The coffee area itself is quite small and with the Saturday morning rush it felt reaaaaally tight inside. I ordered an iced matcha along with a spinach feta pastry and both were delicious. Hands down, this was the best matcha I had in Fredericksburg!! There were seven of us, and since indoor seating is very limited we grabbed everything to go and enjoyed it while walking. I'm taking one star off for the service. During our visit, the staff didn't make much eye contact and seemed uninterested in answering questions which made the interactions feel really unwelcoming. Maybe they were having an off morning or feeling overwhelmed... That said, the quality of the drinks and food was excellent, and I'd still recommend stopping by for the matcha alone!

There were three young guys working on October 3rd at around 2:40pm. One said he was the manager and went by Cutter. I had ordered a sugar free caramel iced coffee and the whole interaction was horrifying. It started with the guy at the drive thru. Instead of letting me punch in my tip as most places do., he shouts out the window." Do you wanna tip?. Do you wanna donate to charity?" Very low class and unprofessional to treat customers this way. Sadly, I tipped when I shouldn't have. Then he proceeds to tell me to move forward. The guy after me gets his things and I sit there for a good while. When I finally get my drink it's just coffee no ice in a cold coffee cup. It was so full it was starting to come out of the lid. I go inside and ask the guy who says he's the manager, named Cutter what happened and why I had a full cup that was so full it spilt over with the straw and why was there no ice. He says they accidently put the warm coffee in my cup. Who is that dumb to not know cold from hot coffee?. It was all inexcusable behavior from start to finish.I finally got my actual order and couldn't run out of there fast enough. I would be so ashamed to call this my business, and definitely would be drug testing the employees if they are putting hot coffee in a big plastic cup meant for cold coffee. I don't know how the plastic didn't melt. Just a fail in every way this time.
