One of the employees, I think his name was Danny,was so sweet and attentive . He assured me that all would be taken care of and his fun outgoing personality eased my anxiety . A truck hit my Tesla and left a huge dent. I paid some random guy to fix it, who did a terrible job and actually left holes in the car. First Class completely redid and fixed the problem by welding the holes shut, sanding it down, and repainting it perfectly to match. Attention to detail top notch. Car now looks completely new. Don't go here. After getting into an accident I thought this was the best choice, I was wrong. They did a half ass job, and one of my rims were returned to me scratched and scuffed. After talking to the "owner", he said that was already there and walked away as if he was in a rush. They also left a weird noise coming from my car because they didn't have a "stereo guy" when it was obviously not the stereo. Just weird and do not recommend at all. I found out about this body shop though some older co-workers from Honda Headquarters. They all had great reviews and the physical work to show on their cars looked great! I brought First Class Auto Body my 2017 Civic Type R, which was purchased from Copart, as a Salvage title (totaled) car. My intention with the car was to repair it and turn it into a demo car for my custom parts I make for my company. Casale Design LLC. When the car was towed to First Class, Daniel and Oscar right away got to work on giving me detailed estimates on the repairs to be done. I specified that I would be supplying some of my own parts (OEM new and used) for the repairs. They were perfectly ok with that! The staff was always welcoming to me and friendly every time I visited the shop. I enjoyed talking to Daniel about cars, food and sports! He has a great sense of humor! The engine was overhauled (removed) and the car was first straightened on their frame machine. Then, the driver side frame rail and driver side apron components were removed (damaged) and new OEM Honda components were jigged and welded in place. Daniel would text and call me with every step and would always ask me specifics on how I wanted things done. (most of the repair photos attached were texted to be by Daniel). While this was happening I also came in and did some test fitting of my custom made parts on the car while it was waiting parts to arrive. To close, the frame was painted to match the existing, and the wheel well area was faded into the E-Coat to look factory. I also paid to have my existing engine harness repaired which First Class offered which saved me a bunch of money compared to buying a new replacement harness. I brought them a new OEM hood and Driver Fender which they paint matched, as well as blended the driver door. I brought them a used OEM front bumper which I repaired, and they surface prepped and painted as well. All in all I was pleased with the work. The engine was re-installed and the AC system recharged and a new condenser and radiator were installed. Also a new OEM core support I supplied and they installed. I opted to do the final front end assembly myself at home. I was happy they were willing to work with parts I brought to them. Not all shops are willing to do this kind of thing! Also, I will say that since this shop (in my opinion) is European focused, their hourly rates are a bit higher than other shops, but their attention to detail matches the price! They have a high certification rating as well to back their work up. If anyone wants to see my Civic Type R in person who is considering using First Class, I am happy to show you! :) read more

took my car here when i had an accident on sept 30, got my car back on oct 22, 2025, first problem that pop out after i got my car back was a check engine p2188, running rich at idle, they blame the tune, told me to take it to my mechanic, and the accident did not cause it, 2nd problem, fluid washer was leaking, i dont even know how can tthey give a car back while that shit is like that, 3rd one, my splash shield fell off while driving, there is no way to mount them because they reused the old one from the fender, i had a passenger side collision where my control arm bent and axle broken and pretty much front fender mess up, a splash shield and supporting component for mounting does'nt cost a lot, i should know because im the one who replace them before the accident, they reused most of those then god them blame me that i hit something thats why it fell off!!! it fell off because it was not mounted right, you cant mount it right when all the mounting holes were ripped because you never replace them, they even put wires to held most of my splash shield, that is just crap, my car is old, its a mazdaspeed 3 2007, i know the bill of 6500 for that repair stupidly higher than my car's worth, but i love my car, and im gonna keep her for as long as i can, sorry for the long review, read more

I have taken my vehicles to First Class Auto several times in the past and this time is no different. As always, Oscar, Daniel, and Laura were outstanding. And as always, my car came out looking better than I expected. They never stop surprising me! When I dropped off my car, it was damaged on several panels. It was a real downer, and I kind of lost my "love" for the car. However, once I got the car back, I immediately fell back in love with it. First Class made me remember why I liked my car (the curves, body lines, paint job, etc.). The quality of body work was phenomenal to say the least and they restored it back to its original state (actually it was even better now prior to its non-damaged original state). I Yelp messaged at least 10 auto body shops in the Southbay for a quote, to have my aftermarket grill for my truck painted. I wanted the outer shell color matched white. I received a quote from 1st class auto body within 30 minutes! Super fast! And guess what, they gave me the best price. The old saying you get what you pay for goes out the window here. Because although the price was the most competitive among other shops, the job they did was on point. The white matched perfect to the truck, no damage of any kind upon pickup of the grill, and no overspray of any kind. Customer service doesn't get any better here from my experience. Laura the receptionist, was very courteous and prompt both on the phone and in person. Oscar & Daniel (brothers and owners I believe) are great down to earth guys running an honest and clean shop. OK, I had a small fender bender(not my fault, just fyi) and AAA gave me a list of places they allowed for repair. I called down the list and the first several said I would need to make a reservation, bla bla bla. Come in in two weeks. I was like, no, I am getting this started today. I look on my list and saw First Class Auto Body. Never used them before. They said come on over. I did. They were super professional, like they had real procedures. I waited for them to check out the car. They took all my information and said they would email me with the quote and tell me how long it would take and get the approval from my insurance and then order and get all the needed parts. It took a few days. Like clockwork they re-contacted me and said to bring the car in to begin the work. They did. It looked perfect. I went in, signed the release paperwork and then Oscar came over and we chit chatted for a while and he explained how this family business, and they were living locally in the south bay and had been around for along long time. Not sure how long but I think decades. Super nice caring guy. Great business. No BS. Straightforward. Honest. Did what they said. On time. They care. Very clean shop. I brought my 2005 Scion Tc in for paint work for the front and rear bumper along with a bad kink in the lip of my hood where someone back into me with a trailer hitch and took off. They got me a new hood and repainted my bumpers with a perfect color match. Their estimates are very competitive and work is flawless. I was so impressed by their work that I brought in my 2004 Camry for a few bumps and scratches for repair shortly after. They also do motorcycles!!! THANKS First Class Auto Body! I had a bunch of body shops around me and I wanted to go to the best. They were a little further than the 6 other shops near me but reading through the comments and ratings with pictures, I knew they had to be the one to work on my car. My case was a little weird. The first installation I had somewhere else was terrible so I gave them a call and explained my situation. Oscar answered the call and offered to check out my spoiler with his honest opinion if they will even accept the task. I came there and was warmly greeted by his brother Daniel and they saw how things were, it was not going to be a simple task and explained how it will be tackled and gave me a very reasonable estimate. Stoked I returned the day they told me would be best and they got started. I decided to stay there to do my work online and everyone from the Caruso staff were amazing. They were offering me water and food during my stay and consulted with me with ways to make sure my spoiler would be attached and stay attached. Oscar assured me it will stay in place and mentioned that if ever it got loose or something goes wrong, I should just bring it there and they will take care of it. I would also like to thank Mark, unfortunately I forgot the name of the other staff assisting with the work being done. I rarely write reviews, but wanted to give a shout out to First Class Auto Body. We got sideswiped in our 2005 Porsche on the freeway late one night (other party did not stop). No injuries, thankfully, but the entire left side of our car (even the wheels) was damaged. After making some calls, we decided to take it to First Class Auto Body. We went to pick up our car yesterday and literally had to check the license plate to make sure it was our car. It looked brand new!
