I had them again in August 2025 for another mouse problem, which they resolved. They came out for followup visits in September 2025 and we agreed the problem was resolved. However, the customer service was poor. I paid with a check on the day of service in August 2025. I got a notice in September 2025 that my bill was unpaid. I replied saying that I had paid with a check, which my bank reported as cashed, and can they please update their records. I got another notice in October 2025 saying that my bill was unpaid. I replied again, with an image of the check, asking them to resolve this because I don't like getting overdue notices for bills that I already paid. I got a reply back saying they resolved it, and "your account has been cancelled". Sure enough, the customer portal shows my name updated to "Do NOT do business with them". My brothers in Christ, all I did was pay on time - if your record keeping is poor, that's a you problem, not a me problem. If you keep sending bills to people who pay on time, and then cancel their accounts when they ask you to stop sending bills that are already paid, that's not a good way to run a business. And you may want to remove access to the customer portal for customers whose accounts you're canceling. So, two stars for resolving the mouse problems, but no stars for being bad at billing and blaming the customer for their billing problems.

No big deal in my mind. 6pm Noel is at my door, are you home? I need to take the bait box, my supervisor will call you. Very rude! What's going on? He will call you. You admitted to touching the bait box so I have to pull it. No further answers. I am stunned! I get a call about 30 minutes later from a Victor, completely rude and from the tone of his voice he is ready for conflict and confrontation. I have no idea what I have done wrong at this point or why this is happening. Victor proceeds to tell me that I should know better than touch poison and have tampered with their box and bc I have a dog it will be removed immediately. Huh?? Totally stunned and offended that this person is basically calling me stupid. Noel never told me that if I touched it in anyway that I was in some sort of violation or said anything other than it was poison, duh, and keep the dog away. Again, duh. I am not a moron. I did what any regular person would do and one time looked in when I hadn't seen any squirrels in a week or so to see if the bait was being eaten. I didn't lick my fingers like I ate chicken nor did I let my dog, who was so super not interested in the bait box or what I was looking at come near me. The "supervisor " Victor was so rude and acted like he is in charge of something very special and told me "this was for my dog's well being" and that " I should know better" . Appreciated, but, again, I'm not stupid. It's MY dog. Why would I let her near poison? I simply unscrewed the cap, on the very top, and looked inside. Then screwed the cap back on. The end. Didn't disturb a single thing. NO ONE TOLD ME NOT TO LOOK AT IN IT OR I WOULD BE IN SOME KIND OF BREACH IF I DID. Victor was SUPER argumentative and very unprofessional for a "supervisor" . I ended with asking him to refund my portion of the 2 weeks I paid for the bait box and he could have it back. Mmmk mmmmk mmmkk, I will, I will, is what I got. So completely rude and aggressive for no reason. I even told him this was a review and he didn't care. I am unsatisfied and offended. It was $275.00 for one month and no one has come knocking with a refund check, as I requested. Corporate. Review your people and policies. I finally pursued Zach through his secretary, Jennifer and learned this is the best way to contact him.  At one point during the process, I became unpleasant, but neither was unpleasant back.  Jennifer was on it!
