Our master closet isn't huge but she was able to come up with a design that worked for us and she made adjustments based on our preference. In fact, once all was designed we came up with few more adjustments over the course of the week and Shelli accommodated us without issues and sent us new adjusted designs. We went to see the showroom to get an idea of the set up. From start to finish they did a fantastic job and the installers were great as well. Overall, definitely happy and worth the cost, so far.

She has been courteous and helpful, but I still have not been connected with the manager who can address my refund request. During our most recent conversation on 10/16, I also made clear that they could contact me by email. As of this morning, 10/23, I have received neither a callback nor an email. My refund request remains unresolved, and I am still waiting for someone with the authority to resolve it to respond. 10/13: Closet America still has several thousand dollars of my deposit, and my repeated calls and messages about cancellation and a refund have gone unanswered and unreturned. The measurement appointment never took place. The sales representative who visited my home was talented and put together a thoughtful closet design. She recommended completing any flooring changes before measurements, so we postponed measuring for approximately four months. During that time, I received no follow-up communication or appointment confirmation. The first notice I received was a phone call from the person coming to measure while I was on my way to work that morning. Given the months without communication, I told him I wanted to cancel. Since then, I have contacted customer service multiple times and reached out to my sales representative without receiving a response to my cancellation and refund questions. Tiffany, who has been courteous and helpful when answering the phone, told me today that the team was in a meeting until 2:30 p.m. and that someone would call me back. By 4:55 p.m., I had received no callback, and my follow-up call went unanswered. When I first reached out in June, I was open to discussing options for my deposit, including using it toward a different project. After repeated unsuccessful attempts to get a response, I am now requesting a full refund. The initial design experience was positive, but the communication afterward has been deeply disappointing. I cannot recommend Closet America based on my experience.

They've converted me as I wasn't previously someone who wanted to go through what I thought was a hassle to have cleaners come in, but Capital Maids makes it easy and the end results are just wow. Getting an estimate and the first cleaning scheduled was easy--super responsive, and the team arrived promptly at my requested time. Man, did they get down to business quickly, carefully, and did an amazing job. I'd meant to do a "pre-cleaners' clean" to move a lot of clutter out of the way and get bags of unfolded laundry put in the closet so that they had a clearer workspace: when I saw how they had straightened up my bedroom in addition to cleaning, I breathed a huge sigh of relief! My half-finished organizing projects and haphazard stacks of things waiting to be weeded through were all neatly arranged and order was restored, in addition to the vacuuming and dusting, plus flawless bed made. The jumbles of clothes on my "chairderobe" (you know, that piece of furniture that collects unfolded clean clothes and clothes that don't need to be washed) were all impeccably smoothed and expertly folded. I was working from home in another room and they didn't bother me with questions or make much noise, just politely asked me to move to a clean room once they needed to work on the room I was in. Bathrooms are sparkling, kitchen stove top looks almost new, visual order has been restored in my family room, lol. The end result: a nice reboot on my two bed, two bath condo that had been neglected for too long and needed a good top to bottom clean. Treat yo self and schedule a cleaning with Capital Maids--you won't be disappointed and it will be such a relief to have one less item on your to-do list.

Working with her during my home renovation was incredible - she had such a great way of envisioning our space and suggesting things that I never would have thought of on my own. She came up with the idea of turning an inaccessible corner of our kitchen into a cozy pet food nook in the mudroom, which was a great use of what would otherwise be wasted space.
