Whenever I brought up legitimate concerns, instead of taking accountability and trying to resolve them professionally, Sean became defensive, used profanity during our interactions, and eventually tried to make it seem like I was the problem. He repeatedly made it seem as though I'm the only customer who has ever experienced issues with their service. However, I've personally heard from other customers who have had similar problems, including receiving replacement tanks when their existing tanks still had propane left. The final straw was my most recent delivery. Their delivery person dropped off a propane cylinder outside my food trailer, detached and sitting on the ground. When I arrived hours later, I discovered that the valve on the propane tank itself had been left partially open and propane had been leaking for hours. I could smell the propane when I arrived. This is not a minor customer-service complaint - propane safety should be taken seriously. Instead of taking accountability for my concerns, I received an email from Sean telling me that because they have thousands of customers without issues, this was a "You issue, not a Gas2You issue." I own a business myself and understand that mistakes happen. What I cannot accept is a company becoming defensive, using profanity, dismissing legitimate concerns, and blaming the customer rather than taking accountability when a potentially serious safety issue is brought to their attention.
