Took my car here after I got rear-ended with my 2 year old in the car. They were an approved repair shop through my insurance and the location was great. They made the repair process seamless and the customer service was excellent. The only down side was that they were so backed up that I waited about a month to get my car back. Once I got my car back, they explained that they have a lifetime guarantee on the repairs related to the accident. They worked with the insurance company seamlessly as well. Also, before they returned my car, they did another inspection and notice a chip on the rear windshield. Once they inspected it further it completed shattered. They were great about going back to the insurance to approve the additional repair to replace the rear window. read more

Nevermind! I spoke too soon. Our car got into an accident (Again!) and was referred to another shop, yet we picked this one because we had a great experience before. It was a big mistake! We got an estimate from Jose-Advisor and approved by the insurance. We scheduled our appointment 2 weeks prior to drop off the car. We'd think they had a head start to begin preparing and ordering the parts. I guess that's not how it works. We dropped the car off on 4/26 and told the estimate for the date of completion will be on 5/03. Jose called the next day and said there were more damages on the car and would update me should the date of completion changed. Got the text on 5/02 said that they are nearing completion and feel free to reach them with any questions. Called to confirm and said he'd call back on 5/03 to update. I waited the next day for pick up time, he never call back. Finally decided to call back around 3:50 PM and told the car wouldn't be done and he'd update me the day after. We returned our rental car because we didn't want to extend the rental for another week only for 2 days of use. We thought 2 days of missing work was better than paying rental for a week. Called back on 5/04 and given a new completion date will be 5/06. Long story short, we didn't received our car until 5/11 after several more pushed back. The reason was because they got a hard time to locate one of the bumpers for our car. 5 days turned into 2 weeks. Through the entire process, most of the times we have to called for an update after the advisor didn't call to update us as promised. And every time we called, the CS will answer with , "Can you please hold? and put you on hold before you were able to answer. We finally got fed up. We called the office and tried to explain the situation to the CS and the CS kept on cutting me up wouldn't even let me finished my sentences until I finally asked to speak the manager. Someone named Otto called me back after a while. He said he is the GM and he sounded promising. He apologized, emphatized, and owned the problem. He ensured the car would be done the day after and he personally would call to inform me with the pick up time before 12pm. The next day, he didn't call as promised and I called at 12:30 PM and got, "Who's this?" I briefly reminded him before he said that the car will be done today and asked me what time I plan to pick it up. No explanation or apology for not calling. That was the last straw, and he blew it off. Lesson learned and hope this review will help others. read more

This business is a disgrace. They took more than 10 months to repair our car. They kept pushing it out and did not communicate anything. You cannot trust this business and management team. Then, when I finally arrived to pick up the car, they had apparently not bothered to do a quality check and almost let me drive off in a very dangerous car. The sensors were still broken and the car automatically slammed on the breaks in certain situations. This place is reckless. Please do not bring your car here. read more

After my car accident, Caliber was an option for me to take my car to. The staff there was very friendly from the get go and told me the steps of getting my car back in the road. They were so kind that they even offered an uber ride back home. Unfortunately the car insurance claimed my car as a total loss, but Caliber made it easy when removing the car from their facility. It's too bad they didn't get a chance to fix my car, but dealing with the staff made a stressful situation a little bit leas stressful. I stopped by the shop today trying to find out about a fuel tank door that was broken. Jose, the manager, called his mechanic to help and determined that it needed rivets (not sure what that is), but within 15 minutes they put in the rivets and away I went. I brought my car in to Caliber for a repair from another driver hitting my car. Everyone was nice and friendly, and I got my car back in a reasonable time, but the decent experiences ended there. After I picked up my vehicle, I went on a road trip, and noticed my fog light cover was missing on the side that they repaired. The mechanic did not secure the cover, a simple thing to check before giving a vehicle back to a customer, so the cover flew off while I was driving on the freeway. I called Caliber immediately to solve the problem, already annoyed that I have to bring my car back. I called several times and explained to each person the situation, and each time they said someone would call me back about it. They didn't. Then when I called the last time, someone finally helped me. I expressed my frustrations and they didn't even acknowledge these frustrations. No apologies, nada. I got into a car accident on 5/3/24 when a guy in front me me (all stopped at a red light) decided to put his gears in reverse and strike my car. I took the car in on 5/7/24 and just picked up the car 5/13/24. Throughout the process, Jorge kept me informed of the progress and contacted me right away when any adjustments were made to the estimates and time. Having a little kiddo on the spectrum, any change is hard--this incident was particularly hard on my son as his comfort and routine were broken. Do you know what customer service is? I had forgotten what good customer service is as most businesses don't employ that technique these days. However, Caliber Collision takes customer service seriously. My service advisor, Mun, was so nice and extremely accommodating. He kept me abreast of my repairs and went above and beyond to find a part for my car. He really cares about your vehicle and makes sure the repairs are completed with a high degree of quality. My car looks brand new. The paint is an exact match! The receptionist(s) are courteous and polite. Everyone at the company goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. I was in my accident in December , my car just got back fully functioning the way it was prior to my accident at the end of March. I went there to get a new bumper and a new door , I don't know it was that my window would go down on it's on. Come to find out the regulator in the door was jacked. I went back and forth between them and Honda so many times. And they tried to blame it on HONDA finally they fixed the issue and now my window rolls up properly but I will say if there are other options please go with someone else. They do you no good and will rush your work. I had a month return time and got my car back in between a week and a half or two. read more

Terrible experience. My car was there more than one month. The guy David Canteros is terrible. He lies, lies, and tells more lies to you. I am pretty sure that insurance fraud was done. They ran up a bill of repairs which cost $8000 for the front license plate being knocked off by another driver who was at fault. read more

I recently got rear ended which left me in need of a repair shop. I had some work done on another car at a different repair shop and wasn't impressed with the paint matching. My car is a later model Accord with a rare color called Hematite. It is a dark grey green color, with a opalescent sparkle. I used to work in automotive and was very concerned about color matching on my car for 3 reasons: 1 - It is an older model and has resulting color fade 2 - It is a rare color/ paint mixture that was used for only one year 3 - Metamerism between the plastic of the bumper to the metal frame A friend recommended this Caliber Collision location. After inspecting the work they did on his truck, I decided to give them a try. The process was so much easier than I expected. I arrived, filled out some paperwork and by the time I finished they already had the rental car company there and I was on my way. The turn around time they quoted was one week. During the process I received regular updates. I even asked for a picture of the frame and they quickly provided one. That's customer service! The car was even completed one day ahead of schedule. The most important thing is my car looks brand new when I picked it up. The paint matching is the best that I have seen. All the parts and everything line up perfect too, no gaps. Yes, I checked, because I am a little obsessed about my car and making sure everything is perfect. Kudos to the team at Caliber. Got a pretty much brand new bmw 535i with 6,000 miles on it and crashed it a couple weeks after I got it caliber collision got it fixed in a timely manner and it looks as good as new. Horrible quality control. I previously had a problem with this body shop and my service advisor promised me everything would be done correctly. Upon looking at my car the rear bumper wasn't repainted which was in the repair contract and there is a sag in the paint and a drip and the filler has a pit. The pearl looks like it was color sanded off. I was later told no worries we'll fix it. This shops lacks quality. read more
