The man there is super nice and kind. He is usually the one doing the renting out. The lady seems real nice too. They are the only people we have rented from and we have always had good results with their equipment working and well maintained. The guy in the shop always starts the equipment before I leave to show me that it works well and also shows me how to use it. Thank you for that! The company may not look like the brightest and brand new building in town, but they are very nice and the equipment is well maintained and they are reasonable in their pricing. I absolutely love everything about this company. From tables/chairs for parties to lawn equipment they really seem to have it all. We rent from them several times a year and they are always willing to work with us and go the extra mile to make sure our needs are met. If we do have any issues with rental equipment they are immediate to rectify the issue. For example we had a water pressure gun that wasn't emitting a lot of strength so they upgraded us at no cost. Just got off the phone with a rather rude attendant who was unwilling to answer a number of related questions about the equipment, nor verify the condition of proposed rental equipment. However, she was more than willing to tell me what kind of extra charges would be tacked on to the rental fee should any problems arise. Apparently, their insurance does NOT cover much. They seem to want to pile on extra charges to the customer. Never got the chance to ask the remaining questions regarding other tool rentals. She hung up. just from a phone conversation, the whole vibe was bad, I would stay away from this place. read more

Went to rent an electric jack hammer and off I went, after lugging an 80 lb. tool 350 ft. I turn it on and nothing so I lug it back and was told " we give no refunds no matter what, see it's in big red letters at the bottom ". I tell him "it never turned on so the contract is nullified and void". Again he tells me "no refunds but I'll let you rent something else". This company has second hand equipment , should have known with how the company is run and the looks of 10-20 yr. old crap. My real rating is negative -2. read more

Good business. A little rough around the edges but I've never had a problem. Rented on several occasions. Equipment is always in good shape and they have an extensive list of items to rent. Just wish they had a website with a listing of rental equipment/items and pricing. Will use them again in the future. read more

****ATTENTION ALL RENTERS***** WOW! -- I was absolutely blown away by Lee s Rent It customer service. I am not a guy that writes letters back to businesses or posts reviews online but I am taking a few extra minutes to do so because of the EXCEPTIONAL way they handled my unique circumstance. I had a transmission in my car fail earlier in the afternoon and I needed a 14 flat tow hauler/trailer to get the vehicle moved...well to make a long story short.... I rented the trailer and got to my car (1 mile down the road) to find out that the the car had already been towed away. My luck went from bad to worse...A BROKEN TRANS and a rented tow trailer with nothing to TOW! I immediately returned back to Lee s and explained my circumstances, The owner (super nice guy) quietly listened to me as I explained why the renal was being returned so quickly and without another word... he promptly refunded the full amount. Keep in mind that the contract did say POSITIVELY NO REFUND and I begrudgingly would have paid the full amount. But man, let me tell you....YOU DO NOT GET SERVICE LIKE THIS ANYMORE. In a day and age where everything is black and white...These guys were willing to make an exception. I understand that they cannot do this for each and every customer that walks through the door...but I have to say....the way I was feeling and as horrible of a day that I had..it meant a lot... Rented from Lee's rental for years now. Whether it be lights, heavy trailers, post hole diggers and they have it all. Seriously though, if you dont know how to operate heavy equipment then you probably shouldnt use it, cause it can be dangerous. Also, if the equipment doesnt work then all you have to do is ask for another or they wont charge you. However, if you have it all day then yes you will get a full charge, same with overnight. I've rented several things from Lee's. The products I've rented are things I don't want to own because I don't use them enough (concrete saw, jack hammer, insulation blower). They all worked well and the prices are great. I'm very happy to keep renting from Lee's. read more
