Recently, I got into a car accident, and my insurance company sent a repair work order to Caliber Collision at 6440 Preston Rd, Frisco, TX 75034. We arrived at the shop on the scheduled date and time to inspect our damaged car, and Ryan was appointed as the estimator. Ryan walked out with us to look at the vehicle, but before thoroughly inspecting or touching the car, he mentioned there was additional damage unrelated to the accident. He stated that this unrelated damage would need to be fixed before he could start working on the accident-related repairs. When we asked for an estimate for the additional work, Ryan provided an invoice for nearly $2,400 and insisted that the repairs wouldn't proceed until the unrelated damage was addressed. He took the time to thoroughly inspect our car and explain the damage in detail. What really stood out was that Kevin handled everything with our insurance company directly, ensuring the process was transparent and hassle-free. I'm not normally one to leave reviews unless it's the restaurants or business my friends own. I've use many different calibers in the past and have had tons of issues and still chose to use them again knowing ultimately my cars in perfect condition. I used this one on Preston (first time) close to my phone and Rhonda was the mechanic. Kept me FULLY involved every step of the way when insurance was a nightmare. They may have had my car for a month (not anyone's fault) but it's beautiful! Drives like a fresh car off the lot. Also I even had to tow the car on a Saturday (when caliber was closed) a manager just happened to be there and allowed me to come in and fill out paper work and put my car behind the gate for safety. I'll admit that my body work required was fairly minor. I had some minor dings and scrapes. But my experience was fabulous! They have an Enterprise Rental booth so that I didn't go far for my rental. One of the staff introduced himself to me when I dropped off my car, explained the procedures and kept me informed after I left about what was going on. When I picked my car up, it was beautiful! The paint job was excellent and blended in well with the rest of the car. No dings were seen anymore--looked perfect! They same guy went over the list of items performed, line by line and explained what was done. He also told me over and over if there any problems whatsoever to bring The car back and they would take care of it. They work in the customer service were outstanding! Amazing service!!! I will always bring my cars to Caliber Collision. The crew is incredibly courteous, friendly and proficient. They called frequently with updates when we had to leave our car there for major repairs. The next time after our new driver ran into our garage door (which also needed repair) they fixed the damage in one day!!! They made our 16 year old feel much better about her incident with the garage door and gave her a bag of freshly popped popcorn. I hope we don't have to return too often, but fender benders, hidden trees, fences and inexperienced drivers will always exist. I'm glad Caliber Collision will be there for us. read more

Took my car in for a minor repair from a parked car collision. I made an appointment and filled out paperwork. A lady came outside and took photos of my damage. The manager came out to say they would call Nationwide to get approved to make the repairs. After 5 days, I called back. No one had ever heard of me, and the man on the phone asked if I had the correct location. After I gave him names or descriptions of those who helped, he said no one remembered having dealt with me. "You will have to come back in." If they can't get the easy stuff right, why would I commit myself to anything more challenging? read more

They did a good job of fixing my car after a minor fender bender. When I picked up my car the battery was dead. A mechanic there told me it happens all the time because they leave the doors open while making repairs and the dome light drains the battery. The manager, who worked with me tried to blame it on the battery saying its old. I didn't have any issue with the battery before or since. Also, they wash car and vacuum interior prior to returning it. In the process they opened up compartments in my car and threw out things that were NOT garbage! What gives them the right to do that? read more
