James took care of two cars of mine from a luxury to an old-but-true, and both were handled like they were important. Took delivery of my car last week of February this year. Reached out to them March 8, 2025 because the cover of the Bose speaker on front passenger side is missing (makes me wonder what else they've forgotten to put back that is not visible). Was told they don't have it and would need to get permissions to order it. Never got any proactive updates; I had to follow up 7 times (3/11, 3/24, 4/25, 5/1, 6/28, 7/3, 7/14) . Ive taken my car to calibur countless times. I keep coming back because their body work is good and they are close to home. Recently I Had them fix my windshield though and insurance claim. I asked them not to wash the car because the service used before would leave scratches or scuffs in the paint(I have a black car). This job took longer and my Detailer wasn't around before New Year's eve to have the car washed. my guy over there said that they had their house guys now washing the cars instead of the previous service. Their house people are just as bad, probably worse. before I went to their shop, I had my car clay bar and waxed. This is how it was returned. read more
