My car looked brand new...inside and out! The repairs look perfect. Appreciated the friendly service and seamless interface with our insurance company. They kept us informed (via email) of the progress all along the way. Thank you to ALL at Caliber Collision - Pennington read more

Took my vehicle to a Toyota dealership where I purchased my car to get an estimate for some damage to my front end. I was quoted $2000. I then took my vehicle to Caliber Collision in Pennington, NJ. They gave me an estimate for repair of the same damage of $275. I was shocked and happy. The work they did was excellent. They even washed my car and clean the inside. Blake was super, the staff was outstanding. My car was repaired on time. I highly recommend Caliber Collision of Pennington. read more

horrible workmanship update 11/25 - i found the front right inner tie rod completely loose, the fuel filler neck evap tube kinked, the washer pump not hooked back up, the left front auto fold mirror doesn't work now, they painted a door seal silver, put 42 psi on the left front tire, and left three lug nuts loose on the wheel they replaced. all in the same area they did work on. horrible work and they put my wife's life in danger and are now giving me the runaround about fixing thier garbage workmaship. steer clear, they could care less about your safety!!! read more

What an absolutely fantastic experience!! I have to say that honestly I very rarely bother to take the time to answer surveys and leave reviews, but I have to this time - I was blown away by how awesome these guys were! I was seriously dreading dealing with the hassle of getting my car repaired after having an accident - especially as a woman and with a very busy schedule. I am SO glad I went with this company and location. From the first moment everyone was incredibly kind, efficient, professional and thorough. Edwin was my service advisor and he was wonderful - the woman who called and kept me updated on my car (Fran?? I think?) was so sweet, every employee I interacted with was top-notch. Also super-convenient to have Enterprise rental available right there. It was all coordinated for me so I didn't have to lift a finger! Very clean and modern facility - loved the text updates and convenience. I picked up my car today and it literally looks BETTER than new!! I can't recommend highly enough - of course I hope I'm never in an accident again, but if anything were to happen, I wouldn't go anywhere else. THANK YOU! read more

I was very happy with my experience at Caliber Collision. It was seamless from start to finish, and they communicated with my insurance company with no issues or delays. They were very upfront about the process, and kept me updated on my car while it was in the shop for two weeks. I appreciated the prompt updates when they realized there was more damage underneath and new parts needed to be ordered. I was very happy with the service , and would come back in the future if need be! read more

Staff was pleasant and efficient. Car was meticulously repaired, washed and vacuumed out. Only hiccup was with my insurance company's inability to communicate in a timely manner. read more

Poor work, no quality check....I do not recommend this shop. I brought my car to the shop for hood, fender and A pillar paint repair (vandalism where someone threw a big rock over the fence and landed on the car). Got my car back with primer still showing in number of sections on the hood. Residual paint on the fenders (looks like they didn't prep the area before painting). Brought my car back to fix these mistakes....Now I have some paint peeling under the hood and I found some residual paint spray on the fender. Now I have to take it back the second time. Do not use this shop. This shop over estimated a repair that gave my car a total lost. They had on their repair estimate to GEICO that parts did not need to be replaced. I lost my car to them. I filed report with GEICO about this repair shop. If you have a choice about what repair shop to use do not use Caliber Collision of Pennington. read more

Amazing service and repair on both ends ! I recommend you come here to get repairs! They made sure I had a rental and contacted me many times throughout the process to keep me updated on the progress of my vehicle ! Great establishment! read more

I will never go anywhere BUT Caliber Collision. Getting into an accident can easily be the worst part of anyone's day, or year. Caliber Collision EASILY went above and beyond to assist me not only with my repairs, but transporting my vehicle to their shop and obtaining my rental. Aside from their timeliness in consistently following up on their progress and when my vehicle was ready, they were easily the most pleasant people I have worked with in regard to a car repair. Alicia, the woman who I communicated with on multiple occasions, was so extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the whole process of my situation, and even taught me a few things I know to stay aware of if I am ever in this situation again (hopefully I won't be, and if I am I can use their services again). Nonetheless, I would recommend not only any Caliber Collision, but the Pennington location, to anyone that is shopping around for minimal to extreme car services. Thank you to their awesome team! They absolutely deserve recognition for their professionalism, expertise, and appropriately personable manners. read more

If you are asked to come to this location by your insurance company, look elsewhere. The work is done with shoddy workmanship and materials.

I hate writing reviews, but Caliber is the best body shop I have ever worked with. The people were the nicest and the work was done before it was promised to me. read more

Avoid this place like the plague. Brought my wife's SUV here after a front end fender bender. They returned it with no left headlight, no working turn signals at all on the front end, and no LED running lights. Can't believe basic stuff like that could go overlooked at a body shop. read more

Shawn, Leah, Tom, and another lady plus the on-site Enterprise car rental guy are all very professional and friendly. Our job was not cheap but with insurance coverage, all worked out fine and they make sure you are satisfied. We did business with them also before when they were Abra. The 30-minute one-way drive is worth it for good service and good quality work. read more

My car was scheduled to be repaired on the drive rear bumper after a hit and run. The receptionists and Edwin was very helpful and flexible. The work was well done. Thanks. read more

Hit a deer, took it to Caliber in Pennington. They were totally professional, worked everything out with insurance, communicated every step of the way, and the car looked as good as new, ready exactly when they said it would be. Couldn't be happier with my experience. read more

First of all, I hope you never need these people BUT if you do, to steal a quote from Allstate, you're in good hands. I'm sorry to say that when I call they know who I am (who wants to be on first name basis with a body shop?!). Anyway...I've been coming here to this particular location for years & they do outstanding work. The staff keeps you up to date with your repairs via text messages & are very patient & pleasant. I just picked my truck up today & it looked great; upon arrival at home I noticed something that I had a question about & was told to come back at my earliest convenience so that my issue could be rectified. Like I stated, I've been a customer for years...the victim of a hit & run, an encounter with a rather large deer, impact with a guard rail, etc... the end result - a vehicle that came out looking better than it went in. Give 'em a shot, you won't be disappointed. Note: Although the name has changed several times over the years (Carstar, Abra Auto Body & now Caliber Collision), the quality (and most of the personnel) have remained. read more

Caliber Collision - Me & my 07 Escalade after being repaired at Caliber Collision in Pennington, NJ fol collision w/guardrail attempting to avoid a deer. - Body Shops Near Me - Pennington, New Jersey

I just came back from Caliber on Rte 31 in Pennington, NJ. This place is just great. I had a minor collision recently, and their repair and service was excellent. Then I had a small/enormous issue where my drivers' license slid from the dash into the crack next to the windshield (and was covering vin #). After trying many ways, many times to retrieve it myself, I despaired. This would cost upwards of $300 at the car dealer or windshield service company to get the card. But then, I decided to call Caliber, and they easily offered to give it a try. So fast, the service agent popped it out. She was just super!! She would just absolutely not take any payment. But I have to give her a big, huge shout out. Thank you a thousand times over. Just TERRIFIC !!!!!!! read more
