The adjuster was very elusive on the schedule of service, but John and Ryan made it a point to be honest and upfront with me so that I could plan accordingly. They also make your experience very positive. They go out of their way to make it easy to work with them regarding pick up, drop offs, etc. They will even offer to drive you to a nearby place while you wait for your car to be done. Their prices are beyond reasonable. It's rare that you come upon a business where the customer is first. Yet, Chris' is just that place. They not only do auto body repairs, but car maintenance as well. Plus, they are nice people to work with, courtesy and honest. I highly recommend their shop.

Because most consumers are not able to repair body damage to their own vehicles themselves, they place their trust in the individuals repairing their vehicle-- and hope that they have the skill, knowledge, and attention to detail to do it right. Ultimately, however, consumers are often left unaware of the true quality of a repair. Luckily, I have had the opportunity to learn that the work done by Steve Jr and his team at Buckingham Collision is top notch. So much so, actually, that when I had my recently repaired Jeep Grand Cherokee assessed at the Jeep dealership after being repaired at Buckingham collision, the used car sales manager commented repeatedly that whoever had done the repairs had done an absolutely outstanding job. And, as a result of the diligence and care put into every facet of the repair, the car value was higher than it would've been in any other circumstance. We've been fortunate in two unfortunate circumstances to have worked with Steve and his team. Both times, we were incredibly impressed by the level of detail and proactive communication that Steve provided every step of the way, the care that he put in to explaining the technical nature of the repairs to non-technical customers, the explanation he put in of the process involving insurance adjusters, car rentals, and other estimates-- and ultimately, the quality of the repairs done on our vehicle. Everything was completed with OEM parts, and the car was returned to us detailed inside and out. It is obvious on so many levels that Steve and his team take great pride in their work. Having a car repaired at a collision center is usually not a good circumstance, but we will recommend Buckingham Collision to everyone we can. We absolutely trust Steve and his team implicitly, and would go nowhere else if we find ourselves in need of his services in the future. The owner sells himself to be an amazing auto shop and the vehicle will be ready over the weekend, I have over a month and a half waiting for parts. He simply wanted to cash the Progressive check. It's been ridiculous. I had to rent a car for a week for work as he said my vehicle would be ready during the week. Went to check on the car it was never worked on as the pieces didn't arrive. I paid 1K out of pocket for nothing. It's been 3.5 weeks and haven't heard of the pieces arrived, ETA, nothing but he sure is enjoying that money. Do not come here at all! Do yourself a favor and read the reviews! His staff don't know what they are doing either! Believe the reviews! Do not bring your vehicle to this place!
