I took my low mileage 2016 Camaro SS into Gerber Collision located in Newhall about two weeks ago for some limited paint work, headlight replacement and a redo on the stock rims. I met with the manager, Robert and we discussed what I wanted and following several suggestions by him we agreed upon what was to be done. Within about a day I received an emailed estimate, discussed the estimate by phone and came to an agreement on a price and the scope of the work. As always with body work there were some changes, but Robert stuck by his word during our initial conversation and he was able to resolve the matters in a way that made me happy and feeling like I received value for my money. Given the fact that this was a self pay job, that was important. I picked up the car today and it looks beautiful. Thanks Robert with all your help. I had a firm appointment today 1/6 at 11:00 am for an auto body estimate. I made an appointment because I had a full schedule today. So I could not wait for very long time. This place is amazing. I recently had my very first accident and so I didn't know what to do. My insurance is partners with this place and man am I so happy that they were. The minute I walked in I was greeted by Robert and he helped me through it step by step and made me feel very comfortable that I can trust him. He was so kind and understanding and really helpful. I have to start out by saying that Robert is a a life saver. I have been coming to Gerber for a few years now and have been happy every time. I had a dent on my truck cab from a previous camping trip that I had been neglecting and was starting to rust. I needed my truck for another camping trip and was short on time. I went too see Robert and he was pretty honest that it he might be able to get my truck back before Presidents day. Robert honestly worked a miracle. I dropped the truck off on Monday and he had it painted polished and ready to go by Wednesday. I was totally floored to get a call from him on Wednesday saying you are good to GO! I went and picked up the truck it looked like it never happened. I couldn't believe it. He and his crew were able to knock out the dent, sand the rust, prime it and paint it back to it's beautiful self. Tina and her staff are efficient and helpful. They also provided coffee, water and snacks to their customers. It is conveniently located down the street from us, so it was easy to get there and back. The staff was very thorough of their inspection of our vehicle and quick to provide us with an estimate of the repairs being done. Not sure why this place isn't yet listed on Yelp. I was referred by our insurance company Met Life to this auto body for an estimate and had such a great experience here. Kerri, the office manager is the most amazing person. She had it altogether. Friendly, organized and helpful. This place was the 4th location in SCV where I received an estimate for my car repair and it came out to the least expensive. I know they were working with insurance rates, but the estimates for labor, materials were comparable to the other body shops. This one had a lower per hour labor cost. The car was delivered as promised and the work came out like a brand new car. The only downside is the cost of repairs were below my deductible that the insurance did not pay directly for it. read more

Gerber was amazing. I couldn't believe how fast they finished my repair!! The car looks like new, I couldn't believe my eyes. They cleaned it inside and out too, and even changed the tire that was scraped in the accident. They filled the tank with gas and it was a Class A premium experience from start to finish. We've used that facility before under a different name and when the owner retired Gerber bought them out. We made a phone call on Friday to make an appointment for Monday. I had two great experiences with Gerber, one at the Newhall location, the second one in Valencia. I have posted this review already on the Yelp site for their location on Auto Center Drive. My SUV was rear-ended back in November. Upon recommendation from my insurance company, I took the car to Gerber in Newhall. The staff members there were very accommodating and completely transparent about what would be needed to make my vehicle "whole" again. Tina was especially helpful and understanding. Throughout the entire process she kept me informed as to their progress, via text message, and everything was completed perfectly and on schedule. Early this month, I noticed that the inside of my vehicle, in the cargo area, was getting wet. Apparently, I had a leak in the roof and no way to determine where the water was coming in. (This was, by the way, TOTALLY unrelated to the previous accident.) I called Gerber. Henry, the manager, suggested I bring the car in to the Valencia location, better equipped to diagnose the problem. I set up an appointment, left the car, and before the end of the day they had figured out the problem and fixed it for an extremely reasonable rate. PLUS they washed my car and cleaned the inside, too, leaving it completely spotless. I would highly recommend Gerber! read more
