I went in and asked the associate (Santa) if she had a flash drive I could borrow cause I had my laptop with me. Can you set unfortunately?I would have to buy one, but she did one better. She showed me how I could print directly to their machines by emailing it to printandgo@fedrx.com. now I don't have to put all my files from my computer on a flash drive or carry my laptop around because I didn't have a flash drive. One of the 2 files was having trouble on their self serve machines and Santa was very kind and helped me and printed it from her computer with the code I was provided by print and go.
