A little but cute place with a great service, vere attentive and patient when you don't know what to get. We got a drip coffee and a cappuccino both were tasty, we also got the breakfast sandwich, breakfast burrito and a chocolate croissant, everything was good!! *Note: the burrito was big so you can share it

Those of you who know and follow me know that I'm kind of a purist. Black coffee as pour over or Americano. Today, I went for a flavored butter pecan and enjoyed it. Irene had her cortado. They roast their coffee.

Artsy and fun, this spot was a blast! The customer service was on point from beginning to end. It started with a "welcome in" and ended with a "thank you". The service was speedy and the Americano was delicious! I noticed some beautiful artwork inside and lots of cute colorful furniture. I ended up on the patio shaded by a beautiful big tree with peaceful vibes perfect for some reading. I hope to come back when I have more time and try their quiche. They look to have many savory and sweet type snack options. The coffee is the usual selection and reasonable pricing for being off of Main. I will come back more frequently as it starts to cool down for fall and enjoy their patio some more. I bet that old, towering tree will be gorgeous as it's leaves turn.

Still our favorite coffee shop in FBG. On Christmas Eve my husband came to get me a coffee at the end of the day and Macy was closing up and she still joyfully let him in and took his order. She made a delicious decaf latte with cinnamon. Today we are enjoying some breakfast! I got the quiche which is always one of my favorites. Husband got his favorite breakfast burrito - The Beck. It has scrambled eggs, bacon and cheese with a side of mild green salsa. I'm also sipping on that Latte once again because yum! It's almost always bustling and alive in here. Very chill spot for a nice little breakfast and cup of joe.

We were up early on Saturday morning and happy to see that Caliche is open at 7am. We walked over and ordered coffee and breakfast. I had a cappuccino and the yogurt parfait with a peach compote and my husband got a kolache and breakfast sandwich. The service was very friendly and we were able to enjoy our morning on their back patio. If you are looking for a full service breakfast situation this is not the place but was perfect for coffee and light breakfast.

Caliche Coffee Bar & Ranch Road Roasters offers a cozy atmosphere with friendly staff and a variety of coffee options. We made a quick stop here on our way back to Houston. They have inside and outside seating. We enjoyed their selection of pastries, coffee, and tea.

Went here every morning of our trip. Matcha was very good, staff was super nice, and an overall good vibe!

This iced coffee was called 'farm to market'.

Need a bit of a 'pick me up'! The farm to market iced coffee is really yummy! Not too sweet and you can actually taste the coffee. I asked the barista to make her favorite. It's very good. I asked for her favorite bread item and she picked the banana bread for me. Delicious. The area inside is small, but this is a walking town. There is a small seating section and the restroom was very clean.

Walked onto the Main Street from our Airbnb looking for some coffee and this was the perfect location. Easy to find and the ambiance inside was cute. Though we walked I noticed a small parking lot in the back which seemed tucked away- would have been convenient if needed! The barista was very friendly and sociable and helped us decide what we'd like on the menu. Thought my latte was good my SO's matcha was really good. Something I'll come back for and think about for awhile it really did taste like cereal milk!! I'd say Froot Loops if I had to guess? Anyways, don't expect actual matcha flavor to come through on it if you're a die hard matcha lover but it was fun and creative so give it a try!

Cute coffee shop at the end of main street! But the coffee itself is so good. Great espresso being roasted here. I went on a Sunday morning around 10 and there was no wait.

We saw this cute place and I'm glad we stopped by. We went at a busy time (oops) and had to wait outside but no biggie, weather was in our favor. Service was nice and quick, I'm not a huge converser so it worked great for me. lol I got the avocado toast with kale salad on top and as someone who loves kale and avocado toast, I was very pleased. I also love a good honey latte and it was perfectly balanced here. My husband got a specialty drink (forgot the name!) but was very good too! He got their breakfast burrito which was just okay, normal bacon, egg and cheese and he said it wasn't evenly mixed so the bites were of "just egg" or "just cheese." But he ate half and was good Enough. lol we'd come back for sure when we're back in town.

Not great, not bad. Nothing stands out about Caliche coffee. The prices were on par with other shops around and coffee tasted alright.

Bland food. The avocado isn't fresh. Tastes like a premade spread. Coffee was too sweet. Disappointing. Don't waste your money.

Since Bandera is a bit of a drive from San Antonio, I decided to make a little day trip out of it. I came across this café and immediately thought it was such a cute spot. Parking was a little tricky, with limited spaces available right in front, but it wasn't a major issue. When I walked in, I was greeted right away by two friendly baristas. I asked for a recommendation and ended up ordering one of their favorites--the Honey Badger. It was delicious and definitely a solid choice. What stood out most to me wasn't even the coffee--it was the atmosphere. The shop felt warm, welcoming, and full of community. There were families and friends catching up, and there was even a dedicated area where kids could play while everyone relaxed. The coffee shop sits above the restaurant below, giving it a cozy, tucked-away feel. After getting my drink, I settled into one of the couches and ended up playing my Nintendo Switch for a few hours. It was one of those rare coffee shops where you feel comfortable lingering without feeling rushed. Overall, if I find myself back in Bandera, I would absolutely stop by again for a coffee and maybe try one of their snacks next time. If you're looking for a cozy place to relax, work, or catch up with friends, Cowgirl Coffee is worth checking out.

Coffee Shop No. 514 Shotgun House Coffee Roasters…read moreSan Antonio, TX June 12, 2025 Shotgun House Coffee Roasters is located in an old warehouse. The space is open and bright, but there are many neat nooks with different seating. Has a very industrial feel, but welcoming at the same time. The decor is eclectic. In one spot you'll find an out of place yet placed chandelier. Be sure to look around because the walls are painted with vibrant colors, uniques images on the wall, and mismatched furniture. Somehow the space works. It's inviting and memorable. After exploring the inside go check out their garden area. I was in awe by the large heavy antique iron door. I examined the door daydreaming of the stories it could tell. I found the barista to be quirky and fun. He has a lot of knowledge about coffee, suggested some other local coffee shops, and even gave us a brief rundown of the coffee scene and its history in San Antonio. Besides being easy going and laid back, the barista made a fantastic cortado in the most unique vessel I have ever drank a cortado from; a 4-ounce mini quilted Ball jar. What a brilliant and creative way to serve a cortado. It's a fool's proof way to ensure the a perfect milk to espresso ratio. I had a wonderful experience at Shotgun House Coffee Roasters; it will definitely go down as one of my most memorable interactions with a barista. Enjoying life one cortado at a time!
