Shelli, our closet designer, came to our house and measured the space. Our master closet isn't huge but she was able to come up with a design that worked for us and she made adjustments based on our preference. In fact, once all was designed we came up with few more adjustments over the course of the week and Shelli accommodated us without issues and sent us new adjusted designs. We went to see the showroom to get an idea of the set up. From start to finish they did a fantastic job and the installers were great as well. Overall, definitely happy and worth the cost, so far.

They will quote you an…read moreinsanely high price then start acting like they are giving you "discounts ", but it is part of their high pressure "this price is only valid until I walk out the door" tactics. They act like their product is the only product out there with the best construction and quality. Don't fall for it. If any sales person ever says the discount is only valid right now, tell them to go ahead and walk out that door. They will ask for all sorts of reasons why to try to force you to pay, tell them the door is right there and you need to go. Then call the police if they don't leave. They are essentially thieves in your house there to steal your money.
