I have nothing but amazing things to say about this shop. We had an unfortunate accident where two of our own vehicles were involved. From the moment we walked into Network, Martha and JC made us feel welcome. JC went over the damage to our vehicle and even helped us find a warranty program to help fix an unrelated paint issue. The shop kept us up to date on the progress of the repairs and had our car back to us so much faster than we could believe. Their work is pristine, you can't even tell there's any previous damage. Very unscrupulous, industry standard for pre and post scans are .5 hrs for each. They Charged me a 1hr for each. Even though insurance had already paid for this service. They were double dipping. Manager is very contradicting with his words. Will be suing in small claim court for double charging.Warning do not take your car here, they will try to price gauge you. read more

After doing my due diligence and searching around for multiple quotes, I came back to Network Auto Body, and I'm glad I did. I was rear-ended on the freeway and had some minor bumper damage. My car is a lease and has a rear view camera, so I was a bit concerned. I had actually never been in a accident before, so I didn't really know how the whole process worked with insurance, rentals, etc, so I was a bit apprehensive. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Dan. He really made me feel comfortable. I had lots of questions which probably seemed trivial to him. He's laid back, straightforward and answered all my questions without making me feel stupid. That was important to me. It was also very important that I didn't feel like he was trying to "sell me" on anything. All of the other body shops I visited made me feel that way. Dan didn't. He also set me up with a rental at their shop through Midway Car Rental. He gave me a comparable vehicle and the transition was seamless. I didn't receive an invoice afterwards from Midway Rentals but I told Dan & he took care of it. They finished my car a few days before their estimate and it looks like new. I was very happy. Needed my Lexus to be fixed after being rear ended pretty badly. Saw the reviews on Yelp and decided to give this place a try. Well, I can say I'm very satisfied with their service and workmanship. The process was extremely easy. Went in the shop, JC helped me evaluate my damage, gave me an cost estimate and told me just give him the claims handlers contact and they can handle from here. I never had to do anything other than check my email for progress updates on my car. And a month and half later, I just went in and picked up my car. Sadly, my car was hit while being parked. I had spoken to a friend of mine at Valencia BMW and he recommended this body shop the second I told him that my car was hit. I trusted his recommendation. They were calling me, texting me, the whole second of the way... until my car was picked up, after that? Crickets. I had to be calling repeatedly to check status on my car. As you can tell, my car wasn't severely hit, but it was and the damages were obviously expensive. The headlight, grille, hood, bumper & fender were damaged. From the get-go of picking up my car, my grilles didn't match. Like, cmon? How more obvious is it? They "didn't notice" until I arrived & pointed it out. Okay, whatever. After paying more attention to details, you can see where they marked it with bright ass yellow paint (inside the bumper). The fender wasn't installed properly. The paint has a nasty green undertone and my bumper is flimsy as heck. My engine, filter covers are all SEVERELY SCRATCHED. Apparently, the other grille hasn't arrived yet, so I can go in & get some things looked at. But super unprofessional. They blame it on someone being sick, but im sure there's plenty of other employees there that can help. Its been almost 2 weeks & nothing. I call & they say "we'll call you right back!"... nothing. Do not recommend. At all. I had high hopes, but they've been dragged down. read more

Our Subaru Outback suffered a deep gash on the right rear passenger-side wheel well while in the parking lot so I took it in to Netwpork Auto Body for repairs. This is the second time Network Auto Body worked on our Outback and once again the repairs they did was amazing. That really came as no surprise to me since they also did the repairs for our 2 BMW sedans in the past with the same results. What really puts this outfit over and above the others is their outstanding customer service on top of their excellent workmanship. Martha and JC always treats us like valued customers and they are always very welcoming. In this particular instance, there were issues with my insurance company that delayed the start of the repairs for a couple of days. That became a cause for concern since my wife and I were scheduled to fly to Florida on the 31st of July and will be away for 8 days. I discussed my concern with JC regarding the possibility that I might not be able to pick up our Outback until after we return. JC proceeded to tell me not to worry and he will make sure that the repairs will be completed before our departure so we can take it home. And so it did. My car had paint damage from Honda using a weaker paint on this generation of the civic, and so I took it Honda and the dealer mentioned that we need go here (Network Auto Body). I had some other damages I wanted fixed on top of the damages from Hondas defective paint. So we were able to continue business with Network Auto-body due to the professional customer service, and the way they were able to work with us. So, here comes another review. A couple years ago my Tahoe has a door ding and I listened to my detailers recommendation for a body shop. I believe it was Immaculate Auto Body in Santa Clarita. Horrible mistake. Do not take your car there. My wife just got rear ended in her brand new Infinity QX80 and the dealership recommended Network Auto Body. Never heard of them. Anyways, I met with JC Jimenez at Network in Santa Clarita. The shops waiting room was very nice. Comfortable! I met with JC and told him I do not want bondo and only want my car to look brand new. (New Parts) He assured me of their work and I let him roll with it. My car doesn't even have plates yet. JC kept me up to date on everything and the appraisal was way cheaper than I thought. Again I was a little skeptical but JC handled business. I picked my car up today and inspected it. I've been burned before but I could not find a flaw. It was super clean in and out. No over spray, the paint looked flawless and top notch. I inspected several more times and still can't find anything wrong. JC advised that their work carries a lifetime warranty. I took my car to this business twice to get an estimate and sent all the required paperwork to get started. Then J.C. never returned my call or got in contact with me to do business. If he didn't want to repair my car then he should have stated that up front. You don't avoid the customer by not returning the calls. You shouldn't waste anyone's time at all but he did.
