I have a sloped area in my backyard which makes it difficult to get to to pull the weeds that grow up there. And as a senior citizen, the last thing I want to do is fall. I would recommend them to anyone needing these services. I have had Terminex in the past and was not satisfied with them at all, especially when I started getting calls from their Las Vegas numbers when I already had an account set up here in Reno. When they refused to stop calling me, I terminated their service immediately. It took complaints to the Nevada Attorney Generals office to get them to stop calling even when I requested them to stop several times. So much happier with Progressive Pest Management, and their prices are fantastic, very affordable.

All goes…read morewell, 2 week inspection to see how much of the poison is gone, I speak with Noel again and I mention that I haven't seen squirrels in 2 weeks and that I unscrewed the bait box to see how much was eaten, doesn't look like much is gone. No big deal in my mind. 6pm Noel is at my door, are you home? I need to take the bait box, my supervisor will call you. Very rude! What's going on? He will call you. You admitted to touching the bait box so I have to pull it. No further answers. I am stunned! I get a call about 30 minutes later from a Victor, completely rude and from the tone of his voice he is ready for conflict and confrontation. I have no idea what I have done wrong at this point or why this is happening. Victor proceeds to tell me that I should know better than touch poison and have tampered with their box and bc I have a dog it will be removed immediately. Huh?? Totally stunned and offended that this person is basically calling me stupid. Noel never told me that if I touched it in anyway that I was in some sort of violation or said anything other than it was poison, duh, and keep the dog away. Again, duh. I am not a moron. I did what any regular person would do and one time looked in when I hadn't seen any squirrels in a week or so to see if the bait was being eaten. I didn't lick my fingers like I ate chicken nor did I let my dog, who was so super not interested in the bait box or what I was looking at come near me. The "supervisor " Victor was so rude and acted like he is in charge of something very special and told me "this was for my dog's well being" and that " I should know better" . Appreciated, but, again, I'm not stupid. It's MY dog. Why would I let her near poison? I simply unscrewed the cap, on the very top, and looked inside. Then screwed the cap back on. The end. Didn't disturb a single thing. NO ONE TOLD ME NOT TO LOOK AT IN IT OR I WOULD BE IN SOME KIND OF BREACH IF I DID. Victor was SUPER argumentative and very unprofessional for a "supervisor" . I ended with asking him to refund my portion of the 2 weeks I paid for the bait box and he could have it back. Mmmk mmmmk mmmkk, I will, I will, is what I got. So completely rude and aggressive for no reason. I even told him this was a review and he didn't care. I am unsatisfied and offended. It was $275.00 for one month and no one has come knocking with a refund check, as I requested. Corporate. Review your people and policies. I will tell everyone I know how awful my experience was with this company, Take a management class Victor and work on your customer service skills.

I have been having ant issues (tiny black one's) for weeks now. I could not kill any more and they got into my stuff in the pantry twice plus the dogs food. I am hoping the spray will do the job, but they will follow up in 2 weeks if they are not gone. This is one of the few companies (maybe the only one) that will work on a verbal contract. They get my business for that reason alone. I will need them every summer because these ants are all over the walking trails here and I am close to that. They are so small they find ways to get into the house. I am happy I was told the spray would not hurt my dog I just had to get him out of the house and yard for an hour or two. Jesse was great and I would ask him back anytime. I definitely will have them back in May. Also, I should mention that the girls that answer the phone were great and professional. I called HiLow and Leroy came out about an hr after I called. He assessed the space and said that they could start the next morning.
