Recently I ordered six servings of tofu pudding. The man behind the counter spoke with me using Cantonese, and once the order was placed worked deftly to package all the pudding into plastic to-go containers along accompanied with six smaller containers full of ginger syrup. Expertly, the plastic bags also had a cardboard as a base for the containers to minimize the chance of spillage. When I mentioned wanting to use a credit card, he balked at the idea since there's a surcharge, but I laughed and said it was okay. Visit early since lots of items are sold out after a while.

Bot Chien (Fried rice cake in egg)- topped with a decent amount of pickled veggies to balance out the sauce, I personally thought the sauce was a bit too sweet. I ended up eating dipping mine in the nuoc mam (fish sauce) from the other dishes I grabbed, which I preferred much better. Banh It Tran (Savory Mung Bean Dumpling)- topped with a generous amount of grounded dried shrimp. Sticky rice dumpling as soft and chewy.
