took my car to get fixed... now the work they did was awesome except for a few minor details... the problem comes in this morning when I decided to put my HID lights back in. I go into my trunk and get my kit out and both my HID bulbs are gone the ballasts are still there, but the bulbs them selves are gone... now you may say well maybe someone got into your car and took them, but there is an amplifier, a 3500 dollar DSLR and lens in the back, why wouldn't they take all that? read more

Poor workmanship, lousy customer service, no attention to detail, plenty of attitude = Caliber Collision. They scraped my new paint putting in headlights (they didn't notice it), had debris and runs in the new paint (they didn't notice it) and forgot to paint my rear bumper, yes they forgot. I turned in my rental to pick my car up from Caliber 2 times, the first time I had to ask them why they did NOT fix the rear of the car too (had front and rear damage). They gave me attitude because they were embarrassed (They should have apologized). And I have pictures and email to back it up. Try another place unless you want to risk more of a headache. And if you dare go here look you car over closely in bright sunlight before you leave, odds are good if you look close they will have to redo their poor work. read more

It's never fun when you have to take your car to a shop. I put it off for so long. After reading reviews for Caliber I decided it was the shop for me. First impression when I called to get more info was that the staff was very professional. When I went to the location it was nice, clean, and inviting. Most body shops are gross but not this one. I never felt like I was being cheated or anything like that. Labor pricing was displayed clearly on the wall. Dropping off my car and doing paperwork took about 30min. Dropped it off on Sat and it was done on Tues. Went to pick up my car on Wed and it looked great. They cleaned it as well and it was like a new car. The whole process was fast and they made it so easy. I will def be going back if I need car repairs in the future. read more

OMG. Courtney rocks. I crashed my car early one morning in my own garage leaving for work. Yes you read correctly, in my garage leaving for work. While dealing with my insurance company's claim adjuster was less than paletable at times (big shout out Matt you remain awful) Courtney and the team at caliber collision were top notch. They drove me home, kept me constantly updated on the status of my car, purchased my replacement bra from the dealer and installed it and drove my car to my home after the repairs because they realized I had no one to drive my other car while I picked up the one that was being repaired. My insurance company (Nationwide) and their adjuster (Matt) lets just say I don't plan on letting them be "on my side" much longer. This was our first visit to Caliber Collision in Valencia and we had an excellent experience. This was also a Farmers recommended/authorized Repair Center, which is very hard to become. Craig Waring, Manager and Joe Hammond, Service Advisor were both excellent! Both have a lot of experience, were a wealth of knowledge and were spot on their initial diagnostic and cost for the repair. I work as a customer service manager and recognize and really appreciate great service. The whole experience was not stressful and they make you feel like you are amongst friends. They also worked with us on our damages and ended up replacing our parts with OEM new because aftermarket parts were not available. Our car looks showroom new and amazing, just like when we first purchased the car! We also love the fact that they text you updates on their progress so that you know when your car is ready. I hope I never need to visit these wonderful people, however, if I EVER need body work done or my friends need repairs, this is THE place. I can't say enough things about the General Manager Craig (HE ROCKS!!) and the front office staff and Courtney. I know they had taken the "friendly pills", it worked, they were friendly and courteous. My car "Mercedes S500" was struck by a Giant falling tree branch from a 50ft tree and did a number on my car. Needless to say, they had to cut the roof to put a new one and this giant branch also hit other parts of my car. I asked my Valencia Mercedes dealership, who do they recommend? They didn't give me several names, they gave me one. "Caliber Collision, 25238 Anza Dr, Valencia, CA 91355" Courtney called twice a week leaving me messages on my cell to keep me updated, they coordinated with my insurance and I never ever saw the insurance adjuster, I never needed to talk to anyone except listen to my cell phone messages. I was amazed by what they did. I got a brand new car back. Don't be afraid to take your luxury cars, they know what they are doing. My review is probably unique. First off, my need was unusual. I determined to remove the vinyl stripes from my Shelby GT500 and have them painted on, and without any feel to the lines. Craig Waring is the man in charge and he felt my pain as to why any vinyl should be on a vehicle like a GT500. He was rather enthusiastic regarding removing the vinyl bumpers, hood, roof and trunk stripes; however, he was less so when we looked at doing the lower side stripes with the GT500 lettering. As he vehemently stated, they were a collision center and not a custom shop. They obviously determined to do the job, and what an exquisite job it was! My vehicle had to take a second seat on many occasions to collision jobs, which was fine. I was in no particular hurry and Craig knew that. Nonetheless, it got done, and in spetacular fashion. My car, just out of the gate, will be easily competetive in most any current car show. The shop is maintained in stellar fashion and the employees were fully on board with what was occurring at all phases. This was ensured by the daily management/employee meetings that occurred during the time my vehicle was there. Finally, it is highly important to note the painter Rick, who did my vehicle incredible justice. He was so involved in getting my car correct that it affected his sleep. Also, Mike was also deeply involved as he was the guy who took apart and re-assembled my vehicle a bunch of times during the process, and did so with such patience and determination. He never skipped a beat. Additionally, with incredible note, DJ, the detailer. WOW seems too little to describe his talent. This guy can make make a Miata look look like a Ferrari. My car, after DJ did his "thing", looked liked a million bucks. OMG! Finally, last but not least, Craig Waring, the main man! He is a true salesman, but at the right level. He loves cars with his every being and he could not pass up doing my car, as a challenge. He knew it would be a bit taxing on his opeation, but with the caveat that there was no rush, he plowed forth. His treatment of me was beyond stellar, always keeping me in the loop regarding progress and any issues that came up, which were expected. In fact, on the day my car was ready for delivery, Craig personally picked me up and drove me to Calliber Collision to get my amazing vehicle. It could not have been any better.
