My son's car experienced a hit & run accident and insurance co arranged for the repair estimate. Caliber took 2-3 days just to pick up the car, then over a week to prepare the estimate which ended up being a total loss. Sorely disappointed with service and communication from Caliber. read more

I would like to share my experience at Caliber Collision. The person who greeted me at the service center was Sandra Cruz, a service advisor. She was extremely professional, thoughtful and attentive. She explained the process and surveyed the damage to the car. She also took pictures of those areas and sent them to my husband's cell phone. She gave us water and called the rent-a-car company on my behalf because they were late. I would like to congratulate Caliber Collision for providing clients with energetic, experienced and genuine people who provide their services. read more

So bummed, after 2 1/2 months car paint still doesn't match and basically they are saying that is all they are going to do! Car smells heavily like paint inside, so much so that I and my wife won't put our son inside out of fear for his health! Very bummed that after such a long time I am told too bad you have to take your car the way it is, with no regard for the fact that it isn't right, they even after it is a different color, just pushing me out so they don't have to deal with it! I know paint work can be tricky, but whatever happened to doing the job right and making sure the customer is satisfied? I gave them many options to resolve this, their resolve is to send me away unsatisfied, now I am stuck with a car 2 to 3 different colors and that smells horrible inside, felt I had no other choice then to leave this review! Please feel free to contact me anytime for more info! Thanks for allowing be to share my thoughts, hope it helps you make a wise decision!!!! read more

Caliber Collison did an excellent repair on my car! The service was extremely friendly and updated me on the process frequently!

Really poor service here! Scheduled an insurance estimate and when I arrived they had it as a drop off and not and estimate. They took pictures and said they would email an estimate that day. Never received anything. Called two days later and they said they had the wrong email, no big deal, innocence mistake. They said they would email an estimate within the hour. Then another two days and no estimate. Called back and two guys were rude, rushed and interrupting on the phone. Said they never wrote an estimate and wanted me to wait AGAIN. I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere. read more

I had a great experience with the Ventura location, recently. Their communication was just excellent, updating me every couple days as to where they were in the process. I was recommended to this shop by one of my business partners who had the same excellent experience. Kenny Wise was our coordinator. I gladly recommend them to anyone. Jeff Dodds read more

I have to write the most stellar review possible because this place is the best! Especially Center Manager, Sergio Suarez. He helped me out with my van in a most generous and knowledgeable way. The staff was courteous and kind too, and I felt like I could trust them implicitly. Thanks again guys! read more

After 11 years of baking in the sun, the paint on my Lexus started to bubble and chip off. Faced with either buying a new car or getting a good paint job, I decided to stretch my dollars and go for the painting. Nile Ragusin at Caliber Collision was recommended by the person that details my car as someone who does great work at a fair price. After collecting a few quotes and seeing Nile at Caliber, I couldn't agree more! Not only was Nile's quote competitive, he took a closer look and noticed that it was really just one panel that was flaking...perhaps a re-paint job gone awry during manufacturing. He suggested I just repaint the panel instead of the whole car, and taking his advice cut my cost by 80%! Thanks, Nile, for a high quality job at a better-than-expected price. read more

I recently had our Grand Caravan repaired here for a recent fender bender. From the get go, I received responsive, courteous, and professional service. The initial meeting with Kenny was thorough and accurate. He was perfect at explaining the entire process while reviewing the damages, which was very helpful as far as my expectations for return of the vehicle. After the initial consult, the guys left daily messages on the update of the vehicle as to which stage the vehicle was in at the time. Although this was not necessary, services such as this shows that there is a system in place and an actual focus for customer service, which is rare to find these days. The car was scheduled to be finished and picked up on a Monday however they were able to deliver the finishing touches the prior Friday which once again exceeded our expectations. The final paperwork was handled speedily as well. A process that many people dread going through with an accident was flawless. Kenny and Edgar were a great team in making this happen! read more

Edgar and Fernando offer the best customer service I've had in many moons. They repaired my Prius a year ago after a small free way rear end. last week I slightly rubbed the front bumper against a post at the atm. I had a huge dent in my bumper that I didn't realize until the next day. I called Caliber and they said to bring it in and they would advise. I asked if it could be pulled out by a dent shop. Fernando said let me see if one of my guys can pull this out. Ten minutes later he pulled up my car fixed. I was thrilled and he just said your a return customer and we want to do whats right by you. They didnt even charge me! i now tell every one about my most fabulous experience. you so rock Caliber! read more

We brought in a brand new 45th Edition Camaro, which someone had hit and not left a note. The car is my husband and son's pride and joy. We were worried that the car would never look the same. The damage was pretty bad and the paint (which is a unique color for this particular edition) was chipped as well. Both Fernando and Edgar, at Caliber, were extremely professional, courteous and helpful. They promised that the car would look like the accident, "never even happened." That was exactly what we wanted to hear. They took extensive pictures of the damage, and chronicled all the work that was done. They even have a service which you can log onto, and see the repairs as they are being done. We picked up the car and were thrilled with the results. The car looked perfect, and we were thrilled. Great business, and great employees! read more

By far the best customer service I have ever had. Kenny was not only friendly and professional, but he got my Jeep back to me very quickly which I was very grateful for. The guys at the desk were awesome too! Hopefully I won't need to go back there again, but I know where to go if I have another accident. I highly recommend this company, they are outstanding! read more

These guys know what they are doing. Fixed our 128i and it looks great and nobody can tell it was ever damaged. The paint work is amazing and with the lifetime guarantee on the work I feel they will do a better job. Kenny was always keeping me informed on the progress and even though it took longer than promised it was no fault of Caliber. I'm glad that USAA recomended this place and I'll tell anybody who asks for a repair place to choose Caliber. read more

This was such a different experience. The communication and service were wonderful. They really paid attention to details. So respectful! The workmanship was truly amazing. The work I had done was on an older vehicle and the repairs were expertly blended - the whole car looked great - not just the front end! read more

Excellent body and paint work on my wife's Honda Accord. Excellent service too. Highly recommended!

Super great customer service. Everyone is helpful and friendly. They fixed my car in a really short period of time.

Always checked in with me on their progress. Finished my car early and when I came by to pick it up, it was totally clean and looked brand new. They went way above and beyond the call of duty and made sure that my car looked amazing. I would use them again and I definitely recommend them! read more

This is the best customer service I have had in a long time. From the initial walk in to when our vehicle was delivered was a constant exercise in professionalism. Everyone in the office was always polite when I would call. Fernando was exceptional, he took it upon himself to take a personal interest in out vehicle. Over the time our car was at Caliber, Fernando stayed in contact with me notifying me of there progress. When it was finally time to pick up our car, it looked like it did the day we purchased it!!!! I will no longer go anywhere else, they have a customer for life!!! read more

This is my first time needing my car repaired..........well, i am truly impressed with Fernando Medina and the crew at caliber collision! He went above and beyond in every way ! Fernando made all arrangements for me including a rental car ready to go ! I was kept abreast of each step of the way of my car repair ! Fernando sent me email photos and phone messages......at the end....he picked me up himself instead of waiting for the shuttle ! Wow!, now that is just plain old fashioned caring, not to mention incredibly professional! Fernando brought out my car and i am truly, truly impressed with what i saw..........not only the repairs were done impeccably, but also inside detailed to perfection, and a terrific shine on the car to boot !!! Incredible ! So if anyone out there is in need of car repair, you owe it to yourself and your car to go here and get it done right and be treated like you matter ! If anyone is interested in knowing ,,,,,,,,,,,,,the type of car that was repaired is an infinity. Again, just can't say enough......."thank-you so very much for everything !' read more

WORST experience of my life. The insurance company recommended this place so I sent my jeep to this place on a Monday and waited for them to contact me and never heard from them. So the following Friday I called to see if they had any info on what their plan of action was going be. They said they would get back with me. so I waited 2 and a half weeks and still not even a message from them, meanwhile im paying 160 a week for a rental car. So I called them while I was out of town doing military training and they gave me some line about how they were just a body shop and had to get a specialist involved to look at the undercarriage and figure out the mechanical issues. So after another 2 weeks I call back and still no new info. after about another week they came up with what was wrong and how they were gonna send it to a specialty shop because they couldn't do the work that needed to be done. Over the course of the next 3 months mind you its already been over 6 weeks since I sent it in, they told me the specialty shop was rebuilding this and that they couldn't find certain parts so that's why it was taking so long. Then they were driving my vehicle and the rear end gears exploded "for no reason" and I needed to pay to have it fixed. I go to the specialty shop and the mechanic told me he stated to caliber they shouldn't drive it because the rear driveshaft didn't look good but they disregarded that and drove it anyway. Then I asked the regional manager about why I had to pay 1400 dollars to fix something they broke and he said the jeep was such a piece of junk that there was no way of knowing even with the advice of the mechanic.( yes I know confusing) so while at the specialty shop I asked the guy what work he had done and it was none of the work the guy at caliber collision said was going to be done. Basically he told the insurance and myself all this work was going to be done and just had the guy at the shop put a band-aid on a gaping wound, I guess to profit off my full coverage insurance. so after I got the jeep back I took the front driveshaft off because it was squealing from the moment I picked it up and its barely hanging together. I'm just glad I didn't have my infant son with me if it decided to explode. In conclusion for your own sanity if not for any other reason, DO NOT GO to this place!!! I found a mechanic that is pretty trust worthy and fixes things as quick as possible. Just look up mechanics on repair pal and hes off of commercial AVE. Marios garage is the place. read more
