Right close to the harbor, beautifully decorated to match the theme (white and blue). Open concept with huge ceiling to wall windows so you can see outside while dining in. During Covid, they have the tables spread out. It allows for a more intimate dining experience. I would definitely check this place out for dinner. Service: they were accommodating to our large party as a walkin right before the end of the lunch. Our server knew the menu well! Food: Creamy seafood- It was indeed creamy and was flavorful Orecchiette: Supringly looks can be deceiving. When it first arrived I didnt have much expectations but it was delicious. I ate all of it!

Food was delicious and appealing. Service was great. The hostess lacked people skills but the food and servers made up for getting past her. Next time in Collingwood will make a point of dining here again.

Overall a pretty decent spot, but I found the food average. Lake views were kind of nice and they have a quite serene ambience. Here's the rundown of the food: - table bread was just store bought bread which was a bit of a turn off, but at least it was warm and the butter was good - bruschetta flatbread was alright but way too heavy on the cheese - trout was pretty decent, good healthy options - steak was a bit underwhelming both in quality and seasoning - summer salad was good; pomegranate dressing was quite sweet. The food was overall not bad, but definitely a bit overpriced. Worth a try but doubt I'd return.

    Seafood Platter

Ordered the Seafood Platter: Serves 2 ppl 2 Butter Poached Lobster Tails, Snow Crab Cluster, 4 Prawns, 2 East Coast Scallops, P.E.I. Mussels in a White Wine Broth, Chive Whipped Potatoes, Seasonal Vegetables. This restauraunt is in Collingwood near Blue Mountain, so on the way towards or away from that area its a great pit stop. The lake is Lake Huron btw, not Lake Ontario so its a different view than most people in Toronto are used to. If this were Toronto or Montreal I'd say the main course dishes are over priced, but you have to keep in mind when you're this far out, the options for this type and level of food are far and between. The different crustations were all cooked beautifully and the poaching on the lobster tails and the broth the mussels were in made all the seafood moist and delicious.

The service here was okay! We started off with Oysters to share and they were great! The remainder of our meal consisted of the seafood chowder, salmon burger, and salad with prawns were underwhelming. The experience as a whole was average

Catered to a group of 10 with ease. Everyone was happy, their menu is sure to please all of your party. We shared the calamari & mussels, both were good. Although not overly special or unique. Their house salad was presented beautifully, and equally as tasty, filling with a variety of beets, goat cheese & nuts. Steak & frites, grilled to perfection, paired nicely with crispy Brussel sprouts and au jus. I like their pre-fixe options here. The seafood linguini must stay as is- don't substitute for the zucchini pasta, as it waters it down and will leave you unsatisfied as two of our party ordered that and much preferred regular pasta.) I loved the scallop and shrimp however, we all didn't love the taste of the mussels this night. But, overall very good. Our server recommended the Leaping Horse wine, which we both enjoyed. The brownie on ice cream was awesome, the caramel really added to the dish and it was big enough to share. I also liked the coffee.

Great food, a little on the expensive side but worth it! We had the PEI Mussels and Crab Cakes to start. Entrees were the Miso Glazed Salmon and Shrimp Thai Curry Bowl. For the price it would have been nice to have a few more shrimp in the bowl.

This place offers a robust menu inspire of the covid pandemic. Overall I was a tad disappointed. The food was hit and miss. Some quality offerings but most underwhelming dishes. We were disappointed by the outside seating. For a place called "lakeside" we had a view of a parking lot. The service was a little delayed, but may be due to the pandemic measures and outdoor seating. Finally, the drinks were strong and refreshing. However, at the price point of this restaurant, I would have expected timely service, an on the money menu and a gorgeous view of the marina. We got none of that. Try: Seared tuna bowl Avoid: Ceviche, Lobster Risotto

Beautiful lakeside view, gorgeous interior decor and what seems to be a very fun restaurant is only whats worth it compared to its cuisine. Food: 2/5 Decor: 5/5 Service 3/5 Price: 2/5 Paid: 89.90 +tips for lunch for 2 Its almost always empty during lunch at this place and for sure understandable, the food was a quiet disappointing. They have 3 mains to choose from? A lot of sandwiches and flat breads and apps. From 15-25 each and the quality isnt up to it. I ordered the fish and chips however they name it like its some gourmet dish. The fish was fried WITH SKIN?? And riddled with fish bones, making it almost impossible to eat. After the first bite i sent it away. We also ordered steak, decent sized very thin and wasnt cooked properly we asked medium and go welldone, also sent back. Also sounded so good on menu but blasted our expectation. We had flat bread and calimary as apps, flat bread was super salty, and the calimary was okay but listed as cajun seasoned, which tasted more like a blast of cumin. SERVICE: was okay, the lady was nice enoufh to return our dishes, she was more fixated at the monitor screen though then her guests. I wouldnt come back to eat, as there are plenty of great places to eat around that location.

Amazing food, ordered a shareable sea food platter, it was so good. We also got the oysters to start, best oysters I've ever had. Highly recommend this restaurant

They also had a few paintings on their walls to sell that were made by local artists which was really nice. Our server was polite and friendly. She made sure we had everything we needed. We ordered the oysters, the soup of the day, filet mignon with herb roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables and the new york striploin with chive mashed potato and garlic mushrooms. We were quite pleased with the oysters (5/5) and the soup which was Chipotle Tomato (5/5). The soup had a nice smokey flavour and a kick from the chipotle which paired well with the sweetness and tanginess of the tomato soup. Filet Mignon with Herb Roasted Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables (3.5/5). The steak was cooked to my liking (medium rare). The char to it heightened the flavour of the steak. The steak also had bacon wrapped around which I couldn't really taste. The herb roasted potatoes were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The kitchen staff unfortunately forgot to add my seasonal vegetables on the plate which we let our server know. The vegetables were underwhelming as they were overcooked. We hope for the staff to be more attentive in future orders. The New York Striploin with Chive Mashed Potato and Garlic Mushrooms (4/5) was also cooked medium rare however, we did find some parts of the steak to be slightly overcooked. The char also heightened the flavours of the steak. The chive mashed potato had a smooth texture. Butter on the side would've been a good idea. The garlic mushrooms were deliciously cooked. It was bouncy and juicy, coated in the garlic flavour we were looking for. They also gave out bread and olive oil and balsamic vinegar for starters.

The atmosphere is straight out of the 80s and a little dark, but that was OK. We had a nice open window near our table and our server. Ashley was absolutely wonderful wonderful.. Had great options for both wine and food and I couldn't believe that you would get a salad bar, a soup of vegetable and a potato with your meal and if you got a steak, the mushrooms came with it. Absolutely enough to feed a super hungry bear. We both got the filet mignon and they were absolutely delicious. We have in bacon. They came with steamed carrots that were cooked perfectly. The mushrooms were delicious. The salad bar was small, but delicious dressing was very savory. Prices were more than reasonable I don't think a lot of tourists know about this place or go there. It seemed most of the people there were elderly. They had a beautiful second room for what seemed to be a private party. We might even go there again tonight for dinner it was that good and again, especially from the US. The prices are beyond reasonable.

Service slow food is terrible. 30 minutes to take drink order another 30 to get drink. Over an hour and a half to get food. The place was not busy 1/2 of tables in open section were empty. Other section was closed with no lights. So the place was less than 1/4 full. No reason for such a long wait and this is a regular occurrence from looking at a review from a year ago. Bread is from a bargain grocery store, bland and tasteless. Salad bar is pathetic, you can get better salads prepackaged from from grocery store. Salad dressings taste worst than No Name Brand. Carrots were boiled to the point where they were mush and the orange colour was faded to a pastel colour. Seafood chowder was cream and and bits of potato, no seafood. "Cook" does not cook to match order but cooks the way he wants. Bacon wrapping steak was raw. Steak was ordered medium well and arrived rare. Lobster was over cooked to death. No one at the table got the steak the way they ordered it. Portion size is large but getting more bad food is not a good thing. Food was not seasoned. A beginner cooking at home can make a better meal. Do not waste time or money. Plenty of better options in Collingwood.
