Window appliqué re installed with cheap double sided tape

This review is long overdue but needs to be said: Went here based on Keyes Lexus recommendation. Everyone here is very friendly. That's about as good as it gets. Got my car back and the side door window appliqué was literally replaced with double sided foam tape holding it together. I know this because it flew off on the freeway. They also never put back my door edge/handle guards. I would call every 2 weeks and eventually JC was miraculously busy all of a sudden so I could never get him on the phone. He never returned my calls or emails. I eventually traded in the car but never got a call back. Rest assured, this is the last place I will take any of my cars or family's cars to get work done. I mean, who tapes a window appliqué back if you work at a BODY SHOP? I'm scared to find out how the other parts were installed but that vehicle is out of my hands now.

This vehicle has been here 2 times both times someone had cut in front of me. Both the times vehicle was fixed to the factory standard. Color matching was amazing. Briant kept me posted on my vehicle once a week until completely fixed. Janel in office was very helpful. Paul made sure I left the facility completely satisfied and I was. This is about my 3rd time bringing my car here, and Boy does it make it look like brand new car after a ugly crash. Seeing how professional they are with everything gives me and my family the peace of mind that my car is going to be fixed right up and correctly. They really took care of everything and made it simple. I highly recommend this place for Mercedes' benz as they work with original parts from factory, which is my picky preference but I love how my car came out just as brand new when I got it! Thank you Network auto body! I strongly believe I'll be coming here whenever my car needs quality work done! I couldn't be any more happier thank you once again. 5/5

Ripped off roof rack Paul can't see, probably cause it's an old car

My car has been at Network Auto body 9 days and counting after being referred by my dealer, it needed several repairs. It was damaged in a car wash and had scratches on the front fender and part of the roof rack had been broken off. It also had peeling paint issue under warranty from the dealer. After calling before the car was transferred from the dealer and giving them all the information, insurance claim numbers, and my personal contact numbers. I heard nothing until my insurance company called and told me that Network Auto Body can't find any damage to my car besides the peeling paint. Paul has to be the most incompetent auto body person in the business. Not only did he not see the damage, he never called, texted, or emailed me to ask, and I've been without my car all this time and they are just now after my insurance company came to my rescue (THANK YOU AAA) and I sent pictures, going to fix it. Although Paul did say my car is old. So I guess if your car is over 5 years old they don't want to be bothered with you. Pictures enclosed so you can see the scratches for yourself. Pardon the weird shadows.

This review is to express my frustration with the service I received at this shop . Initially, I brought my car to the clinic due to a recurring engine issue that I believed could be easily resolved. After a lengthy assessment, I was charged over $400 dollars for what I was assured would be a comprehensive fix. However, despite the assurances of the staff that the issue had been resolved, I continued to experience the same problem almost immediately after leaving the shop. It almost seems that all they were doing was just resetting my car so that the engine light would go away. After driving my car for about 50 miles the engine light came on AGAIN!!! I returned to the shop seeking clarification and a potential remedy, only to be met with a dismissive attitude and further charges for services that I believed should have been included in the initial repair. The lack of effective communication and customer care was disheartening, amplifying my dissatisfaction with the overall service. And the 2nd time I was charged $477 dollars for the mechanic to simply change the "THERMOSTAT HOUSING" I honestly think this amount is way too much not only do I feel like I was taking advantage, but these people are just dishonest and unprofessional. In conclusion, I cannot recommend 360Auto Clinic based on my experience. I left not only with an unresolved issue but also with a sense of having overpaid for inadequate services. I encourage potential customers to consider other options. In conclusion, if your car is having engine or transmission issues, just take it somewhere else where they will actually fix the problem. This people here don't have any experience when it comes to that issue. Don't waste your money..

While a mechanic may offer a discount for cash or debit payments, they are not allowed to add a surcharge to debit card transactions, even if the card is processed with a signature. Last week I went in to have my brakes checked because I'd been hearing a faint high-pitched noise…read morewhen braking, especially at low speeds when braking or releasing the brakes. I explained this issue over the phone, and again when I arrived. The shop said my front brakes and rotors were worn, so I had both replaced. I assumed this was the reason for the noise. The staff were friendly, helpful, and the price seemed fair. However, after the replacement, the same noise was still there - which was the main reason I came in to begin with. My front brakes would need replacing eventually, but I went in mainly to diagnose the noise. They offered to check the front brakes again for free. They put my car on the lift to listen for brake noise. While I could clearly hear the high-pitched noise each time when braking, the owner said he was unable to hear it. This confused me, because my wife and child can hear the noise every time we leave the driveway. When they backed my car out, we all could hear the high-pitched noise from the rear brakes (not the front brakes). It felt like my main concern wasn't fully addressed during my first visit. I felt like I was first sold a repair (new brakes) before having my actual concerns addressed (noise). Now I'm doubting whether I also needed to replace my water pump that day - which they said was leaking when I first visited to get the brake noise checked. I paid to replace that too, but was it actually necessary, or an upsell? They said they'd take off the rear wheels for $80 to check for debris and clean them, but at this point I'm not confident they would be able to diagnose my issue anymore. I don't want to spend any more money at this shop to check something that should have been checked when I asked on my first visit. To reiterate, all of the staff were friendly and I was treated respectfully and honestly - just to be clear for anyone reading to the end. But I will be looking elsewhere for a shop that listens to customers' concerns before charging for work. UPDATE: After reading the owner's response, I feel shocked. Again, I originally came in only to diagnose a noise - not specifically to replace brakes or rotors (or a water pump). I was happy to pay for new ones in order to solve my issue - the noise. I clearly communicated I was trying to solve the noise both times. I don't appreciate being told it's my fault for not pointing out exactly which wheels the noise was coming from. I'm downgrading this from a 3-star to a 1-star review due to this response. UPDATE 2: No, I was not shown any of my old or new parts before or after replacement - I sat in the waiting room while the work was being done; during the second visit, I was only shown my own car on the lift while trying to diagnose the sound, without any parts removed. But I'm not sure what that has to do with my review. My original noise concern was not resolved, and they didn't seem able to diagnose my issue. The owner's replies to my review sound very unprofessional and accusatory (do you reply like this to every review that's not 5 stars?) and I won't be replying here anymore.

I was told it would cost $40 just to give me a quote. After the amount of money I've already spent there, that felt unreasonable and disappointing. In the past, I've also experienced small pricing inconsistencies -- being quoted one price, then when someone else picked up my car, the total was slightly higher. I'm not the type of person to complain over a few dollars, but it does add up and it doesn't feel good as a loyal customer. Today was the tipping point for me. Charging a fee just to provide a brake quote, especially for a repeat customer, feels like nickel-and-diming. I wanted to support a local shop, but based on my experiences, I'd recommend looking elsewhere for a business that values transparency and long-term customer relationships.
