While the initial month was positive when my daughter rented a property under their management, things quickly went downhill. This reached a nadir over the final two months of the lease. A number of charges were posted against the account. While I can appreciate that utilities need to be paid, I don't understand how it is possible that an entire year of charges accumulated on the management's end without any notification to the tenants. It is inconceivable to me that any company with cash flow controls would let this happen. Further, I never understood why some miscellaneous magically appeared on our bill. As an example, we were asked to pay a $100 charge for "stucco." There was no accident. There was no damage. This was suspicious. Another example of this company's bizarre management of funds is that our family received a legal eviction notice AFTER our daughter (and all her roommate) had moved out of the unit. HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN?!?!?! The final straw occurred three weeks after vacating the rental unit. There was a $1300 charge against the deposit for painting. This was after getting the "all clear" from the management during the move out inspection. How is it possible that routine expenses should be charged against our deposit. Watch out for this company and be very, very cautious if you either rent from them or engage them to manage your rental property. If the way they pay attention to their cash flow is any indication to the way that they pay attention to the properties, look out!!!!! I would NEVER ever have anything to do with them in the future.

From the first conversation we had with Steve, we knew we could trust him and boy did he exceed our expectations! Not only was he patient, efficient, and timely throughout the process; he answered the very many questions we had throughout it all. We began our search around Nov. 2015 and looked at about 50 homes until we found our dream home and were able to close in March 2015. Part of the reason it took awhile is due to the holidays and also because we can be picky! From looking for a house, applying for a loan, going through escrow, and even after-purchase fixes and issues, Steve was able to guide us through it all. More importantly, he quickly diffuses any problems that come up. When we had issues with our first lender providing things in a timely fashion (after we opened escrow), Steve helped us find another that was able to provide the same loan and was sooo much easier to work with (and able to close in 31-days no less). This is just an example of the many issues Steve was able to solve and he did so quickly, before we even had the chance to stress about it. He greatly reduces the stress and worry that so often bubbles up during the home-buying process. I honestly don't think we would have found our dream home or gotten through the process as quickly and as calmly as we did without Steve by our side. All in all, Steve is personable, knowledgeable, efficient, and so kind, which make him an amazing agent and an all-around great person. Truly, there are not enough words to fully describe or capture the full amount of experience and wisdom Steve brings to the table as a real estate agent.
