STOP!!!!! read this before you consider using this company. I arrange them to come out to take a look at our pool to do weekly maintenance. Here's the issue.
1. The employee wandered off into my neighbors yard without knocking on his door. Then he wandered into my yard without calling us or knocking on the door. We found him in the backyard, taking photos!
2. He lied to me and his boss saying the gate was open, but Lil do you know I have you on camera reaching over the fence and opening it don't ever feel entitled just walking onto someone's property that you can just go into their backyard without knocking on the door or give them a call show a little respect to people's properties!
3. My booster pump was turned off as well another tactic to try to get people to replace parts that aren't needed! Take my advice go somewhere else and use another pool service and take your sense of entitlement somewhere else California pools! read more
