Absolutely a fantastic place. I have a brand new Lexus ES350 that got sand blasted in a wind storm. JC went above and beyond to ensure the newness and integrity of my car. I'm am so grateful. I highly recommend Network Auto body and JC. Thank you so much. read more

After doing my due diligence and searching around for multiple quotes, I came back to Network Auto Body, and I'm glad I did. I was rear-ended on the freeway and had some minor bumper damage. My car is a lease and has a rear view camera, so I was a bit concerned. I had actually never been in a accident before, so I didn't really know how the whole process worked with insurance, rentals, etc, so I was a bit apprehensive. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Dan. He really made me feel comfortable. I had lots of questions which probably seemed trivial to him. He's laid back, straightforward and answered all my questions without making me feel stupid. That was important to me. It was also very important that I didn't feel like he was trying to "sell me" on anything. All of the other body shops I visited made me feel that way. Dan didn't. He also set me up with a rental at their shop through Midway Car Rental. He gave me a comparable vehicle and the transition was seamless. I didn't receive an invoice afterwards from Midway Rentals but I told Dan & he took care of it. They finished my car a few days before their estimate and it looks like new. I was very happy. You will be too. read more

Needed my Lexus to be fixed after being rear ended pretty badly. Saw the reviews on Yelp and decided to give this place a try. Well, I can say I'm very satisfied with their service and workmanship. The process was extremely easy. Went in the shop, JC helped me evaluate my damage, gave me an cost estimate and told me just give him the claims handlers contact and they can handle from here. I never had to do anything other than check my email for progress updates on my car. And a month and half later, I just went in and picked up my car. It looks good as new and they even wash it for me. Highly recommend JC and his team if you ever need to have your car fix!!! Big thanks to Kiani for the weekly updates on my car status. read more

JC, Thank you for your professionalism and exceptional service. From the first day we entered your facility, you made us feel welcome. Your due diligence, communication and professionalism represent the values of Networkautobody You kept us abreast of every step on the repairs and you never promised anything you could not delivered On the contrary, you under promised and over delivered. Thank you again JC for your patriotism and military support. You have earned our business for future needs. read more

Valencia Mercedes recommended shop. Was Told by NAB the part needed was 6 months out. Turned out they had picked the wrong part. 5 weeks later part comes in and they replaced the wrong module. OMG. Service advisor went on vacation and everything halted. Supposed to pick the car up tomorrow but have little faith in this horrible company. read more

I had a great experience getting repairs done here. Several parts were hard to find and my insurance company was being difficult, but JC kept in touch with me to let me know how things were progressing along the way. The work to the car was beautiful and like new. I'd highly recommend this shop! read more

Very unscrupulous, industry standard for pre and post scans are .5 hrs for each. They Charged me a 1hr for each. Even though insurance had already paid for this service. They were double dipping. Manager is very contradicting with his words. Will be suing in small claim court for double charging.Warning do not take your car here, they will try to price gauge you. read more

Sadly, my car was hit while being parked. I had spoken to a friend of mine at Valencia BMW and he recommended this body shop the second I told him that my car was hit. I trusted his recommendation. They were calling me, texting me, the whole second of the way... until my car was picked up, after that? Crickets. I had to be calling repeatedly to check status on my car. As you can tell, my car wasn't severely hit, but it was and the damages were obviously expensive. The headlight, grille, hood, bumper & fender were damaged. From the get-go of picking up my car, my grilles didn't match. Like, cmon? How more obvious is it? They "didn't notice" until I arrived & pointed it out. Okay, whatever. After paying more attention to details, you can see where they marked it with bright ass yellow paint (inside the bumper). The fender wasn't installed properly. The paint has a nasty green undertone and my bumper is flimsy as heck. My engine, filter covers are all SEVERELY SCRATCHED. Apparently, the other grille hasn't arrived yet, so I can go in & get some things looked at. But super unprofessional. They blame it on someone being sick, but im sure there's plenty of other employees there that can help. Its been almost 2 weeks & nothing. I call & they say "we'll call you right back!"... nothing. Do not recommend. At all. I had high hopes, but they've been dragged down. read more

Seriously don't even know where to start. This place is awesome! Customer service is unmatchable from here! I went in for a quote and JC wasted none of my time. He didn't sugarcoat or tell me what I wanted to hear to get my business. He kept it real from start to finish and Martha at the front desk was in constant contact with me providing updates and estimates! For this reason I made sure they got my business! Now for the quality of work, amazing! Color matched perfectly and the trunk works better now than before! It was estimated to be finished today (Nov 2) but they actually beat that by 3 days. Just goes to show they work hard to get you back in the drivers seat ASAP! 10/10 I would recommend anyone reading this to do business with them! You will NOT regret it! read more

My car was hit a weeks ago so after some searching I decided to take my car into Network Auto Body. JC helped me out with the quoting/repair process and did a phenomenal job. I received timely updates and the work they did made my car look brand new. There are a lot of auto body shops around the Valencia area, but I can say that Network stands above the rest. JC was professional and responsive so I would highly recommend reaching out to him to get work done. read more

Another stellar job from JC and his team. Would highly recommend Network Auto Body. Always professional!

Our Subaru Outback suffered a deep gash on the right rear passenger-side wheel well while in the parking lot so I took it in to Netwpork Auto Body for repairs. This is the second time Network Auto Body worked on our Outback and once again the repairs they did was amazing. That really came as no surprise to me since they also did the repairs for our 2 BMW sedans in the past with the same results. What really puts this outfit over and above the others is their outstanding customer service on top of their excellent workmanship. Martha and JC always treats us like valued customers and they are always very welcoming. In this particular instance, there were issues with my insurance company that delayed the start of the repairs for a couple of days. That became a cause for concern since my wife and I were scheduled to fly to Florida on the 31st of July and will be away for 8 days. I discussed my concern with JC regarding the possibility that I might not be able to pick up our Outback until after we return. JC proceeded to tell me not to worry and he will make sure that the repairs will be completed before our departure so we can take it home. And so it did. Another stress-free and wonderful experience with Network. The repairs were completed and our Outback looks great! JC, Martha, I am writing this while we are in Orlando Florida. Thanks to both of you and especially to JC for making our holiday so much better. Manny read more

I had some other damages I wanted fixed on top of the damages from Hondas defective paint. So we were able to continue business with Network Auto-body due to the professional customer service, and the way they were able to work with us. The lady at the front desk was super helpful and the main lobby was beautiful to sit in. I overall recommend this spot when needing body work on any vehicle, no short cuts and no mess arounds. As a Mercedes Benz owner, you become accustomed to a certain level of customer care and service from the dealership. I was pleasantly surprised and grateful for the continuity of that care from JC and the team at NETWORK. The reception was seamless and informative. Throughout the repair process I was updated and assured that despite the insurance company's suggestion, all parts would be Mercedes factory. So important. Overall, my experience was first class and worry free. All of my requests and concerns were met with outstanding courtesy. Showroom quality restoration. So thankful. read more

I took my car there after I got into an accident and they did an amazing job fixing it. I dealt with JC and Martha and they both kept me updated with the repairs. JC called multiple times to let me know what repairs they were doing. My car was finished in a week. It would've been finished faster, but I was back and forth with the insurance company. I highly recommend this company because of their positive attitudes and the quality of the work! read more

Network Autobody is the best in the business. Very friendly staff from the Managers Juan Carlos and Paul to the administrative front desk folks and even the technicians who do an expert job. They are receptive attentive and friendly. They all make you feel like you are amongst friends. I took my car there to be assessed, they reviewed it and gave an honest suggestion as to what was needed on the car. In fact they recommended that I just buff out the scratches and did not charge a dime for the service. Just when you think there is no honesty in the car service industry you get blindsided by people who truly care and are not just out to make a buck but to help people who are in need and in a vulnerable moment. I truly respect, trust and would take any business to them without hesitation. Carlos read more

Paul was awesome. Someone stole my toe hook cover and they took care of painting my new one quickly! I would recommend them any day!!

Unfortunately I've had my share of multiple visits to auto body shops. Not too many of those shops impressed me. Well Network Auto Body delivered their promise and my end to end experience was great. Easily the best one. Network Auto Body lived up to their reputation. Details on the repair is flawless. They used OEM parts. Alignments are so good that it looks like it came out of factory. Paint was such a perfect match. The attention to detail of their work is phenomenal. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very proactive and kept me updated throughout. Thank you JC for over delivering on your promise and timeline. read more

I took my car to this business twice to get an estimate and sent all the required paperwork to get started. Then J.C. never returned my call or got in contact with me to do business. If he didn't want to repair my car then he should have stated that up front. You don't avoid the customer by not returning the calls. You shouldn't waste anyone's time at all but he did. I'm very disappointed because initially he acted as if he was all about business. He is deceiving. Don't take your car to him because he doesn't deserve your business until he learns how to conduct business with all types of people. read more

So, here comes another review. A couple years ago my Tahoe has a door ding and I listened to my detailers recommendation for a body shop. I believe it was Immaculate Auto Body in Santa Clarita. Horrible mistake. Do not take your car there. My wife just got rear ended in her brand new Infinity QX80 and the dealership recommended Network Auto Body. Never heard of them. Anyways, I met with JC Jimenez at Network in Santa Clarita. The shops waiting room was very nice. Comfortable! I met with JC and told him I do not want bondo and only want my car to look brand new. (New Parts) He assured me of their work and I let him roll with it. My car doesn't even have plates yet. JC kept me up to date on everything and the appraisal was way cheaper than I thought. Again I was a little skeptical but JC handled business. I picked my car up today and inspected it. I've been burned before but I could not find a flaw. It was super clean in and out. No over spray, the paint looked flawless and top notch. I inspected several more times and still can't find anything wrong. JC advised that their work carries a lifetime warranty. No wonder why they offer that. It's flawless. Thanks again to JC Jimenez and Network Auto Body. You get my business for now on. Oh yeah, a one week turn around. Impressive!!! read more

Just got my Mercedes back from Peter and I can't tell you how happy I am with the entire experience, communication detailed work and even having my car detailed when I picked it up! First class all the way! Geico of course referred me initially to their preferred shop where the fast estimate overlooked several major components that Peter was able to identify that Geico did approve so all the work was done right in restoring my car. There are so many sensors and different nuances are Mercedes that the other body shop just overlooked and didn't seem to understand. Thank you Peter!!! read more
