After all the activities in Blue Mountain, I was really craving the salty savoury crunch of some nachos. Camino Taco was the choice for this, but the food was rather underwhelming. We opted to sit out on the patio as it was a fairly nice day. The server was very friendly, recommending us the house margarita specials of the day. However, we only ordered the nachos for a quick snack before returning to the other activities planned for the rest of the evening. As per Blue Mountain, the serving size and prices are pretty abominable, with the "nacho boat" being the size of perhaps a small sized portion of poutine and also $21. It also seems to be just ground beef smothered in some pre-packaged cheese sauce and sour cream, topped with some pickled onions and refried beans. The refried beans somewhat saved the nachos, but without any real cheese, tomatoes, or any real fresh ingredients, it was definitely lackluster. The vibe of the restaurant is great, but in terms of Mexican food authenticity, they could do better. Would probably not return here if visiting Blue Mountain again.

Such delicious authentic Mexican food. Me and my mom devoured the delicious guacamole and chips, the guacamole was presented in a beautiful way. The chicken tinga tacoes were so flavourful and delicious as well. Service was very friendly.

The guacamole was excellent--fresh and authentic! The queso and nachos were spot on as well. While the menu could use more variety, especially with the tacos (which weren't the usual style and didn't catch my eye), I opted for the chicken bowl, which was hearty, delicious, and perfect after a day on the slopes. The cocktails were fantastic, and the service was outstanding. The restaurant itself is small but charming, cozy, and inviting.

Blue Mountain Village has always offered a variety of cuisines to locals and tourists alike, and now features a Mexican restaurant, Camino Taco. The ambiance inside and out is appealing, and the service is sufficient. The amount of flies and yellow jackets flying around inside weren't fun to deal with though. As for my meal, I enjoyed it, but paying $23, even if it's CAD, is steep for 3 tacos. The tacos were good for what they were, but lacked authenticity. For instance, the chicken in the Stranger Wings tacos had a glaze on it that tasted like an American hot sauce. That was really my only gripe with the food itself. If I couldn't get tacos for $1.50 USD each back home, I'd be more inclined to give this 4 stars.

This is a great place if you're looking for tacos and drinks in Blue Mountain village! The restaurant has some cool decor and is great for small groups and tequila lovers. The beef brisket tacos were our favourite- surprisingly, because fish tacos are allllways my favourite. Each taco flavour we ordered was good though (Gringo, Barbacoa, and Baja Fish). They came on a giant wooden plank. The guacamole was a great appetizer too! The service was okay, it was a bit slow with a full house- they forgot to come back to us with a drink we ordered, but oh well. Go early if you're going in the evening on a weekend if you want to get in! I don't understand why restaurants in the village close so early??? Most places were closed (including this place) at 10pm. Every restaurant in the village that closed at 10pm had a line out the door and people were being turned away. It must be some sort of village regulation. Any place open later other than like Pita Pit, turns into a club and stops serving food ??? Why?!?

We made reservations at the last minute. It didn't seem to be an issue as we were grabbing dinner on a Tuesday evening. The server was friendly and accommodating to our allergies. For our group of four, we ordered the fries supreme ($19) and taco trio to share. Note, you can only order the SAME type if you order the taco trio ($21). Hoping they change this in the near future! I also ordered the Pina Colada Flossy ($16) drink separately. Overall, the Barbacoa was the best flavour. The batter on the Baja Fish taco was on the heavier side, felt like we were eating fish sticks. The Chicken Tinga was just ok. Tortillas were served cold. I don't think I would order the Pina Colada again.

Service is definitely super friendly. They made sure we get a table although we had no reservations . They accommodated some food modifications.. now food was ok! Anyways in blue mountains most food is touristic so expectations are low! Here the guacamole was super fresh the fish tacos weren't oily. And again friendly service.. good spot for a quick bite!

Canada Day! Got some tacos. We wanted to get Beavertails for dessert and found tacos across the way. The decor is cute and I loved the chairs. They completed the look. There were quite a few different tacos to choose from and we decided on 3 different ones. If you get the same ones, there is a bit of a deal whereas for different ones, each one cost $6.50 which is a bit much considering the local one we have in Markham is $6.50 for two! We decided on the beef brisket, Korean chicken, and fish. The tacos were visually appealing. However when I bit into the "Korean chicken", it tasted like a Taco Bell type beef one. I'm not fond of beef so I asked our server. They had mixed up the tacos. The fish one had a "heavy" batter unlike many fish tacos with light batter. It was more like beer batter. Didn't eat the beef brisket. Once we got the Korean chicken it was ok... I prefer the Markham one. Guacamole and chips was good but our little guy monopolized it.

Came here at 4pm on a Sunday. Did not have any issue with service as it wasn't that busy. In fact the staff was very nice and friendly checked if I needed anything 3 times. Love their drinks and food. The only draw back is the taco platter that only comes with a single choice. I wish they allow you to select diff kinds so you can try diff . It was still good I ordered the cod. For the drink it was amazing except I wasn't sure if it is normal that it only came half glass full. I checked out other pictures here with the same order and it does not appear that a half glass is normal? Otherwise I had a good experience.

It is one of those days where everything just hit the right spot. We have our fur baby with us so we were looking for a patio spot to enjoy our lunch. Camino was very friendly and sat us down with an extra seat for our baby. Food wise, after traveling for a few days and eating out a bit, we (our tummies) were both a bit tired. We shared a chicken burrito bowl and a guacamole, both portions were very very generous. I was so amazed with all the fresh and pickled vegetables they added to the burrito bowl, it was so refreshing and delicious. It might not be what you would expect from a typical Mexican place, but it is definitely delicious. The guacamole was crushed with fresh avocados and truly good. We stumbled upon this place without researching and were both very pleasantly refreshed and enjoyed our lunch very much.

Good Baja tacos but very average burrito bowl. They are not flexible with the menu - we asked to have like a combination of tacos instead of set of 3 Baja tacos which was not possible. Should allow some updates!! Churros were nothing outstanding in the sundae. Service is fine! Place was too loud. Overall very average.

Enjoyed a great lunch here with my family. Ordered 3x Baja and 3x Barbacoa tacos. I enjoyed both, but preferred the brisket. I felt the fish was missing some spice. Finished with churros and they were also amazing! Staff were very friendly and all COVID protocols were followed and adhered to.

cute little place, it's definitely a pitstop style patio to grab a quick bite then continue your day but that doesn't mean it's not a great place! service was great, we were seated quickly and the staff were friendly and helpful! we were a table of 6 and ordered 2 of the guacamole for 4 and it was the perfect quantity! the platter of tacos is 15 tacos (you can get 3 different flavours) personally the Buffalo ones were my favorite!! it was like a Spanish twist on the Buffalo chicken sandwich the fries Supreme werent my cup of tea (just not enough cheese sauce or veggies for my liking) but the flavors were good! the Pina colada was also really good (but also very sweet so careful if you don't like really sugary drinks)

Who would have thought that my first restaurant in Canada would be accidentally a vegan one, and I…read moremust say I'm pleasantly surprised. I gotta be honest, we ended up here without knowing that it was all vegan, n since I chose the place, I saw I disappointed my family for choosing such by mistake. But, these folks really changed our mind. All of the stuff we ordered were not only delicious, but we didn't really feel like we're having imitation meat. We loved and finished every bit of it. I was never much of a fan of imitation meat, but this place has made me reconsider. The service was great. Very friendly and polite folks who own/run the place. We were kinda clueless on what we were gonna order as the sunday's special menu didn't sound all that familiar. The waitress was patient with us in answering any questions we had and helped us choose the order. We need more such good service at the restaurants. It was my newborn nephew's first outing. They have a changing table which was a relief. Drink options looked attractive, we couldn't try them this time.

We may not fit the usual looking vegans and that's why perhaps as soon as we entered the girl clarified with us that we knew that this place is vegan only. The service was very slow as well Ordered a large Nachos. Multicoloured Chips and topped with vegetables, sour creams, cheeze and tons of runny refried beans. The size was definitely too much for the both of us for which we were warned. The chips good, the Cheeze not so good and vegan sour cream ok. The runny refried beans made the chips soggy. The Enchiladas - too little filling inside and again the tomatillo green salsa too runny. The flavour was very mild for us and the profound flavour was just the tomatillos. The quantity we got for the price paid was disappointing as well. The Passion Fruit cocktail was absolutely amazing. Very good Passion Fruit flavour and perfectly made and very refreshing. It was cold outside, but we enjoyed the icy drink. The restaurant has two coolers that you can buy some vegan items. We got Butler Soy Curls that are hard to find.
