I loathe writing bad reviews but here goes. The customer service is great but the body work is not impressive. They do not pride themselves on the details. Paint matching was horrible, I had to take my ride back to match the paint and as as I'm cleaning my Truck I noticed glue or clear paint on the plastics "black" paneling and on my tinted windows on the sunroof, it looks like finger prints (cannot be removed) also they replaced the most expensive part, the rear lights and inside is smudge markings, that is a defect and cannot be removed unless they replace the light, again. Who has the time for this, to bring my truck back for correction. So annoyed. read more

I am new to the area and had been rear ended at a red light. I took my Toyota to Caliber Collision and could not be happier. From the minute I walked thru the door it was super friendly and was helped right away. My representative, Anthony, helped me right away and told me exactly what needed to be done. He had me an estimate in 2 hours, spoke to my insurance company and told me all of my options. I felt they really cared about me as a person, not just a customer, and went with them. Due to parts being late from overseas, I was told it could be up to 30 to get it back home. Anthony kept me called me and kept me apprised of the progress, sometimes twice a week. Heres where I was even more impressed. With all the problems with shipping and getting parts, Anthony and the amazing crew there had my car back to me 4 days before originally estimated!! This is the WORST place to take your car. My mother took her car in for a few repairs which took about 3 weeks for minor work. When we received the car I seen something that wasn't right. Me & my mother had asked an employee nearby by the name of Marvin about some concerns and issues on the vehicle. I felt like Marvin was being very RUDE & unprofessional and didn't help much w/ the problem. I don't recommend anybody bring in ur car unless you don't care much on what's done. read more

My insurance company (State Farm) was great and connected me with Caliber Collision in Valencia. Not only was I able to get my car in immediately they were incredible with the follow-up. I received frequent text messages with updates on the status of my car. Jose was amazing! He was very attentive and thorough with the explanation before and after my pickup. They also delivered earlier than planned. I dropped off Monday and it was ready the following Wednesday. Got my car fixed here through AAA (my car insurance) because I got into a car accident. Not only did they repair what was damaged but they also DETAILED my car (vacuuming, cleaning the interior, fixing up the side mirrors). My looked even better than it did when I first brought it in to the shop! More than pleased with this repair shop. This is a long overdue stellar review of Caliber Collision. My husband had been rear ended 3 times in the span of 1 year commuting to work on the 405. The first 2 accidents were minor and quite easily fixed. The last time he was hit caused major damage to the rear of his vehicle. Our insurance company recommend Caliber to us and I'm so glad they did. They worked seamlessly with our insurance company and saved us a lot of back and forth. The repair took some time but Armen and his team did a great job of communicating timelines and letting us know if there were going to be any delays. Marvin is the greatest! We were on our way from the Bay Area to Los Angeles when the car's under shield came off. We were not from the area and stopped by for emergency help. It was 100 degrees and Marvin got on the ground to check the situation and helped fix it at least for the ride back home giving us advice on what to do (fixing it completely would have taken an order that would take days). Marvin wouldn't take cash and just wanted us to be safe and told us exactly what we needed to do! He saved our trip. Awesome encounter! read more

Fantastic service with Garrett Buckley. My car's rear bumper had a big'ol scratch on it from being hit while I was parked outside a CVS. Garrett was great. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Made the whole experience pretty painless. They were able to match the color wonderfully. After, approving the color match. They finished by buffing the bumper. You would never know it wasn't the original color. Later, that day Garrett contacted me to tell me my car was ready to be picked up. I highly recommend this shop for multiple reasons. First the quality of their work is unquestionably great. They kept in constant communication with me regarding the repairs to my car and the date when my car would be ready. My car was ready on the day they said it would be and I really appreciated them taking care of my car. After being hit in the rear by someone doing 65 mph while texting I thought for sure my car was totaled. Caliber Collision worked their magic on my car and even I could not tell where the damage was. Customer service is a lost art these days but Caliber gets it. They made me feel like they were repairing a family members car and like I said their work is outstanding. We picked up our car today and it was in perfect condition just has they stated it would be. The estimate was more than what we ended up paying which was the nice surprise. They actually even did a little extra and took out a scratch from the front fender and did it at no charge. I worked in Valencia and for the community hospital. I can only speak for my experience and the people in this Caliber Collision are soooo difficult to work with. I stopped by twice to get a quote, and the first time the front desk lady said all the pros are in lunch time and won't be back until 1:30pm. After that I tried to contact Justin and ask about the schedule and prices, I didn't get to him after calling twice. Even I left a message with the receptionist, he didn't return my call. I recently had the worst experience with the auto body shop. I took my car here to get repaired after it was rear-ended. The day I took my car to be repaired my horn & steering column were both working and when I went to pick it up a week later, my horn & steering column were no longer working. The rep Justin tried to blame it on a recall the car was having and told me to take it to the dealer and he swore they would say it was a recall issue. Well, I took my car to the dealer and they said nothing of the sort and said my vehicle was more than likely damaged when the auto body did the repairs. When I told Caliber about what they dealer said, they denied breaking my horn & steering column and wouldn't fix it leaving me to pay almost $1,000 to get my horn & steering column fixed. I would never suggest taking your vehicle to this auto body shop. They were unprofessional, rude towards me, and flat out negligent with my vehicle when it was in their care causing more damage to it than the damage I initially brought it in for. I would use caution when deciding to take your car here and choose another auto body shop, do your homework and don't rush to take your car here like myself because my insurance carrier suggested them to me. I would choose your own auto body based on thorough research or perhaps a recommendation. read more

Simply stated, this Caliber location performed excellent repair work on my car. From a prior incident, I remember reading some unfavorable reviews for some of their other locations. That made me feel a little leery about taking my car here, which was the nearest company preferred by my insurer. As it turns out, that worry was unfounded. Caliber did a great job of fixing my bumper, busted radiator, and AC compressor, and they also did a great job of keeping me apprised about the status of the repair work. After the work was complete, I felt the AC should have been colder, considering the compressor was replaced. I took the car back in, and the team made sure there were no leaks, flushed and recharged the system, and sent me on my way. Both visits were pleasant, and I certainly appreciate the professionalism and awesome job performed by this Caliber facility. read more

After having my vehicle for three weeks I got a call from the manager stating that they wouldn't fix my vehicle since someone had already started work on it. They said they didn't want to be responsible. I didn't understand that then and I don't understand that now, they were getting paid to do the entire job starting from scratch so what difference would that make. Besides, why did it take them three weeks to make up their minds. I thought they were a reliable company but I have changed my mind. I wouldn't take my car there if they were the last repair shop around!!! read more
