When you get to the front, you order from one of three giant screens you scroll through to pick your food and drinks, pay with your card and wait for the staff to tell you your order has washed up on the beach. I've tried several of their bows but have settled on the Pele bowl, usually with a cucumber base and only one scoop of rice. They have beef, chicken and ahi in a wide variety of flavors, and again, if you're not sure, ask a staff member and they're happy to help you through the process. They have small waffles as a base option but I have not tried those. I'm sure they're good.
