I got into a minor accident and afterward my hood wouldn't close. I had already gone to two other places and neither of them were able to help me. I ended up stopping by with no appointment, and Ricky was awesome. He stopped what he was doing, took a look at my car, and had the issue fixed for me in no time. Ricky was extremely helpful, professional, and genuinely went out of his way to help me when he didn't have to. After getting turned away at two other places, I really appreciated how quickly he took care of everything. Definitely recommend this place, and shout out Ricky for helping me out! read more

I compared prices before going Uptown Auto Craft in Upland and they had the best estimate. Best of all, they did a great job fixing my car without hasttles. They were very professional. Prior to going, I was stressing over getting the car repaired. As it turns out the owner, Ricky made my experience pleasant by explaining everything and delivering on an outstanding job. My brother has been waiting months to do some repairs on his car. After I told him about my pleasant experience he is calling to make his appointment for his next day off. Thank you to everyone there... Oscar read more

I accidentally scratched my car tailgate with my garage door, a day after I bought it!!. While I'm searching for repair. Joel from Executive Detailing Mobile Service referred me to Ricky at Uptown Auto Craft, and I'm so glad he did. Ricky was incredibly professional, honest, and knowledgeable. He immediately spotted issues I hadn't noticed, explained everything in detail, and walked me through my options. What really impressed me was that instead of pushing me to pay for repairs right away, he actually recommended I contact the dealership first to see if they'd cover it, putting my best interest first. It's rare to find someone as honest and skilled as Ricky. If I do need to pay out of pocket, I'll 100% go back to him to get the work done. Highly recommend Uptown Auto Craft and big thanks to Joel for the great referral! read more

Ricky, If you did not want my auto body business, why didn't you just say so, instead of wasting my time?? I originally took a truck that needed auto body work to Ricky at Uptown Auto Craft in October of 2019. He did an excellent auto body job. Based on this experience, in October 2025,I brought a car to Ricky that needed body work. In hindsight, it appears that he was attentive to my needs and did an excellent job back in 2019 because his business was hurting due to the pandemic. I brought the car to Ricky and asked him to provide me with a repair plan. Ricky immediately tried to blow me off and pass me on to someone else. After that person referred me back to Ricky, he reluctantly provided me with a repair plan. I informed Ricky that I would go through the process of getting his repair plan approved through my insurance company and would forward it to him after he provided me with a separate quote on one additional dent on the driver side roof. Ricky agreed to this arrangement. (Although, he will now deny this agreement because of this review.) I went through the long, drawn out process of getting his repair plan approved through my insurance company. I informed Ricky of the approval and asked for the additional quote. Again Ricky agreed to send it to me and never did. It appears that he did not want my auto body business and was just blowing me off. He gave me excuses about not seeing the approval on his computer. However, I informed him that I had it and could forward it to him once he sent me the additional quote. We agreed to a date for me to bring my car in. However, that day came and went with out Ricky making good on his end. read more

Another great job by Uptown! This time on my 2025 CRV after being rear ended on the 57 freeway. Car looks like new again!

Where do I start. Ricky and his team are awesome but Ricky was the most friendly and knowledgeable person. He broke down what needed to get fixed and it looks like its brand new off the lot. Outstanding service by his team as well. They took great care and helped us every step of the way. Very reasonable prices as well. I highly recommend this body shop and will come if I ever need in the future. read more

Uptown Auto really came through for me. I called them in a panic because I needed to get my tow bar installed on the Jeep. I tried to install but my aftermarket bumper got in the way. The staff at uptown was able to modify the bumper and got the tow bar installed in about an hour. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They are setup for just about anything. My wife had a Pickup back into her 2017 Lexus at Church, smashed the bumper and bent part of the trunk. Took it too Uptown and they repaired, upon my wife picking it up she said it looked just like before. She then took it to Lexus dealer for service and she ask them to watch out for the rear of the car since it was recently painted. Lexus looked at it and ask what had been repaired, she showed them, they stated they did a perfect match on the paint job and then ask her for the address of Uptown Auto Craft. Enough said. read more

So happy with the care and quality work provided at this shop. They were able fix a loose tail light on our 2020 Chevrolet Bolt (instead of replacing the entire unit, saving hundreds over the dealer replacement cost) they also were able to fix and buff out a scraped mirror housing instead of buying a new one. Very impressed! read more

First time here, Ricky greeted me and asked what happened and explained how he can fixed it. I don't know anything about cars or what to do to fix them but Ricky did an excellent job explaining what needed to be done and even had visual images printed to show me the exact parts that were broken. He even called to order the parts that the car needed in front of me to ensure this car process will be quickly! He's very straight forward and affable. The customer service is exceptional and I would highly recommend uptown to anyone! It's like nothing ever happened to the car! read more

Great place, great people, and it's a locally owned family business... what's not to love? Oh... And most importantly, they do great work. I purchased a white 2012 Toyota Tundra with painted pinstripes, and I wanted them removed. After showing me the inside their shop and what they can do (a lot), I got a quote from Ricky and it was done in a few days. He texted me photos of their progress and answered all my questions along the way. Definitely got treated like family. read more

I will never take my car anywhere else to have any body work done. My car has been there a few times not for one accident that happened a while and for a few modifications since then.
