I was told the car would be ready the next day. After 5 days I was told the car was ready for pickup. When I saw it I was horrified. Not only was the dent not repaired properly (the damage, although better was still visible), but the entire car including the glass was covered in over sprayed paint. As stated the dent was on the back of the trunk. The car was never covered. Wouldn't let them go near another car. Two other patrons complained while I was there. Cost 2x the price to get the car fixed. He agreed to pay for the fix (in writing) but after two weeks he is welshing on that agreement.

I was wise enough to use yelp to find a good autobody shop. Gino's was awesome. They were honest and told us the scratch was actually just a scuff that didn't penetrate the clear coat and could be rubbed off. They let us bring the car in only a few days after the accident happened. The underlying dent could be repaired by popping it back out from the inside of the panel. This was very cost efficient way to fix it and I saved a bundle vs the expensive option B they gave me - remove the car door and do paint work. They were cool enough to say let's play it by ear - if cheaper option doesn't give a good result, we can take the price of it off the expensive paint work option B. We ended up paying around $250 for the job and avoided needing the expensive option. We were also lucky that the guy who hit my wife's car was honest and upstanding enough to pay for the damage he caused. Things worked out as best as they could have.

I spoke to Angel and he said he would replace the entire grill and the front passenger light. The grill was quite damaged and warranted replacement. We agreed on a price of $950 for both. He also said he would have it done in about a week. Two weeks later I finally get a call back from Angel saying my car was done. When I arrive at the shop and look at my car the front grill is not replaced. Only the light is replaced. Angel tells me he didn't know if I wanted the grill replaced. Really! It's quite obvious the grill is banged up pretty badly. Then he says oh the grill is a separate kit and it would cost another $100. I wasn't told anything like this nor was any of this written on my receipt. I said no the agreement of $950 was to replace the light and the front grill. He babbles on saying he would look around for a part in the junk yard and see what he could do. Again really I can't believe this! I demanded that he repair my front grill. Fast forward about 3 weeks later I go back to the shop and Angel had nothing but more lies to tell me. He claimed he looked everywhere and couldn't find anything. He is dishonest and does a half job. He really didn't care that I had paid him for both parts and he only delivered on one. I am very disappointed and I will never ever take any car to his shop for service. I actually went online and found the grill for $42. Another lie uncovered!!! Enter this business at your own risk. But honestly I wouldn't invest my time or money in such a business with no integrity.
