Not only did they diagnose it, but the guys also caught some problems and fix them proactively without an extra charge. We asked for a quote to install a pool heater. When we received the quote, they required a 50% down payment. We gave them the 50%. That was months ago. As of this date, they have not installed the pool heater. They started to repair our pool sweep. It needed a very common part, available from Leslie's Pool.
