Long story short, someone hit and ran my 4Runner while it was parked. Bumper was messed up and the back hatch was dented. Our insurance recommended Caliber Collision and it seemed like they had good reviews so I decided to use them for the repairs. They raised their initial estimate by a few thousand on some nonsense, which didn't particularly matter since I was just paying my deductible. It seems like they're milking the most out of the insurance but I guess that is just business. (Over 3K for bumper and dent repair) Considering two things repaired: 1) the bumper. Bumper looks great, as it should since they installed a brand new bumper. 2) back door hatch. Dropped it off with a slight dent on the door. Overall the repair looks fine. HOWEVER...They returned the car to me with the inside of the back door still disassembled. I didn't notice until I got home and I had to go back and wait for them to put it back on. When I got back to CC, they were trying to blame me, telling me that it probably came off when I was driving which if you look at the orientation of the panel, that isn't possible (and even if it did, still their fault, right? lol) This is after they notified me last minute that they were going to keep my car for another day. Figured they'd examine it before returning it to me. After they "fixed it", I can still hear a tiny loose piece rolling around every time I open/close my hatch door. Also, if you find yourself using Caliber for your repairs, I hope you're not particular about the smell and feel of your car interior. They did a cheap cherry-scented detail that smelled so disgusting that I was unbearable sitting in the car. All surfaces (seats, steering wheel, console, dash, doors, all-weather floormats) had an extremely oily/greasy film that actually made everything feel slippery and residue was all over my hands and clothes. Overall, they will get the job done just good enough. Don't have high expectations. Oh, and they'll constantly try to reiterate that they are providing excellent service. Service 3/5. Nothing bad to say but just satisfactory communication. Nothing extraordinary as they will try to convince you they provide. I wouldn't recommend anyone here to get body work done. Noah said my car was a total loss when it wasn't! It was still running and could have been fixed. He just didn't want to do the body work that was needed even when the insurance adjuster asked him to do so. I will never go to this location again! He was too lazy and uncooperative. read more

I just picked up my 2025 Ford Maverick and was very happy with the quality of work. My truck was only 3 weeks old when someone hit it in a parking lot. My first concern was if they could match the 3 stage paint process from the factory. It matches perfectly! In addition to the quality of work, the customer service was outstanding. Drew (manager) took the time to explain the entire process and contacted me regularly to update progress. Jackie couldn't have been nicer and oh yeah, I think I received text updates almost daily. 10/24/23 Still dealing with this poor business. On 9/27/23 @ 2:26pm, reached out to the manager Drew. Again, told he has step out of the office. I asked for him to return my call, was told he would get the message. As of today, 10/24/23 & 14:00 hours, am still waiting for his return call. Mercury Insurance needed extra forms and paperwork to finish the claim, and I am guessing they are still waiting for his reply too. read more

I scraped the side of my 2024 Dodge Ram 2500 and got quotes from several auto body shops. Caliber Collision was one of the authorized body shops through my insurance, so I decided to pay them a visit. I met with Jakelin, and she provided great customer service and was very knowledgeable in her craft. I let them repair my truck, and they did a fantastic job. They fixed it promptly and made it look brand new again. Jakelin kept me informed by texting me daily regarding the progress of my truck. I was very impressed with everyone at Caliber Collision, especially Jakelin. While I hope to avoid any future auto body repairs, I am comforted knowing that Caliber Collision is there if I need it. I got into a fender bender so I brought my car here based on a recommendation, I'm glad I did the whole staff was friendly and hard working! It did take a few weeks to get my car back but I understand you can't just make parts appear out of thin air especially with the automotive union strikes going on the whole auto industry is effected, anyway the work was exceptional you couldn't even tell I crashed it! Caliber Collision is the true definition of Customer Service! Going into this auto repair for the first time and having a horrible experience with my insurance company (State Farm), I wasn't sure what to expect. However, the staff at this location listened, communicated on a weekly basis and insured me that their number one priority was customer service and satisfaction. With that said they sure did deliver, I didn't have to call and get updates they made sure to call and update me at least twice a week. When I finally went to pick up my vehicle, they greeted me with a smile and boy was I surprised on how good my vehicle looked. Almost, brand new !!! Also, the general manager Drew insured me that if I had any problems I can always bring it back, even if I ever needed air in my tires. Whenever you're in a situation in life where you're having to take your cin for repairs it cbe stressful and nalways something you want to do. From my very first interaction with Chelsea over the phone, I fetaken care of. She provided me with all the information I needed and had a great tone on the phone: helpful, friendly, professional and informative!Then when I went in, I met Sergio! 10 stcustomer service hands down! He addressed any and all my concerns! All throughout the process he was my main contact and Sergio keep me up to date! This place is absolute godsend! I have no problem with the quality of work that was done. However, the lack of communication was problematic. Despite having an appointment to bring the car in, we were left sitting for nearly an hour because they had an employee meeting at that time. The estimate I was given was only that from the insurance company, not from the actual body shop, despite me asking for THEIR estimate. I was never given updates regarding price changes. The day the car was finished, I was told that the total was $1700, rather than the $790 of the estimate. Drew, the manager, explained why there were differences, the way the insurance company works with them, etc. He was very apologetic, but it doesn't change the fact that Jackie handled everything incredibly poorly all along the way, and I was left feeling like they (and the insurance company) scammed me. Apologies don't take change the fact that I had to pay more than I expected, or that the office is poorly run. Drew was quick to tell me that he'd take care of anything we need in the future. But if I do ever go back, gods willing I won't need to, I will only deal with him directly. read more
