzle with no charge to me. Once we actually got to the RV dealership Ed went through the RV with me very thoroughly and showed me each and every RV component and how it works. They have a wonderful and top-notch inventory of Class B RVs that goes beyond the inventory they show online, so I am sure they have something for everyone with a full range in prices. After we left the dealership, fully comfortable with my purchase, the van drove like a dream all the way home! I am very glad that I decided to do business with Petite and I would highly recommend giving them your business if you are in the market for a Class B RV. Even though there is not a whole lot online regarding their business/customers reviews, do not let this deter you! They do things the old fashioned way, which includes personable professional business! Also, once you arrive you will be able to read all of the hand written, wonderful, reviews people have left them.

I researched Petite in depth prior to flying in from California. All 5 star reviews and they answered any and all questions. There are lots of companies that sell campervans so for me to travel to Illinios to purchase a pre-owned van speaks for itself.

I94 RV has changed their name to COLLIER RV SKY HARBOR. Same…read morefolks, same great service, different name. This is the 2nd time buying a camper from Collier RV. 3 Reasons why I went back. Salesperson Chris. Chris was honest and not pushy, very laid back but speedy to answer all questions. Chris returned my emails, calls and texts (and there were many of them) morning, nights and even on a Sunday. I felt he really tried hard, to get us the RV we wanted and within our budget. He kept an eye out for incoming RV's that fit our parameters. He brought the RV's located at Rockford, that we were seriously interested in seeing, to the Wadsworth location. Which was so convenient. Business manager Darwin, got us a great rate. He beat the best rate I found online and I'm an excellent searcher. He's been in the business for a long time. He is the person to talk details with, about price, payments etc. once you have made a choice or close to making a choice. Chris our Salesman however, did a lot of back and forth with Darwin, then back to us, to see if the numbers were close enough to what we could afford and what we would need for down payment. He will ask you if you want coverage and services like maintenance or paint protection or fabric protection, tire coverage, road service and more. I wasn't prepared or researched on all that, and in my excitement, we may have gotten them all. : ) Service Department! Oh my gosh....we love Ken and the service team. Efficient, honest, timely, answers questions and checks things out on our RV when needed. Whether I am just worrying for nothing or I have a more pressing issue. I wanted this 2nd RV to be cared for this service team at I94 RV ( Collier RV Sky Harbor ) I need honest correct info when there's a problem because I don't have money to throw around for misdiagnosis or shoddy work. Great family run business, upbeat place and nice vibe. These employees are good, friendly people. Vicki the administrative assistant will greet you with a genuine, friendly hello when you come inside. She makes you feel comfortable and welcome and at ease. If you're cruising by I94 and Russell Rd, the Stateline, go in and peruse the smallest to the largest. It's so fun to check out how cool these things are no matter what size! They are possibly more affordable then you think.

If you are new to RV'ing, as experienced ones will attest, you will be back at some point for service. Doesn't matter what class or brand you buy.....it will happen. And the upshot is, an RV manufacturer warranty is only as good as the DEALER you buy it from. I cannot stress this enough. For those wanting more details on our experience...read on. But in summary, Roskopfs backs their product like no other, even years after purchase. My family and I purchased our first RV in 2019 from Roskopf's, acting on the many recommendations that I received. Roskopf's advertises themselves as the value leader, and I believe that sums up our experience with them perfectly. Working with both Corey and Gary Roskopf was a comfortable no pressure experience. They are extremely knowledgeable, honest, and forthcoming. I left the dealership feeling strongly that I made the right decision to buy with them given their reputation, built over several decades, for backing the products they sell. As far as price is concerned, I've been known to hop on a plane to another state to purchase an vehicle to save $$. Fortunately Roskopf's price was very competitive. That said if places like camping world was several thousands cheaper, in hindsight I would still choose Roskopfs. Because I know when something goes wrong it'll end up costing more in the long run because you'll end up being out of pocket for the repairs and/or missing a trip (and likely deposit $$) due to long repair lead times. Since 2019 we've driven our RV across the country twice and up and down Wisconsin dozens of times visiting state parks. There have been manufacturing related issues from poor seals to under manufactured frame components. Each time, Brian and his service team was there to save the day. And with the all the miles driven and family memories cultivated, these issues never once kept us from our travels and/or put a dent in our pocketbook. And the upgrades I've had their team install were very reasonable. I've learned that recently Roskopfs was purchased by Campers Inn. My business will remain here with Brian and Gary staying on along with their mentality that customer is at the very center of their business. Call me a fanboy, but through hard work and good business practices Brian and Gary have earned my loyalty.
