My car insurance company referred me to this company to get my car repaired that someone hit my car so I gave them a call to see if we were able to get a quote and they were able to see me the same day. The location is in a shared parking lot with a car dealer so it's the left building because I went to the wrong one since it had the building #. They have plenty of parking spaces. The rep was helpful and was able to see my car quickly. They took some pictures and gave me a call back when ready to bring in the car after confirming the quote with us and the car insurance. I decided to pay the deductible first so the issue can be solved immediately and wait for the insurance to refund after. The car took a week to fix and the car looks good as new with even getting the car washed. The whole process smooth and easy. I highly recommend using them. read more

Caliber did an amazing job with my car, it looks brand new. A big shout out to Jorge Luna, who did an amazing job with communication, customer service, and got me my car sooner than the projected date. He told me he'd make sure I had it before Christmas and he came through. He got my car ready by Christmas Eve which was awesome. Would definitely recommend to come here for service and would definitely recommend Jorge Luna. Before and after pictures are attached. You can see the quality of work. Great quality and great value. read more

I had several long, noticeable scratches along two panels of my car. Quotes I received from retailers as well as companies who offered "fill and flatten" services as an alternative to repainting both doors were anywhere from $800-$1000. On a whim I stopped at Caliber to see what they thought and to get another quote. A wonderful employee named Steve looked at my car on the spot, offered to try to buff it out at no charge, and then proceeded to completely eliminate the scratches within 30 min. He didn't charge me a dime and wouldn't take a tip. He explained everything he was doing and even addressed another large scratch and fixed it even though it wasn't the one I had even hoped to fix. This level of customer service is often rare these days and in a million years I wouldn't have expected anyone to do that work for free. I am very thankful and hope others keep them in mind. They are the real deal. read more

My car had been in an accident, and I did not know where to take my car to have it repaired. My Sister suggested that I take it to Caliber Collision. I made the phone call, contacted my insurance adjuster, and in no time I had an appt with Caliber to have my car repaired. George was the contact person at Caliber who assisted me with my concerns. He quoted that it could take up to ten days before I had my car back. I really didn't want to be in a rental for ten days; I hate rental cars. George kept me updated with the repair progress on my car, and I truly appreciated the updates. To my surprise, my car was ready sooner than the time quoted, and it looked great! The customer service at Caliber Collision was great, the repair was great, and I left as a happy customer. read more

Nobody likes dealing with car issues especially if they get into a car accident however the people working at Caliber Collision in Upland truly go above and beyond to put your mind at ease and to help you out!!! This location is a very busy one but they are very upfront and honest and never leave you hanging!!! I love their txt messaging system too since you get text messages with updates on your car... I worked in customer service for over 20 years so I can be very picky with the customer service I receive, and Brenda who works at the front desk went above and beyond to listen to my needs and she worked around my schedule and fit me in, which is a key to a business's success!!! Brenda truly sets the perfect example of how companies should train their employees!! I also dealt with Garo who was very honest and professional which is what each and every repair shop needs.. My car was ready about ten days sooner than we had thought it would be so I'm very happy with the overall outcome!!! I hope I never get into a car accident again but if ever needed, I highly, highly recommend you visit this location!!! read more

EXCELLENT service, convenient updates via text, SUPERIOR customer service from George and front staff: friendly, respectful, kind, considerate, and welcoming. They finished earlier than the estimated time and provided a ride to the rental place and they accept the rental drop off there for complete convenience and ease. They communicated with the insurance so I didn't have to do anything after except drop off the car and pick it up once it was done. The front bumper was replaced and they painted and fixed the scratches so it looked as good as new. It only took 3 business days. George provided timely updates and was so friendly that it made my experience enjoyable to an otherwise stressful situation. As a bonus they also cleaned the car, which was such a sweet and much appreciated gesture. Overall wonder experience. read more

Excellent customer service, great work. I'll definitely be a returning customer. I was happy with everything.

Mine was a pretty straight forward job on a rear bumper that had been mildly hit. George (service tech) did a great job explaining what they would do and of course, possible hidden damage. The quality of the work was excellent including the paint match since it's an older car. Based on the attention to detail and overall quality of work, I would absolutely make Caliber Collision my go-to body shop going forward. The office and particularly George, are totally geared to making the repair of your vehicle first and foremost in their mission to provide the customer with exceptional care. My insurance company covered the cost of repairs so no out of pocket but I consider Caliber a very good value and would highly recommend them. read more

today I had an amazing experience at caliber collision in Upland, the one next toJack-in-the-Box. George was the man assigned to my claim. George was very kind patient and willing to explain what was going on and how it was going to impact me. George let me know exactly what to expect and treated me with decency and kindness. Erica checked me out and was very thorough in explaining the process and what to expect. Erica was very kind and respectful as well. Nubia took my car yesterday and greeted me with the smile and assured me my needs would be taken care of. I have not had any work on my car at this point but so far my interaction with the team at caliber collision has been amazing and has exceeded any prior experience I have had with any car place. If you're looking for quality service so far, I can say this is the place you're looking for. read more

I had incurred significant damage to my vehicle for the first time ever and needed to find a shop that I could trust and was comfortable with. I came across this location as it was close to my job and I am so glad I decided on them to make the repairs. They immediately showed concern, walked me through the process as it was my first time dealing with an insurance claim and repairs, kept me updated, got me my vehicle back sooner than anticipated and everyone I encountered was knowledgeable, patient and incredibly kind! Junior, Garo and Robert were quick to get everything ordered and repaired while always having a great attitude and Adriana and Camille in the front were so sweet and helpful. Writing this review is bittersweet. Nobody likes coming to the bodyshop and unfortunately I've been here 5 times and every single time that I've been here, George and Robert have made this procedure so quick and painless. These guys do quality work in a super timely manner. read more

They took good care of my car after the accident. However, I had to go back and let them know about the "headlight malfunction" message in my dashboard. He ordered the replacement part needed from their supplier of after market parts and had it replaced. Unfortunately that didn't do the trick and the same message was showing in my dashboard. My advisor called my insurance provider and explained the matter to them and he was able to get an approval from them to replace the faulty part with an OEM part instead. I am well aware that my insurance only covers after-market parts, but I appreciate the fact that Robert Black (my advisor) had been patient and tried to make it work and ended up getting me a new OEM part In which I am very happy. Thank you Mr. Robert Black and more power to Caliber Collision! read more

My car was hit by another party. Caliber was on the list of collision places to choose from. I am happy i picked them. Very friendly staff. The receptionist and George were very very helpful and George had a very welcoming personality and was able to make us laugh during these stressful times. I had accidentally left a few personal items in the trunk and all were still there which i appreciated. They even lightly detailed the inside of the car. Windows wiped, dusted dash and vacuumed carpet. I thought that was a very nice gesture. All in all we had a great experience and the car looks brand new. Thank you! If the boss is reading this the receptionist and George need to be recognized for excellent customer service. read more
