Since we came with a diagram and measurements of the slabs ready, we received a quote on the spot, and we were shocked that the quote was about half the price of a nearby competitor and a fraction of the price of estimates for stone and installation online. They were very accommodating and super helpful generally. Once we paid for the stone in person a few weeks later, we went to the back to choose the 3 slabs. They were helpful in telling us which slabs might not be as nice considering we wanted smaller patterns. Then on the day of our kitchen renovation, the men who came to cut and sand the stone in our kitchen and took the whole day. They were really careful and made sure it fit perfectly. I never saw the refund. To make matters worse, one of the cabinets I received was flat-out wrong. It was supposed to be for a sink--no drawer--but they gave me a version with a drawer that made it unusable. When I contacted them, they showed zero accountability and offered no solution. I had to take time out of my day to drive back to their shop and spent over two hours getting the cabinet modified--on my own dime, with no apology or compensation for their mistake. As if that wasn't enough, they charged me an assembly fee but didn't even bother to install the cabinet doors or side panels. When I asked them to finish the job I paid for, they were not just unhelpful, but downright condescending. This company has no respect for your time, your money, or basic business integrity. NCK reordered countertops, took two month, same result. Countertops were made by Caesarstone and according to the company are within specs. So go figure! Also during the install a cabinet door was scratched. White NCK accepted responsibility I had to go to their office in person for reimbursement! NCKs customer service is apparently outsourced to Philippines, which apparently makes then unable to do refunds remotely. How does that makes any sense? IKEA was no help throughout either. I'm happy with neither IKEA, nor NCK, nor Caesarstone.

I've worked with countless companies and contractors to do construction, plumbing, kitchens, bathrooms, roofs, floors, and so on. EuroMarble is the worst experience I had by far. They have done everything wrong. Look at the attached pictures to see for yourself. I'm posting this to save others the agony and damage this company brought me. Even before they started the installation, their communication is terrible. Try to call the company and see how the person answers the phone. Then, an employee arrived to measure and take templates. He made a bunch of mistakes that they later blamed on me. I hired them to do a professional job and they expect me to do the work for them. The worst part was the installation itself. The installers were flat out rude. They damaged our floors and took no measures what so ever to protect and clean their environment. They chipped some of the stone panels and failed to fix it. The drilled crooked holes for our fixtures, and they installed unpolished stone that still had the manufacturer print on it on a visible side. And lastly the sink they installed. A month after they were done with the installation, our sink just crashed into the cabinet underneath. See pictures. As I'm writing this post we still don't have an operational sink in our kitchen. Avoid at all costs.
