Camellia Cafe -- 10/10 There are good things in life, and then there are great things. This is neither. This is an excellent thing, and excellent things are rare. From the moment you walk in, you feel at home. The decor isn't just "there"; it's curated. With every turn of the head, you find yourself captivated by something more interesting than the last. It creates a cozy, intentional environment that sets the stage for the service. The Service: Shannon is a absolute delight and as genuine as they come. She has that "Momma's about to feed you, sit down and tell me what you need" energy, and it works perfectly. Watching her work is a sight to behold she handles three or four things at once with a grace most of us lack while just walking and breathing. You may enter empty, but you certainly won't leave that way. The Food: Have you ever liked one thing so much you haven't even made it to the rest of the menu? That's me. Their bacon, egg, and cheese would give any breakfast spot in Georgia a run for its money. I swear every time I walk in that I'll try something new, but the "usual" is just too good to resist. It's a difficult choice I look forward to making every time. Why they get a 10/10: My ratings of just about everything in life are based on three pillars that Camellia Cafe nails: 1. Kindness: They treat everyone with respect the moment they walk through the door, regardless of how they look or what's in their wallet. 2. Values: It's clear that while money is a reality of business, it isn't the only thing driving them. There is heart here. 3. Consistency of Character: You can tell the kindness isn't a "performance" for customers it's a reflection of how they treat their staff, their family, and themselves. So friendly, delicious food and a cheery atmosphere! I love the help yourself concept but with the sweet twists of china mugs and glasses. We came on a Saturday and they had a buffet set up with plenty of samplings from the menu. Would definitely go back! read more

Hands down an amazing experience. The owner was an absolute doll!! The food was good definitely recommend the biscuits and gravy! They allowed us to sit outside with our dogs and even got them a bowl of water. Highly recommend Camellia City Cafe! read more
