Calloway came out and helped with a water issue from a sewage drain backup. The communication and professionalism was much appreciated in getting my home cleaned up quickly. read more

We had a flooding issue and called late in the evening. They were fast, respectful and got the job done!

I had an estimate from this company for 2 very small areas of mold. I saw huge red flags and decided it was necessary to have a second opinion. Calloway suggested dry wall ceilings to be cut out in a bathroom and bedroom. Those would be left to be repaired by someone else I would have to find. The estimate was 1500$, with the warning, or threat, that they could find big problems in the walls, etc.. I was also urged to put 1/2 down that day just to get on the schedule. Red Flag. I called another business and was relieved to learn that my problem was cosmetic, needed to be cleaned, treated with a stain killer, and repainted. No dry wall ceilings cut out, no containment necessary, no people traipsing through my home for days, no mess, no hassle no huge bill, no headaches. I am disgusted by Calloway trying to take advantage of my tiny little mold issue and the fear of mold. Imagine charging people 1,500$ plus and making such a huge mess for ABSOLUTELY no reason. You should be ashamed of yourself, Calloway. read more

We had a cable technician fall through our ceiling and leave a huge hole in the ceiling. We had Calloway come out to give us an estimate we accepted and was promised work would start on Tuesday worked 3 hrs, Wed. worked 3 hrs and on Thursday 2 hrs. They were suppose to come on Friday to patch the hole at 9 am. No show when we called to find out where the workers were we were told there was a schedule change that no one informed us of. I asked if I could get a schedule set up because we were taking off work. We were told I will call you by 5 pm on Friday. NO CALL! I called on Sunday and went to VM. so on Monday we waited until 10 to call and of course he said he was just about to call us, said he would have someone come out on the next day in the afternoon and would need the rest of the week and may have this job done by next Tuesday. It was very cacotic and a lot of back and forth never keeping promises. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY NOTHING BUT A HEADACHE! Customer Service is awful read more

We were moving out of our old residence and had Sam and Chad come out and clean the carpets. They did our entire home in 45 minutes. There were some very bad stains and they were able to get most of them out. They were extremely affordable. I will recommend them any day. read more

Calloway Cleaning & Restoration - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - Cincinnati, Ohio

Only because no stars was not an option. Hired for fire and soot damage. Staff was careless with personal items and damaged irreplaceable heirlooms. Soot was still everywhere when they finished, I was actually given the soot cleaning sponges by the staff to finish it myself. Not pleased at all. I only went with this company because my insurance recommended the bigger business in town and I tend to choose the smaller businesses for a more personal feel but I wish I had listened to my insurance company on this one for sure! read more

I'm really disappointed with the customer service I received. Hired them on Thursday to clean my bed to clean up cat urine from when I was out of town. The two technicians who came were young but nice. I was concerned about the thoroughness of the job (especially around the stained area) but they assured me that after it dried within 24 hours it would be fine. They told me they offered a guarantee that they'd come back right away after that period if it was not properly cleaned. Unfortunately, once it was dry, it was apparent that the main stained area still smelled pretty awful. It needed to be cleaned/deodorized a lot more thoroughly. I called back that next day and an answering service responded, saying they'd forward the message urgently. I didn't hear anything back so Saturday morning called again. Spoke to the answering service again and they said they'd forward the message. A guy did call me back soon after that. He was pretty abrupt with me and made me feel like I was a nuisance. I explained the situation and he basically blew me off. He said that nobody could come over the weekend (and I would have to wait an additional 3 days with an improperly cleaned bed - service not properly delivered). I did attempt to explain the urgency of the situation... this is why I hired/called them. To get me the PRODUCT of a clean, smell-free bed. Not wait multiple days... but alas, he basically said, he'd call me back Monday. Not even a guarantee that it would be re-cleaned Monday. I wish that I had hired a company which cared about delivering rapid customer service and pride in the work they delivered. I am just sad because I am not sleeping well and spent over $100 for a bed which was not properly cleaned. I want this problem solved FAST!!! If the problem is resolved, I'll re-post and let you know. read more

Highly recommend! They quoted a fair price and stuck to it. The technician was professional, on time and didn't leave a mess after cleaning the dryer vent. (I wish I could recall his name). read more

I have nothing good to say about this company. The staff was rude and inconsiderate of my time. I needed my dryer venting looked at and thought they would be a good fit. After failing to show up at 8:30, I called at 9 only to be told that the woman answering the phone had not made it into the office yet, 9:30 comes I call again and was told the drivers had a blow out and would be much later. I was annoyed that no one called me to tell me, but things happen. We rescheduled for 5p. 5 comes and go, I call and was rudely told by the woman answering the phone that she was at the doctors office, and did I know that there is traffic at five? Hmm, yes I do know there is traffic-did you know you're a secretary answering phones for a Calloway? She says she'll call me back, 5:15 no call back I call again, rude lady again, tells me office is closed. Long story short no one EVER showed up and no one ever called me back. Bottom line unless you want to waste an entire day, find another company. Any other company. read more

I had Calloway do a carpet cleaning on Nov 22nd, which didn't go well. I wrote a couple reviews, and they responded very quick. In the response, an appointment was set up to examine and reclean areas of concern. The 2 men, Tommy and Andy, were punctual and very professional. They walked me through the process and kept me involved in what they were doing. They were very thorough and the end result was excellent. Thank you to both of these men and to Calloway for handling this issue!!! read more

We got screwed by this company. Steer clear. We had a sump pump fail and wound up with a few inches of water throughout the basement. We fixed the pump but still needed the basement dried out. Calloway came out the next day, a Friday, gave us a quote and set up their drying equipment. The young man said that since the water was out and the affected area was small the job might only take two days but he wrote the quote for three just in case. I was to call him on Saturday and let him know if he needed to come out to get the equipment on Sunday. Saturday all was dry so he said he would come out the next day; he called though on Sunday and said he couldn't make it but I would only be charged for two days. We paid for the two days but were later contacted by the company demanding the balance due (which we paid since we were at work and unsure if we missed something). When we got home we discovered the overpayment and called back to get our $300 refund. They only wound up giving us $200 and acted like they did us a favor. Ridiculous! read more
