James Harris runs this Caliber Collision so well I go to Upland from Pasadena. Not to disparage the CC down the street from me. It's relational vs transactional. James took care of two cars of mine from a luxury to an old-but-true, and both were handled like they were important. Further, James treats customer as a relationship he values and wants to grow, not like all the transactional in-and-out, address AB and C and give me your money business we Al see now. He wants to make sure they caught everything, fixed it well and left the rest as good as it was before it was worked on. If they see anything new they mention it, but they aren't doing it to up-sell you to satisfy Private Equity investors. It's the best they give for you and your car! Took delivery of my car last week of February this year. Reached out to them March 8, 2025 because the cover of the Bose speaker on front passenger side is missing (makes me wonder what else they've forgotten to put back that is not visible). Was told they don't have it and would need to get permissions to order it. Never got any proactive updates; I had to follow up 7 times (3/11, 3/24, 4/25, 5/1, 6/28, 7/3, 7/14) . I will follow up again today. I do not recommend due to inefficient service. read more

He was especially kind towards my daughter as she navigated the repairs, which I really appreciated as I couldn't be there for some parts. Ive taken my car to calibur countless times. I keep coming back because their body work is good and they are close to home. Recently I Had them fix my windshield though and insurance claim. I asked them not to wash the car because the service used before would leave scratches or scuffs in the paint(I have a black car). This job took longer and my Detailer wasn't around before New Year's eve to have the car washed. my guy over there said that they had their house guys now washing the cars instead of the previous service. Their house people are just as bad, probably worse. before I went to their shop, I had my car clay bar and waxed. This is how it was returned. read more

My husband got his truck fixed here back in May we just got it back about two weeks ago since receiving it we have dropped it off twice with issues with the steps. The step does not come down. We have tried calling to get this issue fix but Max does not give us a call back. We have tried calling all week and the receptionist says he's busy at the time and we can leave a message.
