Cleanest body shop I've ever seen! Staff was very nice. Our Subaru needed a part in which Subaru had a very long waiting list. The shop informed us every step of the way and offered the option of picking up our car so we weren't inconvenienced for longer and they will call us when the part comes in. I did not go with the lowest cost because Oscar was very nice when I talked to him and they have a big and well maintained facility. Oscar also made sure the front desk would take care of me when I returned because he was going on vacation. When I returned for service, his brother Daniel took care of me. He was very friendly also. He ordered Uber when the ride from Enterprise did not come. My car was ready by the time they promised and it was done perfectly. First Class came highly recommended by Blu Auto. I had carelessly scraped the right lower side of my bumper and also decided to get a few door dings removed as otherwise my 2017 Subaru Impreza LTD still looked new. I made an appointment to get an estimate and was treated very courteously by the assessor who pointed out what would be repaired and provided an initial estimate. He added that the final estimate would be provided once the bumper was removed and thoroughly inspected and before any work was started. I left with in appointment within 30 minutes. I dropped off my Subie a week later on a Tuesday morning as scheduled and was told it would be done by Friday; and it was! They had detailed my car, which was waiting for me in the front driveway Friday at noon, facing the street for easy exit. Mark, the owner, was polishing up some final details when I walked up. I can tell he takes great pride in providing great work and service to his customers. Overall, it was a great experience for a fair price and a beautiful repair job.
