I really liked the selection of ornaments they had this year. Prices can be compatible with the other stores. They have really good sales around holidays or after holidays. Employees are usually nice and friendly. The only complaint I have is the long lines. No matter how many cashiers are working , there is always a long line. Parking can be really challenging during the weekends. Sometimes it is really hard to find a parking spot. It is better to park close to Burger King since that area usually is not that crowded.

I think it's despicable that a store that makes $6million annually doesn't care about the quality of life of their associates. Their upper management travels in private jets yet most of the store associates can't even pay their rent while living a quality of life. The owner and associates went above and beyond--moving furniture around the store so we could visualize different color combinations, walking us through which pieces were customizable, and providing clear timelines for items that weren't in stock. That level of care made the whole experience feel personalized and stress-free. The highlight of it all was their team delivering our couch and accent chairs the very same day!
