While I was waiting, I asked Abid about the struts/suspension problem I'm having on my car. He went into the many options I had, and gave his recommendation on what the best route may be. Not once did I feel any pressure to spend more in order to fix my car. Abid is super knowledgeable about his cars and is very professional yet personable. If you have any, and I mean ANY problems with your car, this is the place to go to get an honest fix.

I was originally approached by a MetalWorks at my house. He was going door to door informing…read moreresidents about their new business and how they could help fix the hail damage from the storm we had, all for free without paying my insurance deductible. Initially, I was skeptical, but the process is simple and they receive the check from the insurance companies, pay the deductible for me, and they keep any residual. This is a great win-win situation for the consumer and business, especially for an individual like myself with a $500 deductible. I have a lot of respect for them going door to door. I was impressed by the professionalism, friendliness, and overall want to have my car restored. As for quality, I was very impressed. I'm very particular about my car. I know every little scratch, bump, even dirt mark located on the car. After 3.5 days time, the car was back to its initial condition before the storm. I was very happy with the result. I would definitely recommend this company for a quick hail repair. The downsides. It's not necessary MetalWorks but the overall idea of non-paint dent repair. It does 90% of the job, but there may be a slight paint chip not filled. For me, I noticed those tiny details, but average drivers may not have a clue. After the process was completed I noticed my seatbelt was not put back on. I told them and they fixed it within 5min, not a big deal. Lastly, the car was a bit dirty inside and out. I brought it to them very clean, I would of enjoyed to not have dirt and mud inside the car. Overall, very good company. Professional, respectful, informative, and good quality. I do recommend you try them out and will return if hail damage happens again.

let me start off by saying John you are a really cool guy & i hope you reach nothing but success in…read moreyour business.!! but i took my 2011 BMW 335i to john i had a coolant leak so i had to switch out my water pump/ thermostat. John fixed that all in one day but same day i took the car home my car started smoking from the engine bay come to find out i needed a new valve cover/ valve cover gasket never had that problem until after i took it to johns shop. asked him why'd it do that suggested it was always a problem because "he test drove it before he gave it back to me" and said "he didn't see any smoking when he fixed it" so i just thought to myself ok whatever maybe when i get this fixed everything else would be ok. he also finished that job in one day, a day or two later i start my car & let it warm up i had a low coolant level, he didn't bleed my coolant before putting in the new one when i got my water pump / thermostat put in.. also noticed a fuel smell coming up from underneath the valve cover. that was the last time i took my car to john you really can't beat his labor prices, but that comes with him tweaking your car just so you can come back in few weeks later & have something else wrong with your car... so i just said F*** it and went to a performance shop, they fixed the fuel leak but said whoever my mechanic was that did my valve cover basically screwed up my fuel line from cylinder 3 & 4 till this day my car still smokes up a little so there's a chance that when john did my valve cover gasket he folded the gasket on top of itself while putting on the cover. now don't let this review discourage you from going to him, because he's a really cool guy and deserves all the customers, i just would never be one of them again. if your in the DFW area check out SKM Performance over in dallas, they're also good with labor prices and will have your car up and running without having to worry about the check engine light popping up..
