I strongly recommend NOT doing business with Gas2You. My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing, especially when it comes to accountability, professionalism, and safety. Whenever I brought up legitimate concerns, instead of taking accountability and trying to resolve them professionally, Sean became defensive, used profanity during our interactions, and eventually tried to make it seem like I was the problem. He repeatedly made it seem as though I'm the only customer who has ever experienced issues with their service. However, I've personally heard from other customers who have had similar problems, including receiving replacement tanks when their existing tanks still had propane left. The final straw was my most recent delivery. Their delivery person dropped off a propane cylinder outside my food trailer, detached and sitting on the ground. When I arrived hours later, I discovered that the valve on the propane tank itself had been left partially open and propane had been leaking for hours. I could smell the propane when I arrived. This is not a minor customer-service complaint - propane safety should be taken seriously. Instead of taking accountability for my concerns, I received an email from Sean telling me that because they have thousands of customers without issues, this was a "You issue, not a Gas2You issue." I own a business myself and understand that mistakes happen. What I cannot accept is a company becoming defensive, using profanity, dismissing legitimate concerns, and blaming the customer rather than taking accountability when a potentially serious safety issue is brought to their attention. Based on my personal experience, I would not trust this company with my business's propane needs and strongly recommend looking elsewhere. read more

The gentleman who helped me, Sean was very knowledgeable and took his time while answering all my questions, accurately and very knowledgeable about what I should do and when I will come back and if you need propane, this place to go read more

Honestly, this place is awesome. I pulled in with my empty tank thinking I'd be waiting around, but the guy working there had it refilled in like two minutes. Super quick, no nonsense. The price was fair (way better than those overpriced tank exchanges at hardware stores), and I actually got a full refill--not one of those partial ones you get elsewhere. The guy was friendly too--walked me through a couple safety tips without being condescending, which I appreciated. read more

This Place is awesome! I called another local place because we needed a replacement of a gas bottle for our forklift. They said they didn't have one but suggested I try Gas 2 you. I called and asked if they did replacements? They said no but they fill them and can repair them if I needed? I asked the price and how long. It was so reasonable and they said if I brought it over I could have it back tomorrow. Perfect! My husband went over and met with the lovely man with a beautiful pup (sorry I do not have either of your names) took care of him immediately, fixed it up, filled it up and sent him on his way with a fully functioning and repair job done right then and there! Lifesavers! Great Service! Fabulous people! read more

First time filling a small tank for a camping trip and don't really know how this work. I was told to stand by the filling island and a friendly attendant came right out to help me. In a quick minute and it's done! I had some questions on how to use and he took his time to answer me. Amazing service! Note: Pay cash is cheaper than credit card. read more

It took me a little searching to find gas2you in Brisbane. I was looking to rent 4) 40-gallon tanks. I spoke with Sean. He was very helpful I brought my equipment to their location to make sure the hoses were long enough to use the taller tanks. Excellent customer service, clean office, easy to find off of Hwy 101, great pricing. So, know we have enough gas to cook Pumpkin Raviolis for Half Moon Bay Pumpkin Festival this weekend. I have been using Gas2You for almost 10 years. Unbeatable prices and service - DELIVERED!

called me back the next day with great info and great pricing. I look forward to working with these folks. $34.95 delivered to the mission - it's a full 4.5 gal - he explained that 3.5 gallon is all you get at most places like home depot. normally get same day delivery if call before 10am. covid made them more busy. also goo to know - adding an inline gague is not recommended - they leak read more

Very helpful and got same day delivery. The guy dropped it off at the door where I was able to get it with no problem!

These guys kick Gas! Easy. Called in, gave home my information, put 2 empty cans in the drive way, and before I knew it they were swapped out. Fast friendly no contact delivery. Cheaper than taking it for an a exchange at wherever. Call before 10 am for same day delivery. read more

Quick response. Easy to do...delivery to your home! Love it!

Great - we never had enough propane at home when we need it. Now we do. They pick up your old container and deliver you a new one right to your door. It's as easy as that. Never going back now that I discovered their delivery service. read more

Excellent service, and full tanks of propane. Great value too.

Quick easy but not as responsive as they could be. Had difficulty getting in touch with Yelp or email but responsive by phone.

Gas 2 You was one of the most seamless, easy businesses I've ever worked with. One phone call to trade in our old propane tanks, and a safe, contactless exchange for new tanks within hours. The tanks are also filled 30% higher than the ones we used to get from Blue Rhino at Lowe's, so when you factor in the convenience it's a good deal. Really friendly and helpful folks, highly recommended. read more

I recently purchased 6 propane canisters from this company, and they did an excellent job. Here is what I liked: * They were quick to respond to my e-mail. * The price per canister was good. * They fill the tanks more than their competitors do. * The delivery was entirely no-contact, perfect during a Covid-19 lockdown. I will definitely be ordering more propane tanks from them in the future. This is an excellent service! read more

Had to add my own 5 star (well deserved) review for this company. First time customer. Called at 930am, had a return phone call thirty minutes later and a fresh, full tank delivered by 3pm the same day. Friendly staff, fast, seamless service and excellent pricing. Can't get much better than that. read more

Great price for propane tank refill. It only cost $20 to fill up a tank. They were friendly and great customer service

this place is awesome - I hate driving around town with empties in my car - noisy, stinky, dirty, making marks on my interior - and then having 2 small children during a gas run with me makes the whole proposition untenable - instead I call gas2you with my needs and they come out within 24 hours with my full gas tanks, removing my empties, and charging me no more than I would pay at Home Depot or anywhere else - and I don't have to lug them to my car, lift them into my car, all while dealing with my 2 wild animals. I cannot say enough good stuff about gas2you! DO IT! CALL THEM! read more

Went here on covid19 time and everyone was closed around . The guy over the phone said no problem . He filled up my forklift tank and charged me very cheap . So far this location is my favorite in the future . Will be coming here for sure read more

Sean is awesome! I left a message on yelp on Friday after 5:30pm and he called me back within 5 minutes! They usually delivers Monday to Friday, but he said he didn't finished his delivery and will add my order for early Saturday delivery! My husband said the tank felt heavier than the ones we usually exchanged at Lucky's. So glad we found Gas2You to take care of our propane needs from now on! read more

Great service. I called with lots of questions since this would be my first time using a propane delivery service. All questions answered. Delivered that day even though I called after the 10am cutoff for same day. Really appreciated that considering it was Friday and now I am set for the weekend. If you're tired of lugging your empty tank to a store for a refill and then lugging the full propane back home, this service is worth it for a comparable price delivered. read more

Great service and so convenient. You won't want to go back to self exchanging propane tanks after using their service!

I just stopped in real fast with 3 older tanks and had a really nice experience. It appears what I needed was some general info on propane and the tanks I had so the friendly gentleman who helped me was very informative and helpful with that. Rather than trying to make an easy sale (seriously I know nothing in this area!) he gave me some good advice and what I currently have and now it'll be my go to place for all my propane needs. (Plus the office dog is the best ) read more

This is such a great service! I always hated lugging my propane tanks around and even just having them in the car! Great service, great price, great people! read more

I have big 25 gallon tanks and getting those filled is a pain especially with a small car. Plus they needed to be inspected and not one place that we have taken too before told me how to accomplish this. John was great, he explained the process and fees. They picked up my tanks, got them re-qualified and returned in the same day! My husband took over a week last time to get 1 filled. Very happy. read more

These guys not only offer a superior price on propane tanks, they also deliver and have great customer service! In addition, I have twice had problems with my grill's gas flow and they fixed it for free. read more
