Broken Interior roof braces not fixed or replaced,look close.waterlogged luggage compartment all the way into sleeper space..old window reinstalled without proper caulking/gaskets etc..got a whole list of things wrong/not done..3 months! I have read several reviews on Jackson and couldn't DISAGREE more with most of the negative ones. My dealings with Vince and Nick were nothing short of extremely professional. They took every phone call, answered all of my questions, and put my safety over a hefty profit that they could have made. Our RV was damaged from jersey wall and needed cargo doors replaced. We live in S Jersey, but took our RV up to Jackson auto Body. They had the RV a long time, but their work is terrific! I have utilized Jackson Auto Body several times for my 38 foot Winnebago Sightseer. They were recommended by a tow truck driver from AAA. He said they did excellent RV work and he was right. We had several factory issues from Winnebago themselves and Jackson Auto Body was the only place that was confident and qualified enough to solve the problems. The owner Vinnie and his son Nick were great to work with and the technicians did excellent work. Our RV looks like it just came off of the lot when we purchased it. I do not trust this place and feel because of the nasty owner, the employees do not have a choice but to follow his untruthful ways. I had my car damaged in tornado , April 1. A large branch fell on the car and damaged the windshield, hood, and headlights. When I went to sign a release after a month there, all my items left there had my car parts on them. I got my handicapped placard and other things out on May 3, and was 1:30 pm. I hope was sent to my place of choice, because this place was not good at all and when leaving , tow truck blocked my pulling out of driveway by the dumpsters and had to maneuver carefully to leave. Was a big project that did take time, however the owner was very kind and did the best he could given how busy they were and the way parts and supplies are all delayed or back ordered. Offered support and a open line of communication should anything arise using camper going forward. BEWARE!! Worst place ever!!! I would have given no stars if I could The owner is the most unprofessional rudest crudest foul mouth person I have ever dealt with. I don't know how his employees even work for him. He is very dishonest, you can't believe a thing he says The work on our RV was very shotty to say the least, and I believe it is not the workers fault, it is the owner who tells them to take shortcuts. Needless to say we are not happy! However We had to get it out of there !! now we will be bringing it to a professional repair shop to have his work corrected . He actually put old damaged parts back into our Rv and billed the insurance company for new parts! Unbelievable!!! Please DO NOT Bring your vehicle there!!!! The owner will be nice to your face just to get you to leave your RV or other vehicle there. Waste of time and unprofessional. Took my info and pictures of my car stating that they would call the next day with an estimate. I called two days later to be told there were 30 estimates ahead of me and had no idea when they would get to it. They didn't want to waste my time he said, and completely blew me off. Sold me a car that need a new cat within a week. Buy me a new catalytic converter to be nice, but it's a POS aftermarket one from china. The cat they get me is so bad it's runs worst then before and pretty sure I almost passed out from carbon monoxide. read more

On December 15th, after working all day on my feet, I threw some things into my car including my purse WITH THE FOB IN IT! As soon as the door shut, I heard it lock. Long story short, AAA came and got me back in but not before they scratched the paint inside the door, and punctured the rubber gasket. I called Jackson Auto Body and spoke to a guy named Joe who told me to take pictures of the damage and also of the car's registration. I emailed these pictures and followed it up with another phone call. He said he'd have "Vince" assess the job and email me an estimate. Two days went by and ...... nothing. I called again. This time spoke to Vince. Long story short, this place never followed up! They were recommended by a place closer to my home, now I won't ever patronize either shop. Nice that Jackson Auto Body has all the business it needs but I'm unimpressed with their work ethic, and my Yelp reviews always swing in favor of the business. I'll go 40 miles out of my way to Dennis & Don's on Rt. 130 in No. Brunswick. They're the best anywhere! read more

My experience was great. Not only was my SUV returned to me looking as good looking as if factory new, but they also worked back and forth with my insurance company for all sort of details and even helped me with the car rental company when there was a mishap with the rent-a-car regarding my pick-up time. All my friends asked where I had my car fixed, and I tell them about these guys. They also have a woman (named Terry I think) who takes care of the front office and is very helpful and knows how to treat customers right. read more

I just wanted to thank Vincent and his crew again for helping me with my daughters wheelchair van. This time the drivers power window broke. I was stuck yesterday with window down and I have no garage. They stored it overnight and repairs were done early today as Vincent knows and cares this is my daughters only means of transportation! I accidentally erased a prior post. In January the power lift on van would not work. I immediately reached out to Jackson Auto Body. I brought my van to them immediately and Rob drove me home. They spent hours on this problem because that day the lift was jammed and frozen. They realigned the lift and it's continuing to work great. I highly recommend that you go to Jackson Auto Body. I am 72 yrs old and have had several trips the the auto body shop unfortunately. Jackson worked on my Ford King Ranch 2015 which is aluminum and it was the easiest and the best work on a timely basis that I have ever had. Got quick estimate and they worked smoothly with Hartford Ins. Got the truck back 1 day short of the promised date and it looked like the day I bought it. read more
