Ricky, If you did not want my auto body business, why didn't you just say so, instead of wasting my time?? I originally took a truck that needed auto body work to Ricky at Uptown Auto Craft in October of 2019. He did an excellent auto body job. Based on this experience, in October 2025,I brought a car to Ricky that needed body work. In hindsight, it appears that he was attentive to my needs and did an excellent job back in 2019 because his business was hurting due to the pandemic. I brought the car to Ricky and asked him to provide me with a repair plan. Ricky immediately tried to blow me off and pass me on to someone else. After that person referred me back to Ricky, he reluctantly provided me with a repair plan. I informed Ricky that I would go through the process of getting his repair plan approved through my insurance company and would forward it to him after he provided me with a separate quote on one additional dent on the driver side roof. Ricky agreed to this arrangement. (Although, he will now deny this agreement because of this review.) I went through the long, drawn out process of getting his repair plan approved through my insurance company. I informed Ricky of the approval and asked for the additional quote. Again Ricky agreed to send it to me and never did. It appears that he did not want my auto body business and was just blowing me off. He gave me excuses about not seeing the approval on his computer. However, I informed him that I had it and could forward it to him once he sent me the additional quote. We agreed to a date for me to bring my car in. However, that day came and went with out Ricky making good on his end. read more

I will never take my car anywhere else to have any body work done. My car has been there a few times not for one accident that happened a while and for a few modifications since then. They are great guys work very quickly and I always feel like they care about their customers and the work that leaves their shop. You can call them with an issue you have bring your car in they will give you a price and take it the same day.
