I was very stressed and concerned that the tow truck wouldn't be able to access my vehicle inside the parking structure. I called AAA and they dispatched this towing company. Jeffrey C. from FalconTowing Gardena came to our rescue when we needed fast assistance in what…read morecould have been a very dangerous situation on a Saturday morning. Our newer Audi Q5 had become disabled due to a faulty battery that had started smoldering and emitting fumes while the car was still in the garage. To make matters more difficult, another tow truck driver was unable to deactivate the emergency brake and safely pull the vehicle out of the garage. Thankfully, Jeffrey knew exactly what to do. Thanks to his expert knowledge, experience, and skill, he was able to get our Audi safely out of the garage while taking great care not to damage the vehicle. He truly went above and beyond to help us when we needed it most. Needless to say, my husband and I were incredibly impressed and deeply grateful for Jeffrey's excellent service. His professionalism, expertise, and willingness to help made a stressful and potentially dangerous situation so much easier. Thank you so much, Jeff! My husband and I truly appreciate everything you did for us. You were a lifesaver! God bless you.

My car stalled in San Pedro, and AAA arranged the tow through Falcon. I originally asked to have…read morethe vehicle taken home, but after changing my mind, I called back and asked if they could instead take it to my mechanic in Torrance. The team was courteous, flexible, and handled the change without any issue. The real standout was Glenn, the driver who came to assist me. He was professional, friendly, highly skilled, and extremely careful with my vehicle. My car was not parked in the easiest position for a tow, but Glenn clearly knew his craft and maneuvered everything exactly where it needed to be. Beyond that, Glenn is simply a genuinely good person. He has the gift of gab, is a terrific conversationalist, and made an unfortunate situation surprisingly pleasant. It was obvious that he genuinely enjoys his work and enjoys helping people. A car breakdown is never a good way to spend part of your Saturday, but great customer service can make all the difference. Falcon Towing and Glenn absolutely delivered. I have always had a soft spot for Gardena and its community of hardworking local businesses, and Falcon Towing is another great example of why. World-class service. Please make sure Glenn gets the recognition he deserves. Highly recommended.

This company towed our truck from the Bay Harbor complex after the HOA "parking patrol" called…read morethem. The flimsy parking permit which is always hanging from the rear-view mirror apparently fell onto the floor of the vehicle. So, George & Joey's was called. In my experience, their drivers typically check inside vehicles with a flashlight before towing, but that procedure either was not followed in this case or was overlooked. Unfortunately, it was more like an opportunistic tow during the Memorial Day weekend. When I contacted the company, we were informed--just before retrieving the truck--that the cost would be $375.00. The representative admitted that the permit was visible the following morning, but claimed it could not be seen at night because the windows were tinted. That explanation simply does not hold up. I personally tested visibility by placing the permit back on the floor and using a low-powered flashlight, and the permit was still clearly visible through the window. Overall, this experience was a complete ripoff. I see why they have complaints, particularly around overcharging and unfair practices.

There was a bit of a hiccup in terms of getting a tow driver to my residence, but that was more a dispatch/scheduling issue through AAA. Anyway, I was told I needed a specific tow truck that has special equipment to get my car out of the garage etc. I get a call from Saeid with George and Joeys saying he's outside? Much sooner than anticipated. He was in a flat bad tow truck, which dispatch told me wouldn't work for my situation. Long story short, Saeid took a look at where the vehicle was located, checked out a couple things with the car, and found a solution to get the car positioned in a way that he could get it on the flat bed. He got it done pretty quickly and had me towed to the dealership. I rhode with him there, which made for great conversation. Saeid was prompt, courteous, and good at what he does. I wouldn't hesitate to use George/Joey's tow services again in the future!
