Now some of the windows are SO crystal clear that I feel like they're not even there! We've never had our windows professionally cleaned before, but the price felt reasonable for the size of the house. Also, there was a slight mix-up about the scheduling, but they worked us in quickly, so there was no issue. Finally, this might be a small thing, but I really appreciated that Larry showed up with a vehicle and shirt clearly marked with United Window Cleaning's name and logo.

Instead 3 people showed up (which was a more expensive hourly rate) and took 1.5 hours. The team did a fine job cleaning the apartment, but we have had better cleaning services. They did an incredibly good job redoing our, what appears to me, complicated fabric covered chairs. They even refinished the walnut base and legs, we were not expecting this and at no additional charge. Speaking of charge, it was more than reasonable, the interior design company we had engaged had quoted us more than double what Homan Interiors charged us, using the same material. It was a pleasure talking to the owner, it was obvious he really enjoys bringing these old chairs back to their former glory. It is rare to see such enthusiasm about one's work, something that happens mostly with small businesses like this. I recommend them highly. M. Matsuzaka
