I was involved in a car accident and found this body shop on Yelp after being approved from the insurance to get my car fixed. They were very communicative and professional. They also sent my car to BMW for final inspection. I am very pleased with their work. Will definitely come here again. read more

I recently went to Network Auto Body in Santa Clarita for the first time to replace the windshield on my Lexus, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. They are a certified Lexus collision center, which gave me confidence going in, and they absolutely delivered. The work was completed quickly and with great attention to detail--the installation looks perfect. A special thank you to Josh, the estimator I worked with. His communication was outstanding. He is knowledgeable and kept me apprised every step of the way, which made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Their pricing was very competitive, and they were able to complete the job much sooner than another certified center I've used for years would have. That alone made a big difference. My experience with Network Auto Body was first-rate. Professional, efficient, and easy to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to bring any of our cars there in the future. read more

My highest rating to manager Paul Labella and the team at Network Auto Body in Valencia. Not only did they do an excellent job with my Honda, but I observed their teamwork and work ethic while I was waiting for my car to be ready. Impressive! Strongly recommended! read more

I first gave Network Auto Body a 1 star due to my check engine light coming on. Out of fear I assumed it was poor work on Paul's end. Not the case!! It was a faulty sensor from the car sitting for a month. That being said, I owe them a huge apology for the one star and they did an absolutely amazing job fixing the body work of my car. They did an amazing job touching up my paint and I wish I would have never had a faulty sensor issue so I could have given them the amazing review they deserved the first time. Paul thank you for doing such an amazing job and my apologies to you. read more

This review is long overdue but needs to be said: Went here based on Keyes Lexus recommendation. Everyone here is very friendly. That's about as good as it gets. Got my car back and the side door window appliqué was literally replaced with double sided foam tape holding it together. I know this because it flew off on the freeway. They also never put back my door edge/handle guards. I would call every 2 weeks and eventually JC was miraculously busy all of a sudden so I could never get him on the phone. He never returned my calls or emails. I eventually traded in the car but never got a call back. Rest assured, this is the last place I will take any of my cars or family's cars to get work done. I mean, who tapes a window appliqué back if you work at a BODY SHOP? I'm scared to find out how the other parts were installed but that vehicle is out of my hands now. read more

My BMW 2024 was rear ended. I took it to Network Auto Body and got it fixed. I'm very pleased and happy with everyone's professionally and punctuality at this place. I want to send my special thanks to JC. He was absolutely helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. From the time I walked in he put my mind at ease and took care of everything. I appreciate him for sending me emails and pictures throughout the process and giving me updates (which was very helpful). I just wanted to write this review to acknowledge their hard work and appreciate the great job they did on my car. read more

This vehicle has been here 2 times both times someone had cut in front of me. Both the times vehicle was fixed to the factory standard. Color matching was amazing. Briant kept me posted on my vehicle once a week until completely fixed. Janel in office was very helpful. Paul made sure I left the facility completely satisfied and I was. I got into a hit and run in my BMW. Once I called my Insurance they offered me different Auto-body repair shops but I wasn't convinced. I spoke to my service advisor at Valencia BMW and he advise me to go to Network Auto Body . Once I got to their shop, you see the certified plaques all around their lobby and you could tell they take great pride in the work they do. I got assigned to JC Jimenez. He was able to answer all my questions and concerns. Once I left the shop he kept me up to date with every step and was completely transparent. His shop was not able to offer me service due to my insurance not having OEM parts. So JC offered me to go to their Van Nuys location. He gave me the manager name and promised they will do an outstanding job and as soon as my car is completed JC will have it back at his shop and inspected it himself. Well JC kept his promise. My car was back in his hands once it was completed and it looked even better than ever. I am completely satisfied and I will be recommending JC and the whole team at NETWORK AUTO-BODY. Thank you again JC for all your service you offered me and for taking great care in your customers! read more

I had my vehicle sent to Network Auto body for a insurance claim and against my insurance company advice and Joseph who had initial help me gave me a bunch of BS, I did not realize it was BS until I heard them give every another person/customer the same BS lines he gave me, with a week or so I received a notice that they were going to sell my vehicle at auction for being there too but my car was there just week, the truth is insurance company totalled the car and they lost the work. Although my insurance company was in contact with them to make arrangements to pick up the vehicle they sent me a very rude email. I tell you that there are so many choices for auto repair that this place is as crooked as they come and Joseph and JC are both scam artist and I suggest you not do business with this company, I am long standing yelper with a history of integrity as you can see, and they won't be able you pull down my post because I have a long Standing record with yelp, look at the email I receive, keep in mind that my insurance company did not want to use this place because of there bad record message --------- From: jc networkautobody.com jc@networkautobody.com Date: Fri, May 17, 2024 at 9:57AM Good morning Wanted to left you guys know vehicle still here at Networkautobody and we are informing you owner and Insurance adjuster that the car will be moved to our storage facility and lien sale will be filed due to negligence from both parties to settle claim and pick up the vehicle from our facility JC Jimenez 24854 avenue Rockefeller Valencia California. An AWESOME Auto Body place ! ! The Very Best ! Did an excellent repair job on my Ford EDGE. I was able to get my car in the next business day. Joe was so kind and knowledgeable about the repair that was needed. The personnel, besides Joe, Paul and Josh were amazingly friendly, too. read more

Received my vehicle after multiple delays and issues, I guess 15k in job on a luxury vehicle doesn't qualify for a professional clean up. My vehicle was full of shop dust and all the controls and and settings deleted I went to pick up the vehicle and true to form they were still the worst service you'll get. The so call manager PAUL.... useless, the guys has no clue how to take care of escalated issues with customers issues. If you have a high end vehicle avoid this place at all cost. read more

My car has been at Network Auto body 9 days and counting after being referred by my dealer, it needed several repairs. It was damaged in a car wash and had scratches on the front fender and part of the roof rack had been broken off. It also had peeling paint issue under warranty from the dealer. After calling before the car was transferred from the dealer and giving them all the information, insurance claim numbers, and my personal contact numbers. I heard nothing until my insurance company called and told me that Network Auto Body can't find any damage to my car besides the peeling paint. Paul has to be the most incompetent auto body person in the business. Not only did he not see the damage, he never called, texted, or emailed me to ask, and I've been without my car all this time and they are just now after my insurance company came to my rescue (THANK YOU AAA) and I sent pictures, going to fix it. Although Paul did say my car is old. So I guess if your car is over 5 years old they don't want to be bothered with you. Pictures enclosed so you can see the scratches for yourself. Pardon the weird shadows. read more

I was in accident which damaged my rear bumper and tailgate to my Ram 1500. Being close to the holiday season I called around to see who had availability and found Network Auto body had availability the same day. Brought the truck in that same day and the staff was super helpful especially JC he got me in the next day for drop off. JC and his team went above an beyond for me and answered any questions that I had regarding the whole process of the repairs. They kept me in the loop letting me know how the repairs and everything was going along with my truck. Would definitely recommend Network Auto body to my family/friends and anyone that needs repairs done to their cars! read more

This is about my 3rd time bringing my car here, and Boy does it make it look like brand new car after a ugly crash. Seeing how professional they are with everything gives me and my family the peace of mind that my car is going to be fixed right up and correctly. They really took care of everything and made it simple. I highly recommend this place for Mercedes' benz as they work with original parts from factory, which is my picky preference but I love how my car came out just as brand new when I got it! Thank you Network auto body! I strongly believe I'll be coming here whenever my car needs quality work done! I couldn't be any more happier thank you once again. 5/5 read more

My car had multiple scratches on it from a garage rack falling on it so I took it to Network Auto Body to get an estimate for the work after reading their reviews. When I walked into their establishment, I was pleasantly surprised by how nice it looked. Large wood desk, extremely high ceilings and comfortable upholstered chairs in the front office. Most car shops I have been to are ridden with cold, small entrances and stained furniture. Not this one! It was beautiful. I was seen right away and didn't have to wait. The owner had me pull into the garage since it was raining that day. He said the scratches could come out quickly with a polishing. I asked how much and he said, on the house. How kind! I was out of there within 10 minutes with no more scratches on my car. Highly recommended this place! read more

My wife and I have both brought our cars here for repairs. Most recently, JC Jimenez handled my wife's auto body repair on a late model BMW. He is the consummate professional in terms of service. He stayed in close communication with my wife, provided accurate updates, worked well in conjunction with our car insurance carrier, and delivered a car that looks as good the day it was driven off the lot, and, (!) had it cleaned both inside and out! I had a similar experience with this same company a few years back. Whomever hires for this company does a great job! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of body work, read more

This is a very good auto body shop with excellent customer service! I had a fairly simple part to replace, but it involved removing the front bumper to get to it. Raul was able to fit it into their schedule, dropped off the car at 9AM and it was ready by 4PM the same day. They did a perfect job, taking great care not to cause any damage and they fit the bumper back on perfectly with no gaps or panel alignment issues. The office is nice and spacious, and they even offered to drop me off at home while they worked on the car. Price was very fair, less than half what the dealership quoted me for the same work. While I hope I won't have to frequently visit an auto body shop, I would consider Network Auto as my go-to whenever possible. Thank you for running an honest business and keeping your work in line with the expectations you set. read more

My wife and I were driving our 2019 Mazda 6 to Santa Barbara when we got rear ended by a large truck/horse trailer. Fortunately the driver swerved and only caught our left corner rear bumper. I asked Fabian at Hello Mazda in Santa Clarita who they use, and they recommended Network Auto Body. Met with JT and was given an estimate. It took about a week which was reasonable. Rear bumper was replaced and painted. I went to inspect the vehicle but found some overspray in two areas that should have been caught. JT had the two defects corrected and the vehicle looked great the next day. Thanks JT!! read more

They fixed my truck to perfection. It was brand new again. Only thing to work on is better communication in updating their customers.

Began a search for a body shot after a windshield installer damaged our side mirror and took no responsibility. The search on Yelp was completely open to any body shop. I made a call and spoke with Paul. He was quick to respond with a price. We committed to the repair for a fair price. The work completed was quick, clean and done correctly. Additionally the shop is very organized and presents well. A real indicator of quality. Well done and thanks Paul. read more

SCAMMER!! I was quoted $1400 somewhere else and they took everything apart and looked at what needed to be replaced. When I got here he started naming random crap that I didn't need and quoted started at $3500. He said that he gets all his stuff from Galpin and that's why it's that price even tho the other place also gets his stuff from Galpin. what a joke of a company trying to get as much money as possible. How is it more than double the price? read more

We have been to Network Auto Body 3 times in less than 2 years. Out of the 8 body shops I have been to, this is definitely one of the best ones. The first one I was rear ended and the entire bumper needed replacement. JC, the estimator helped us. When we had to get the bumper replaced, they also noticed the safety bar within the bumper that also needed replacement that would have caused a safety issue. They notified us and also had that replaced and claimed through our insurance The second accident was a hit and run and it needed a door replaced and paint matched. This one took a long time because our insurance (Geico) was trying to be cheap and repair the car using the most cost effective method. Luckily, JC helped us again and took time to take pictures and negotiated with the insurance on repairing the car the right way. This major damaged took a while but at the end the car looked exactly the same as it was before The third accident we hit something in the parking lot and there were scratches everywhere. The car looked terrible before we arrived at the body shop. This accident happened 4 months after the second one so we were nervous about making anymore claims to our insurance. When we arrived at Network Auto Body, JC helped us again. He looked at it, took my keys and told me to wait at the waiting room and have some coffee. After 15 minutes, he did some magic all the scratches went away. All my stressed from the night before all went away. If you come to Network Auto Body, ask nobody else other than JC. The other staff here are also super nice. They also have a big and clean waiting room. If I have any auto accidents in the future, I will not hesitate to use them again read more

The front end of my car was hit by a landscaping trailer. My car advisor at the dealer advised me that there was only one body shop in Santa Clarita that he could recommend, and that was Network Auto Body. He was right. After the repair, the front end of my car is pristine. It is beautifully restored to its original condition. Raul provided amazing customer service, and their team did meticulous work that cut didn't cut any corners to complete the job. Now, I have a fully restored front end, and am seriously considering getting the other half restored. Network Auto Body turned an unfortunate incident into a huge blessing. I'm grateful! read more

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this shop. We had an unfortunate accident where two of our own vehicles were involved. From the moment we walked into Network, Martha and JC made us feel welcome. JC went over the damage to our vehicle and even helped us find a warranty program to help fix an unrelated paint issue.
