My car was hit by an 18 wheeler while parked in front of my house. Doing like 5 mph but still did quite some damage. Karl Meys took over. Made everything so simple. The friendly staff, Paper work, rent a car while my car was being fixed. They called Enterprise when all was done , all I had to do was show up and pick up my car. I had an very nice experience today with this business. Every one, The owner/manger, the front office and the mechanics were wonderful.

I took my car there and got it back weeks later and i swear they chopped my car everywhere it looked differnt there is damage or shotty clearly not orignal work and throughout my car.there are new screws in most if the places that look differnt and my interiors don't match now even in places they had no reason to even touch. I could understand not getting a perfect match but the door is hanging and am working on gathering the proof i need to prove they chopped my car. Go there if you want, they came highly reccomended to me but i would highly recommend taking lots of pics of your before and after vehicle. No to mention they never even contacted me once even though it was my car always contacted the person that was at fault in my accident. read more

After a long wait, we dropped off my girlfriend's lightly damaged G6. All it needed was a front bumper. It was done in 2 days as promised and within AAA's quote. ("Preferred" shop) Now the reason for 2 stars - they delivered the car with a 1/4 inch gap between the bumper and the headlight. Now that we made a big stink about it with AAA, suddenly they want to see if it needs another new bumper. They still haven't said why they would deliver a car in such a terrible condition. Overall, they are great with timeliness, if you don't mind shoddy work. read more

Took our car here as it is preferred with Liberty Mutual. Very nice guy, i think he was the owner. Our car looks great. We had to replace a back side bumper and that lower piece under the back passenger door which started to rust. It did cost $1,800 to repair which I think its competitive. Again we went through insurance so we paid the $800 difference. Would recommend to friends based on service and work done. read more

We met by accident and truthfully these men and women of Karl Mey's are the only bright spot. I happened on a motorcycle that the driver who was drunk had wrecked all by himself.He was sitting on the railing and watched me hit his bike laying in the outer lane at 10:00 at night . I was driving my prized possession my 99 f-350 7.3 with 200,000 miles in the second owner and it's a beauty.. I blew the front right and rear right and hit the railing at the better part of 75 miles an hour . Yes I've got ongoing medical issues that I'll have forever .I had truck moved to KARL MAYS fir their take in repairs.To make a long story short I couldn't afford to fix and the truck was under their feet for 7 months. I came here because my insurance company recommended it on their website. I got body work done on my driver side door. They replaced the entire door for me, and it looked fantastic. Recently got my 2014 Subaru STI repaired through these guys due to someone rear-ending me in an accident. I have nothing but good things to say about Karl Mey's. Not only did they do an awesome job on my car as if I never got into that accident, but the professionalism and respect they have in treating their customers is beyond awesome. I always went to them for estimates but always went somewhere else for repairs. I decided to give them a shot this time and I was definitely happy with my decision. Definitely will be a repeat customer if I ever need any sort of body work done in the future. Plus they are local to me so a shop that's close by that does quality work will always draw me to come back. Ive used them twice. Once to fix a broken glass about 8 years ago and all went well. I used them more recently to fix where another car had hit my door. Cost was about $300 less than the Honda dealership. I didn't look around for a cheaper price so not sure if the cost could have gotten any better. When I went for my free estimate I took one of their envelopes to use when I drop my car off after hours. You slip your car keys into the envelope and drop it through the door. It took them 3 days. They returned my car vacuumed and washed. They are also open late on Wednesdays so I was able to pick up after work without rushing. The best part! -- There is an Enterprise car rental next door. They did a really good job fixing my car after a deer accident. Car was cleaned well and the staff are nice people. The only problem was that they were so overcrowded with work that I had to wait almost a month to bring the car in. The work took a little longer than a week once I was able to bring it in though. read more
