No one enjoys having their car backed into by a truck, but the damage that ensued was repaired so effortlessly thanks to Allstate and Caliber Collision of Springfield, Va it was almost as though my car had never been hit. To start, both Allstate representatives who worked my claim were polite, professional, friendly, and very effective at getting me through the appraisal phase quickly and by guiding me towards getting my car repaired via Caliber Collision. As far as I am concerned, Zachary Price of Caliber Collision's Springfield facility deserves the Nobel Prize for auto body repair......and there is no exaggeration in that. I've attached Before and After photos as testimony to this gentleman's skills. In short, thanks to his knowledge, skills, and professionalism, you could never guess that my car had been involved in an accident. And as frosting to this cake (1) my beloved CC was returned in spotless condition, immaculate inside and out, and (2) the work was completed a full day earlier than anticipated. I recently brought my beloved Dodge Dakota pickup into Caliber Collision in Springfield after I had been hit on the way into work. The entire driver's side of my truck was crushed and looked to be beyond repair. The reason I came here is that I have had previous five star experiences with Cherner, and prior to that, Spring Mall Autobody, and with John Procacina, before they became Caliber Collision. Fortunately John and his same friendly and skilled technicians are still there and the exceptional quality work this shop has always done has not changed On this recent visit, my 2004 truck came back in showroom condition. The communication of where my car was at every step of the way were unsurpassed in any of my business dealings in the DC area. Caliber kept me informed via daily email and once my car was complete, they even texted my cellphone. These guys really understand busy customers and how to unobtrusively keep them informed. Further, the work was done faster than quoted, which amazed me given the extensive damage they had to deal with. On Monday, AUG 14, 2017 I dropped my SUV @ Caliber Collision for damage repairs which had happened in July 2017. This is my 3rd vehicle which I have taken to this (Springfield) Caliber location & their work, as well as the customer service has always been "top notch"!! Clifford Henry kept me up to date on the repair status via both email & text ~ which was important to me. The shop had finished the repairs a day earlier than expected ~ only to find that the factory paint did not match the rest of the SUV, therefore ~ Clifford contacted me to tell me they needed to take the pieces back off ~ repaint them to match (*even though they had used the paint code sited inside the door) ~ so it would take an additional day. I have had repairs at "other shops" ~ who didn't match the paint perfectly & there fore was never satisfied with the end result (sadly). This is way over due. Had a wreck on April 4th,2004 . I was going to take my car to Safford Hyundai dealer since it is a Santa Fe to have the repairs done. I tried for two days to get a call back from the dealership. Didn't happen . I called my insurance company and asked if I could take it somewhere else. They named a few places and Caliber Collision came up , and I said I would use them since I had heard great reviews. Called them and within 30 minutes a wrecker was at my home to pick up the car. They gave me an estimate that was half as expensive as the place down the road, AND they even ended up reducing it more by salvaging my car's original parts and replacing one panel with a used part (like kind and quality!). The staff was professional, work was quality, and results were fast! John was very attentive and he and his staff were great at communicating with me throughout the process. I got rear ended in an accident in early September and the person who hit me had Geico insurance. Since Caliber collision was the closest Geico approved center to me, I decided to try them. Excellent experience! I referred my friend, for his front end damage, to Johnnie and/or Rick. Their pricing was better than the competitors that he had visited and they ordered the parts and got him on the schedule that same week. When my friend picked up his car, there were some faint areas that needed touch up. They insisted he bring the car right back in and they would do the touch up in a few minutes, while he waited.
