My beloved all original 1989 Mercedes 560SL was rear ended and I was very concerned about finding a shop that knew how to work on a classic and one that would do a great job. Had a collision out of state at other party's fault, and Network got my truck fixed up like brand new despite the repair having lots of hidden damage and complex blind spot sensors that needed to be replaced. They did a great job coordinating with the other party's insurance and also with the Toyota dealer for some difficult calibration work to make sure the safety equipment all worked properly after replacement. JC was especially helpful throughout the process and made sure all the work was done to my complete satisfaction. They even gave me a lift home and back to the shop to pick up my truck. Save yourself the headache of dealing with the manager, Peter. He was extremely rude and uncooperative with my mom, and even laughed at her after making her cry. Here are the facts: The brand new Mercedes Benz gets into a fender bender. The auto shop makes a $3500 estimate to change the front bumper, and my mom complains about the supplemental insurance report filled out by Dan the mechanic. A week later the auto shop completes the job (which should have only taken an hour) and call my mom into the shop to pick up her car. We arrive and the car won't start. After paying over $4500 (including supplemental charges for new head rests, fog lamps), the windshield is still cracked, and now THE BATTERY IS DEAD. She tells the manager that her battery was fine before bringing into the shop, he laughs in her face, as she's fighting back tears, he tells her, "What do you want, you want me to give you a free battery?" My mom was crying because she felt bullied and exploited, and I finally tell Peter, "Please understand where we're coming from, my mom was suspicious about supplemental charges reported by Dan the mechanic, and now after Dan worked on the car, there's a new problem, the battery is dead. It was fine before we brought you the car. Seems fishy." Peter becomes hostile and says, "What are you calling me a thief?! Go to Pep Boys or somewhere else then." And then I comment that we'll just leave a yelp review about their poor customer service. Peter and steps up to my face and then threatens to sue me, "If you write that on yelp, I will sue you." Even if Mercedes Dealership refers you here, save yourself the slow, overpriced labor and the headache from trying to talk to these people. read more

The worst in Valencia. They have actually tried to charge me $1000 to provide an estimate. I had already taken my car to Gary's automotive and they gave me a bid of $2500. I went ahead and took it to the dealer and they sent it over to these guys. They actually came back with a bid for $5000. When I said I didn't want to use them, they wanted to charge me $1000 for tearing down and putting back together. They are a rip off. Do NOT go here and do not TRUST them. read more

On my way of 7-hour drive down home for Thanksgiving, I noticed that a metal plate was starting to sag and fall off from underneath my car, and randomly stopped by Network Auto Body to see if I could get a quick emergency repair. If I could give this place 10 stars I would!! I came here last Friday for an estimate after getting rear ended the day prior. There was silver paint on the bumper and the bottom plastic piece was scratched, the inside prongs were broken and it needed to be replaced. I walked in and two very friendly ladies at the front desk greeted me with a smile and JC Jimenez came out and introduced himself and asked what I was there for. He walked over to my car with me and I showed him what had happened. He gave me options I could go with and also offered to buff out the paint that was on the bumper himself which was very kind of him to do to ease some of my stress. The part was ordered that Friday, it came in on Monday, made the appointment on Tuesday and I came in on Wednesday and the work was done in approximately half an hour. The repair was done quickly, professionally and to perfection and I'm a very satisfied and happy customer. This was the least expensive estimate I received and my 2016 Toyota Camry looks like nothing had happened. JC was wonderful, very friendly and is very knowledgeable. Anyone in need of a high quality, don't cut corners, get s**t done body shop who treat you more like an old friend than a dollar sign...LOOK NO FURTHER. After what could have been a fatal collision last year, I never thought I'd find another MINI to replace my first. My husband stumbled upon one, beautiful and against all odds was able to buy it for me. Fast forward to a month ago, 2 weeks before the anniversary of the double roll over I walked away from..... Driving down the road with my youngest with me, raining and flooding the road, when I come to what looks like mini mountains in the road, it's dusk, I could discern the magnitude of what was in front of me till it was too late. Swerve you say, problem was I wasn't about to get into a head on, or hit the shoulder and wrap my son and myself around a pole. Lots of crashing, tearing, cracking and me mumbling obscenities while trying to keep my car in my lane.... I got about 5 more miles before the car gave up. When I saw the carnage that was the front end I wanted to cry, puke, scream, laugh and maim all at once. We have a friend who owns a local body shop, when they said they wouldn't be able to fix it, I knew there was only one place for our car to go.... MINI of Valencia and the magic Man. To my surprise I got a message saying they. sent her over to the only body shop they use and to expect a call from the guy there. Not but a couple hours later Dan calls. Instantly he was like so how's it going.... I'm holding my phone staring at it wondering who the heck just called me for a morning chat. Once he told me who he was, he became my bestest friend, after all he had my baby. Over the month they had my car Dan always kept us in the loop, he worked diligently to make sure my insurance didn't low ball us with crap parts, he sent me pics of my poor baby after they tore down her front end. He is an amazing guy and instantly makes you feel at ease during a rather stressful time. And the crew at the shop are amazing. When I first saw the car I couldn't believe the shine, she was brand new, at least the front half was. And not just the exterior, her insides were sparkling. And it's not just the look that makes the crew top notch, it's the fact when we went over the estimate and final parts list we saw little things like the Flex agent they add so your paint doesn't chip. My husband, the car guy who had been building/repairing/etc cars most of his life was more than satisfied with the level of detail put into the repairs. I have already told several people who had been complaining about the local body shops that they need to talk to Dan at Network. I know if we ever need a body shop, I won't hesitate to tell my insurance that is the only body shop my cars will go to. read more

These folks did an amazing job. I had my entire passenger side scraped in a hit and run accident on a highway. I was concerned that they would not do a good job repairing dents or the paint match on. BMW. Valencia BMW recommend this company. You can not tell that the car was ever hit or any nuance in paint color. I wanted to write in this review about the paintwork services I received from Network Auto Body. I have gone twice to this body shop (both times services were under my Honda warranty). They did a nice job on the paint work. However, there was some minor damages to other parts of my vehicle that were not there before bringing it in. I needed to address this with the owner. I called and explained my situation and I was met with very kind people and the owner Peter went above and beyond what I expected with a situation like this. He agreed to fix things and make it right and I took my car back in for another two days and it all went smooth. So, this review is not only about great work, but businesses can make mistakes, albeit it takes a great business to make it right and I feel they made a good choice in making the customer have an good experience. My brand new Civic was rear ended hard by a huge SUV that caved in the trunk and bumper. Not only that but it was also swiped all along the passenger side resulting in damage to the rear passenger quarter panel, rear passenger wheel, both passenger doors, and the passenger fender. I was very impressed with Network Auto Body. I was rear ended in my GMC Truck on Memorial Day and my insurance company (Liberty Mutual) surprisingly didn't have anyone in the Santa Clarita Valley on their recommended body shop list. I decided to check out 3 different shops in the area and go with who I was the most impressed with. First impressions speak volumes and I was certainly impressed with Network upon walking in the front door and seeing their beautiful front office. I also took a tour of the shop area and was impressed as well. I met and spoke with Dan when I first walked in and he was nothing but super friendly, candid and informative. Upon leaving, I had another shop to visit but that little voice in my head said this was the shop to go with. The work done on my GMC truck was excellent. The shop did a few extras for me that I wasn't expecting making the whole experience a plus in my book. I dealt with Peter during the course of the repair work and he was very professional and communicative. I was pleased to receive routine updates on the progress of the work from him. Once I got the truck back, the work and paint job was top notch and the truck was cleaned nicely. I certainly hope that my insurance company puts Network on their recommended list. I will most certainly go back to this shop again.
