Cannot say enough about Network Auto Body. My first time dealing with getting accident damage repaired and they made it as smooth as possible. The work on my car was done so well that my kids thought they just switched cars! You cannot tell there was any damage to begin with. Professional, friendly, and quality work. Can't ask for more. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing automotive body work done. read more

I'm a fan for life. I called about a rear bumper that was sticking out - we had no idea what had happened. JC Jimenez said I could email him photos. Within minutes he called me and said to come over because it could be a quick fix. In two minutes he had popped the bumper back into place. He explained what probably happened, and never ONCE suggested that I should get the bumper replaced. He wouldn't take anything for the help. I hope not to need body work, but if I do there's no one else I'd call. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are completely scandalous and their business practices are immoral and illegal in most cases. Take this and other warnings to heart given the similar nature of complaints. The company knows all of ways to hold your car hostage until they receive CASH... My beloved all original 1989 Mercedes 560SL was rear ended and I was very concerned about finding a shop that knew how to work on a classic and one that would do a great job. I was also concerned about getting the right match between the new paint and existing original paint. First day I met JC he assured me that it will be perfect. I trusted JC. It took a while given its a classic but it was worth the wait. I was extremely happy with how the car looked when I went to pick it up - it looked beautiful! JC, Paul, and Martha were wonderful to work with and kept me informed throughout the process. Thank you to all three and the rest of the Network Auto Body crew!! read more

I needed my RX 350 painted, and I was highly recommended to network auto body parts by the Lexus dealer. I had made up my mind to get my car painted by Network auto body parts. So I had taken the car to the rep to get an estimate and the time it would take. Did not quite catch the name of the rep (it sounded like Jamal). Right from the start all he was telling me that the car would cost a lot to do and I told him I was ok with it. He then proceeded to tell me that Network Auto does not do small jobs like this and it is a production company and basically was unwilling to do the work.He also stated that if they took on the job, it will take 3-6 months to get the job done as they have such a large backlog of work. He suggested that I go to some other place to get the job done. At that point I just told him thank you and left, stunned that someone would talk to a potential customer like this.  Never have I met a rep or a sales person so arrogant and condescending. read more

Had a collision out of state at other party's fault, and Network got my truck fixed up like brand new despite the repair having lots of hidden damage and complex blind spot sensors that needed to be replaced. They did a great job coordinating with the other party's insurance and also with the Toyota dealer for some difficult calibration work to make sure the safety equipment all worked properly after replacement. JC was especially helpful throughout the process and made sure all the work was done to my complete satisfaction. They even gave me a lift home and back to the shop to pick up my truck. Highly recommended. read more

I am leasing a Ford Explorer Sport and I have only months left on the lease, then I was rear ended on the freeway. I called Ford and they recommended Network Auto Body. I spoke with Dan. He was kind, concerned, and gave me a heads up as to what to expect from the other insurance in the days to come, and it went just as he said. When I dropped off my car at Network, I was greeted by Peter and while my car was being worked on I spoke with Michelle who provided me updates on my vehicle. Network worked with the other insurance to ensure that all damage was covered and fixed. When I received my vehicle it looked brand new. The experience and service I received were excellent!!! read more

My BMW M4 was damaged by a tree limb in the road so I looked on Yelp and picked one of the highly rated body shops in Santa Clarita because I am new to the area. I wanted an estimate so I walked in and talked to the receptionist who was probably 19 years old. She asked if I had an appointment and I said no. She said this it how this works, and began to lecture me about their process. So I didn't say anything but I left and found another body shop on Yelp that was also highly rated. Network Auto Body knows how to talk to customers and better yet the repair work was perfect! On time with the repairs and my car was detailed and beautiful again when I picked it up. JC handled everything and kept me updated on the status of my car. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Thank you Network Auto Body ! read more

Network Auto Body was beyond exceptional. Everyone I met was professional and courteous. I cannot say enough good things about JC. He took care of my insurance and kept me updated promptly throughout the process. By far my favorite body shop in the Santa Clarita Valley!! Quality service from the moment you walk in at the front desk, to the very kind and professional estimators!! Even after I took my (practically) mint-condition car back, they curiously follow up for any more concerns. Ask for JC, he took care of me and my car like it was his own!! I wont go anywhere else now. And just for the record, I used to work at an auto-body shop, so I know a good shop when I see one(: read more

The worst in Valencia. They have actually tried to charge me $1000 to provide an estimate. I had already taken my car to Gary's automotive and they gave me a bid of $2500. I went ahead and took it to the dealer and they sent it over to these guys. They actually came back with a bid for $5000. When I said I didn't want to use them, they wanted to charge me $1000 for tearing down and putting back together. They are a rip off. Do NOT go here and do not TRUST them. read more

Peter clearly communicated throughout the process giving me updates and was up front with what was wrong. The rest of the staff was very friendly. read more

This was a dealership recommendation for me. Initially, Network Auto Body gave me the confidence that the car would be done right. In the end, it was. This is the kind of place for people who care about their vehicles, to bring them to. I'm glad I took my vehicle here. They did an amazing job on our car. It looks as good as new. I recommend this place to everybody! On my way of 7-hour drive down home for Thanksgiving, I noticed that a metal plate was starting to sag and fall off from underneath my car, and randomly stopped by Network Auto Body to see if I could get a quick emergency repair. I was kind of in a rush, as I had 2.5 hours more to go in order to reach home. I was immediately greeted and helped as I pulled up. Peter ended up assisting me, and he was very professional, informative, and kind. My car was fixed VERY QUICKLY, in about 20 minutes and I was back on the road! Thank you so much Peter! And if you're reading this Peter, I forgot to say Happy Thanksgiving. Also, the venue was very large, clean, and organized. Everything was 10/10!! read more

If I could give this place 10 stars I would!! I came here last Friday for an estimate after getting rear ended the day prior. There was silver paint on the bumper and the bottom plastic piece was scratched, the inside prongs were broken and it needed to be replaced. I walked in and two very friendly ladies at the front desk greeted me with a smile and JC Jimenez came out and introduced himself and asked what I was there for. He walked over to my car with me and I showed him what had happened. He gave me options I could go with and also offered to buff out the paint that was on the bumper himself which was very kind of him to do to ease some of my stress. The part was ordered that Friday, it came in on Monday, made the appointment on Tuesday and I came in on Wednesday and the work was done in approximately half an hour. The repair was done quickly, professionally and to perfection and I'm a very satisfied and happy customer. This was the least expensive estimate I received and my 2016 Toyota Camry looks like nothing had happened. JC was wonderful, very friendly and is very knowledgeable. He made the process super easy for me and I'm so thankful! Thank you so much JC!! I highly recommend this business!! read more

Anyone in need of a high quality, don't cut corners, get s**t done body shop who treat you more like an old friend than a dollar sign...LOOK NO FURTHER. After what could have been a fatal collision last year, I never thought I'd find another MINI to replace my first. My husband stumbled upon one, beautiful and against all odds was able to buy it for me. Fast forward to a month ago, 2 weeks before the anniversary of the double roll over I walked away from..... Driving down the road with my youngest with me, raining and flooding the road, when I come to what looks like mini mountains in the road, it's dusk, I could discern the magnitude of what was in front of me till it was too late. Swerve you say, problem was I wasn't about to get into a head on, or hit the shoulder and wrap my son and myself around a pole. Lots of crashing, tearing, cracking and me mumbling obscenities while trying to keep my car in my lane.... I got about 5 more miles before the car gave up. When I saw the carnage that was the front end I wanted to cry, puke, scream, laugh and maim all at once. We have a friend who owns a local body shop, when they said they wouldn't be able to fix it, I knew there was only one place for our car to go.... MINI of Valencia and the magic Man. To my surprise I got a message saying they. sent her over to the only body shop they use and to expect a call from the guy there. Not but a couple hours later Dan calls. Instantly he was like so how's it going.... I'm holding my phone staring at it wondering who the heck just called me for a morning chat. Once he told me who he was, he became my bestest friend, after all he had my baby. Over the month they had my car Dan always kept us in the loop, he worked diligently to make sure my insurance didn't low ball us with crap parts, he sent me pics of my poor baby after they tore down her front end. He is an amazing guy and instantly makes you feel at ease during a rather stressful time. And the crew at the shop are amazing. When I first saw the car I couldn't believe the shine, she was brand new, at least the front half was. And not just the exterior, her insides were sparkling. And it's not just the look that makes the crew top notch, it's the fact when we went over the estimate and final parts list we saw little things like the Flex agent they add so your paint doesn't chip. My husband, the car guy who had been building/repairing/etc cars most of his life was more than satisfied with the level of detail put into the repairs. I have already told several people who had been complaining about the local body shops that they need to talk to Dan at Network. I know if we ever need a body shop, I won't hesitate to tell my insurance that is the only body shop my cars will go to. read more

A friend referred me here and I am now going to refer everyone here !! Amazing customer service, went above what my car needed done, and looks amazing. My car was rear ended on the freeway and I took it here. Right away they set up everything from speaking with the other party's insurance, rent a car, and in a great timely matter. The best part is the paint and parts matched perfectly and were not after market parts put on. Highly recommend! read more

Excellent service. From JC who handled my matter to Martha on the customer service front line.

I was very impressed with Network Auto Body. I was rear ended in my GMC Truck on Memorial Day and my insurance company (Liberty Mutual) surprisingly didn't have anyone in the Santa Clarita Valley on their recommended body shop list. I decided to check out 3 different shops in the area and go with who I was the most impressed with. First impressions speak volumes and I was certainly impressed with Network upon walking in the front door and seeing their beautiful front office. I also took a tour of the shop area and was impressed as well. I met and spoke with Dan when I first walked in and he was nothing but super friendly, candid and informative. Upon leaving, I had another shop to visit but that little voice in my head said this was the shop to go with. The work done on my GMC truck was excellent. The shop did a few extras for me that I wasn't expecting making the whole experience a plus in my book. I dealt with Peter during the course of the repair work and he was very professional and communicative. I was pleased to receive routine updates on the progress of the work from him. Once I got the truck back, the work and paint job was top notch and the truck was cleaned nicely. I certainly hope that my insurance company puts Network on their recommended list. I will most certainly go back to this shop again. I have a few cars (including a Mercedes, Mini and Corvette) and knowing this shop specializes in Mercedes and GM among others, I won't hesitate to use Network Auto Body again even if I'm not going through my insurance company. read more

These folks did an amazing job. I had my entire passenger side scraped in a hit and run accident on a highway. I was concerned that they would not do a good job repairing dents or the paint match on. BMW. Valencia BMW recommend this company. You can not tell that the car was ever hit or any nuance in paint color. In addition, they expertly managed State Farm, who will do there best not to take the right path, but the cheapest path for them. Excellent job Network Autobody! read more

I wanted to write in this review about the paintwork services I received from Network Auto Body. I have gone twice to this body shop (both times services were under my Honda warranty). They did a nice job on the paint work. However, there was some minor damages to other parts of my vehicle that were not there before bringing it in. I needed to address this with the owner. I called and explained my situation and I was met with very kind people and the owner Peter went above and beyond what I expected with a situation like this. He agreed to fix things and make it right and I took my car back in for another two days and it all went smooth. So, this review is not only about great work, but businesses can make mistakes, albeit it takes a great business to make it right and I feel they made a good choice in making the customer have an good experience. I will return to this shop if I ever need additional services. read more
