Wish I could give them 6 stars. Paul took care of my vehicle after a stray tire attacked on the freeway. They were quick and responsive with me and my insurance. No hiccups or bumps, all smooth sailing. Martha kept me in the loop with all of the estimates and answered any questions i had. Overall, i'm glad that i took the time to search for the right place to take my honda. They have a lifetime warranty, so i wasnt worried about not using my insurances preferred vendor. this place is a scam and extorting people! this company took my car in the beginning of august the person jc came to see my car said that the estimate would cost $1100 my insurance company has been dealing with them my car insurance adjuster came to there facility, the did nothing to the car, they charged 2975.00 they then agreed on a number the check was printed on the 27th the check was received on saturday and i called on monday, they said they were waiting for it to clear they could not give me my car at that time. tuesday called same thing waiting for it to clear. wednesday they told me i need to pay $500 for storage fees! unbelievable after they settled with the insurance company. i then go today and now its 2934.00 this is extortion, after you got paid. i will be filing a small claims suit, beware of this place they will try to steal your car. read more

Save yourself the headache of dealing with the manager, Peter. He was extremely rude and uncooperative with my mom, and even laughed at her after making her cry. Here are the facts: The brand new Mercedes Benz gets into a fender bender. The auto shop makes a $3500 estimate to change the front bumper, and my mom complains about the supplemental insurance report filled out by Dan the mechanic. A week later the auto shop completes the job (which should have only taken an hour) and call my mom into the shop to pick up her car. We arrive and the car won't start. After paying over $4500 (including supplemental charges for new head rests, fog lamps), the windshield is still cracked, and now THE BATTERY IS DEAD. She tells the manager that her battery was fine before bringing into the shop, he laughs in her face, as she's fighting back tears, he tells her, "What do you want, you want me to give you a free battery?" My mom was crying because she felt bullied and exploited, and I finally tell Peter, "Please understand where we're coming from, my mom was suspicious about supplemental charges reported by Dan the mechanic, and now after Dan worked on the car, there's a new problem, the battery is dead. It was fine before we brought you the car. Seems fishy." Peter becomes hostile and says, "What are you calling me a thief?! Go to Pep Boys or somewhere else then." And then I comment that we'll just leave a yelp review about their poor customer service. Peter and steps up to my face and then threatens to sue me, "If you write that on yelp, I will sue you." My vehicle was damaged 1/11. The estimator told me that he would contact me when the parts were ordered/in and did not do so. On following up with the parts dept 1/25, I found that all the parts were received except one and told another 30+ days to fix it. Really inexcusable for tens of thousands of dollars paid to them and most cost to me for a rental. Pretty inexcusable. read more
